• Carla (8/5): Comfortable stay - Lovely & friendly owner, big screen TV with access to streaming services, complimentary water bottles and a very comfy bed (I especially enjoyed the electric blanket!). Room was a bit dated and there was a very strong smell of bleach or chemicals when I first entered. A eucalyptus fragrance would have been nicer (and apt for the region!). I would have appreciated a wine glass, there was none available.

• Finch (8/5): Very good 😊 - The staff are super friendly and the location is great. It’s clean and has everything needed for a great stay. My only issue was the mattress on the bed was quite hard and uncomfortable, and the water pressure in the shower is quite poor.

• Ramona (8/5): Great value family stay for this area. - This is a little old motel in the centre of town. Room was clean and comfortable beds,plenty of space in the family room, fridge and mini bar. Parking out side the room plus chairs and tables out front. Directly across the road from fish & chip shop and Wedderburn Bakery. Competitive price for being in the Gold seeking area, we will definitely stay again when in the area. No dislikes.
• Dawn (9/5): I would recommend staying at the Gold Seekers wher you can experience the towns country friendly atmosphere and fresh co - We had a newly renovated room. So fresh and clean. Painted, refreshed linen and fantastic bathroom No complaints. It’s a small country town . The motel is in the centre close to walks, hold fields, history, cafes and delightful pub.
• Frances (8/5): A classic motel, ideal for travellers. Great bakery opposite, too - The manager gave us a friendly welcome and opened up the room for us. It is a classic old-fashioned motel, with simple but comfortable furnishings, perfect for an overnight stay when travelling long distance. Plenty of parking space right outside the room. We especially liked the manager's recommendation to go over the road to an excellent bakery/cafe for a delicious tea in the afternoon and breakfast in the morning. There wasn't anything we didn't like.

It was centrally located and would stay there again - Although the motel appears a bit dated, it was clean and had everything you would need including a fridge, microwave, tea & coffee facilities, hairdryer, ironing board and mini bar. Awesome little motel and great value for money - we loved our stay at the Wedderburn Motel the location is great right in the middle of town and close within walking distance to everything .. We had a hiccup with booking.com but Ben the manager certainly compensated for that and gave us a newly refurbished room which was just fabulous !! freshly painted and carpeted new facilities and huge shower in the bathroom ! tv worked great and the (big!) bed and bedding exceedingly comfortable and Ben was ever so helpful and friendly ..coudnt have been happier ! everything exceeded expectations !

The bed was good, but a little firm for us.

• David (7/5): Would stay again and try the restaurant - Located in town close to the pub, and the room was very clean and spacious. Good shower Parking is tight, but still found a park. There was a smell like a dog had been in the room, but it might have just been the old carpet. Beds are firm.
