• David (10/5): If you are looking for a comfortable location to use as a base or to take a rest, this is it! - Quiet location easy to find, walking distance to a few restaurants and close to the airport, very nice and thought out accommodations, enjoyed swimming in a few warm pool. Just a tiny thing if anything - a fan would have been great (but we’re used to them so a personal preference) and most of the NZ properties we stayed in haven’t had them.

• H (10/5): Excellent luxury boutique accommodation - Excellent luxury boutique accommodation with private entrance (half of house), very old historical building but newly renovated. The backyard was great - large private pool, dart board was a bonus. Inside all of the little touches made the stay very special. Very clean, new barbecue with side burner for cooking, frying, since there was no hob inside. Bathroom set-up is a bit odd with separate toilet room but shower was great!

• Geert (10/5): Wonderful guesthouse close to Nelson. - A beautiful guesthouse. Very well equipped with great taste of design. Certainly one of the best we have ever visited over the years. Nothing, although some visitors might have a preference to see the owners during check-in/check-out.

• Ben (10/5): - Der Aufenthalt war super! Sehr saubere und liebe- sowie geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung im äußeren Stadtbezirk. Ein schöner Pool und sehr guter Grill haben das ganze abgerundet :) (Ausstattung „gut“, da man keine richtige Küche hat). Mit dem sauberen Geschirr, das für uns täglich gereinigt worden ist, gab es immer kleine Süßigkeiten. Insgesamt super nette Gastgeber - ein perfekter Aufenthalt in Nelson.
• Marion (10/5): Nelson Retreat - Very spacious rooms, with everything you need. Beautiful walk in shower. Nice king size bed. Coffee & Tea in the lounge with fridge, microwave and TV. We had a nice swim in the pool at the back. Our hosts were informative & friendly.

• ElliotR (10/5): - We cannot fault this place at all. A beautiful home away from home with everything you need. The swimming pool is solar heated so nice and warm all day. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Nelson!
• Erin (10/5): Comfortable, relaxing weekend getaway - Wonderful, comfortable stay. Great set up with a lot of amenities and thoughtful touches. Close to Nelson and Richmond and cycle path access. We had a car and 5mins drive to Richmond, 12 to Central Nelson. Great hosts who were responsive to comms and friendly. We stayed in spring so the days were warm (not warm enough to use the pool though) and the nights were freezing - but the suite is warm with multiple heaters and electric blankets. Quiet location. Recommend. Would stay again.
• Doug (10/5): Beautiful accomodation in a quiet location. - From the warm welcome with a complimentary bottle of wine, to the scenic backdrop, pool and bbq, this property is special. Ideal for solo travellers or a romantic getaway.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Overnight trip - Lovely place to stay, bed is extremely comfortable, everything you need for an over-nighter. Need transport to get to shops or eateries. I was there to fly out the next morning, so wasn't an issue for me. would highly recommend, could see this as a wonderful romantic getaway place to stay.....maybe next time.
• Colin (10/5): Secluded Luxury - Great pre-arrival communication, arrived late due to flights and got a warm welcome from Martine. Excellent bed and spacious shower. Free wine a bonus! Limited kitchen provision, but the name Suite as opposed to Apartment should suggest that. Some bars and restaurants nearby. Only 10 minutes from Airport. Would highly recommend! For thw price, it was a bargain!

• Elaine (10/5): Out of the Ordinary - Although I'd been to NZ previously I'd never been to the South Island. We decided to base ourselves in Nelson for 2 nights but when I looked at the Accomodation, everything looked really basic and I was looking for something a bit more special. We were delighted with the Woodstock Suite! The cottage style residence was beautifully decorated; the bed was the comfiest I've come across yet and the rainforest shower was fabulous. There was a Bluetooth sound system which allowed music to be heard throughout the Accomodation and there was also complimentary wine laid on by Erik and Martine. The private garden and pool would have be fabulous had we not arrived in winter and during unusually bad weather for the area. After our initial booking Erik and Martine emailed us to ensure that we knew how to find them and to check what time we would be arriving so that they could meet us. We were very impressed by the level of service. Can't wait to go back, hopefully in summer so we can make use of the garden and pool.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Great comfort, a home away from home experience. - The Woodstock Suite is located in the suburbs of Nelson and therefore offered us a quiet and relaxing setting. We were welcomed by Erik and Martine and showed around the place. The room was great with a seperate lounge and bedroom, the bedroom had a brand new TV which we enjoyed very much. Nothing better than laying in bed at night watching a few movies! Great bathroom facilities as well! Coffee machine etc. also provided which was fantastic in the morning.
