- JohnandIin (10/5): Great accommodation, beaches and fishing. - Highly recommend this holiday spot, the staff are amazing, the camp is in a beautiful part of nz, our chalet was a prefect home away for home, but for me the best part was just walking out gate of the holiday park onto a beautiful sandy beach throwing surf caster out and catching snapper, trevally, gurnard doesn't get any better that. Great week away thanks guys. Having to leave.

- Hemoata (9/5): Thank you team, and shout out to the staff member that checked us in she was helpful and did a cool Easter event for the - The location, close to the beach, beach is good sport for the kids not too dangerous. The shop is a close drive too (gas station, fish and chip shop, dairy) or if you prefer to walk it is a bit longer just be prepared for the hill you’ll need to climb first to get there. We enjoyed the game room too. Enjoyed the activities that the staff member did for Easter. The shower head needs to be replaced - not enough water flow. The security shade on the window by the seating area may need to be replaced as it would swing open when the window was open. Game room resources may need a revamp - it’s a popular spot for the kids - not enough things to do to keep kids entertained.

- David (8/5): - Helpful staff replaced my tv set box that was not working and paracetamol for my coughing and headaches. Very comfortable bed in a small cabin...helping a small family of quails across the road to safety. Noisy guests in the games room kept me awake until 1 am...there is no point having quiet times 10 pm until 7 am as regulations if they are not enforced by staff. A roaming dog tipped over the kitchen rubbish bin which I cleaned up, and cats that both threaten and kill native wildlife.

- Tania (8/5): Great location, basic amenities but clean and comfortable - Very basic camp grounds but was everything we needed, amazing location and very friendly staff There is a lock on the main bathroom that would not open at times so couldn’t use the toilet or shower, not sure why it would lock itself.

- Ali (10/5): Great value to money - Everything was great It was great overall, only thing would like to mention that we were asked to bring our blankets, it was first time in Auckland and even in lower price per night we get nice cozy blankets, I think that should be added with may be reasonable increase in rent and if someone don't want to carry extra luggage for one night stay. Thanks for understanding.

The water in faucet is not a drinking water quality, it looks color yellowish or pee.

- Nicola (8/5): Great, would stay again. - I enjoyed my stay, I had both my dogs onsite and no issue. The bugs were horrendous at night but typical for the area and time of year. Could do with an aircon or fan in the room.
- David (10/5): Great stay - Fantastic views. Great quiet place. We were late and had no reception where we were, so a bit worried about the 6pm office close. The wonderful staff gave good instructions via email on what to do so all worked out perfect.

- Sofia (2/5): Not a happy camper. - Beautiful location, view from room No hot water, shower kept leaking and TV wasn't working. Number given to contact if anything was wrong, did not do there job. I had spoken to the manger and was let down. I was not given reimburse as he said he was. Not a happy camper. We had left a list of all the thing wrong with it in room 24
- Quitoriano (1/5): - “It’s close to Cape Reinga, but unfortunately the accommodation wasn’t great.” “The staff were quite slow, and I had to wait a long time for my requests. Unfortunately, my requests were not granted. I asked for blankets and towels upon arrival, but nothing was prepared. It was very cold at night, and we ended up getting sick. The room also had an unpleasant smell, which was disappointing.”

- Deborah (7/5): - Finally some repairs and maintenance have been done. So this is fabulous. Even though I paid, the designated carpark for my motel room was used by someone else. Also on my return to my accommodation on Saturday night around 9pm, there was a full blown party in room 11. No carpark available and a very large intimidating Rottweiler that I had to walk past that night and again in the morning when I left before 8am. I left early as I was afraid and because of where I had to park (in the middle blocking other people).
