Lovely tranquil surroundings and everything in the park was in good order and well maintained. The concrete car park pad right at the verandah was a bonus, especially given that it had been a wet few days. No complaints, it was just as we like it.
• Kathryn (10/5): A hidden gem that is guaranteed to impress - Wow! This property is outstanding. The cabin was huge, super comfortable and extremely well appointed. I was blown away at how stunning the bathroom was! One of the best cabins I’ve ever stayed in. I’m currently on a big road trip so am staying at many places. This is my absolute favourite to date! There is nothing at all to dislike, other than I didn’t stay long enough! Do not short change yourself, make sure you stay long enough to really make the most of everything this amazing property offers!

A smile and and a wave would be good enough acknowledgement. Giving the benefit of doubt, I believe she was just concentrating on talking with the person on the phone. Otherwise all good

• Martin (8/5): Gute Option für eine Nacht in Robe - - Günstige Unterkunft. - Gratis Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. - Sehr viel grün vor und um die Unterkunft. - Sie war sehr groß (inkl. großer Veranda). - Unterkunft liegt nicht im Ort, zu Fuß wäre es schon ein gutes Stück ins Zentrum. - Es war sehr kalt in der Unterkunft (waren im März dort, Klimaanlage lief nicht). - In der Küche waren bei der Ankunft einige kleine Ameisen unterwegs. - Die Handtücher haben sehr gefusselt (die Fussel hatte man danach wirklich überall - sehr unangenehm!).

The staff were incredibly friendly giving me all the best spots to eat and visit while I was in town. Even with the park full, the park was incredibly clean at all times and everyone was very respectful of each other

Note you will need to bring extra towels if staying in a cabin for several nights. Overall outstanding, the only suggestion would be providing a hand towel and hand soap for the cabin bathroom sink.
• William (9/5): Clean, well resourced cabin, great location. - An excellent location; very peaceful green site. Nice deck. We loved our cabin; the bathroom looked recently refurbished and the cabin was clean. The location to Robe is excellent with Foodland for supplies and Sky seafoods for fabulous lobster. We were able to pick up cooked lobster on the same day; cooked that morning. Self catering here was easy with an Electric frying pan for sizzling the prawns too! Big fridge was useful. The air conditioner and heater ( yes believe it or not we did use!) were effective. Bed was comfortable, WiFi strong. Good supplies of toilet roll and shower/ hair products. Easy and very cheerful and welcoming check in at the central cabin which sold laundry powder sachets and wine too! Coin operated machines on site. Local map was helpful and the brief orientation at check in. We saw all the tourist spots in Robe; our boat trip was cancelled due to strong winds. We used the cabin as a base to day trip to Naracoorte caves too. We loved the lake environment and Long beach as well as the peninsula. We would strongly recommend. Even better if: A plug in night light would be useful in the bathroom and at least one bedside lamp for lower lighting options to the bright wall lights.
