- Sally (6/5): A good venue for families wanting easy access to beach and town - Beach access was great, via a private door on the edge of the site. Beach was clean, calm, sandy, safe for young children. The hotel had a spa and pool and easy access to the rooms with allocated parking space. The room was spacious and clean. I contacted the hotel in advance to see if my partner could join us after his work commitments changed, I was told the room was only suitable for 2 people however when we checked-in the room had a double bed and a pull out sofa bed which was disappointing. It was bank holiday, we could have put our daughter on the pull-out sofa and enjoyed a family break. Also, I contacted the venue in advance to arrange a spa slot (as advised on Bookings.com) but didnt receive any response.

- Gail (3/5): Unless you stay in the cabins the other demantables are old and need updating. - The room was overpriced the shower was dirty shower curtain dirty and so disgusting.the toilet seat was cracked and disgusting needs a new one.you can hardly cook as there was not enough serving dishes no cutting board.the front screen door needs to replaced.overall I will not recommend cabin 2 to anyone.the only good thing was tge grounds keep well .

- Leonora (9/5): Seaside holiday. - Close to the beach. Our cabin was on the edge of the park so nice sense of space (some other cabins a bit squashed together). Plenty of windows so could get flow through of air. A ceiling fan would have made a huge difference; would have been good if blinds could have been clipped so didn’t bang when windows open; smoking could be banned in proximity to other cabins. Outdoor tap needed near cabin so could wash sand off feet.
- Chrissy and David (9/5): Excellent place to stay with everything you need for a comfortable visit. - Probably the most comfortable bed I’ve had in any holiday accommodation. Well run holiday park, obviously cared for and well maintained, with great facilities. Our cabin was well appointed, clean and spacious with easy parking at the door. Don’t expect the free wifi to be connected if checking in mid to late afternoon and only staying one night. We did need it for checking maps and other route information for our continuing long driving holiday. However, even though weak, at least the 4G on my phone had just enough strength to eventually open the sites and apps we needed. It was impossible for me to reach the control panel from my driver’s seat to operate the boom gates….the panel needs to be moved so it is more easily accessible for smaller/lower cars.

The code access pad to exit the park was made for tall vehicles, like 4WD's, not average sedans. Had to exit my car each time we left the park which was a bit of an inconvenience.

- Nisha (5/5): It’s actually a pretty site . - I liked the location. But there was no free game space for kids. It was all with the machines which we have to pay. Heated pool would have been better at least on specific times. We could not use the pool at all due to weather.
- Susan (2/5): Disappointing - Close to the beach and bed was comfortable and the linen was clean It had not been cleaned properly, the bathroom tiles were loose and the floor unstable, windows were dirty, screens broken, dead cockroach and old bandaid on the floor, mouldy blind in the bedroom and cracks in the wall and we paid $275 for each night!

Great location close to the beach, surf club and amenities etc. The park has a tropical feel to it which was nice. Very well-kept grounds and the pool looked amazing. Pity it was a bit too cold for a dip! We would definitely stay in this park again. The cabin was nice and clean but was not a fan of the shower curtain. There was a flashing light on the smoke alarm above the bed that flashed all night which was a bit annoying.

- Louise (6/5): - I've stayed at this caravan park numerous times over the years, both in cabins and camping, and have always enjoyed it. However, I would never stay in a standard cabin again - they are small, shabby (numerous holes in walls badly plastered over, holes in door), lacking facilities (no cooktop so had to use the camp kitchen, tiny bathroom) and poorly located near the children's jumping pillow (the air compressor on all day) and the service area (bins crashing from early on etc). Not a restful stay. On the plus side it was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The website needs to be more up front on what is offered so people realise & can make an informed choice before booking. I was also told on check in that I couldn't upgrade because I'd booked through a third party provider - the park was nowhere near full, so this seemed inflexible and unhelpful. I won't be back.
