Iron, ironing board, washing machine and tumble dryer, sachets of clothes wash liquid, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher with tablets. Air conditioning. Would highly recommend! All was great - only thing for us - 10am check out was early for us but they allowed us some extra time on this occasion. Many thanks.

- sylvia (4/5): - Hi I have left the key as requested. The apartment was very clean and neat staff friendly and very helpful. But that's where it ended for us. We wanted to have a few days rest and relaxation. But being woken at around 7am every morning with the rubbish trucks next door emptying their bins was very annoying even with the window closed it was very loud. I don't know how the tenants put up with it. I was disappointed that we had to climb steps if I knew it was a 1st story accommodation I would have sought for somewhere else, I have arthritic knees and my husband has vertigo so it was a task to mange the stairs. No swimming pool ? I thought there was to be a pool/spa obviously not where you had placed us. The supplies in the kitchen for washing up and cleaning was well practically none existent, 2 x dish wash tablets and rather flimsy jax cloth was all that was supplied for 3 days of dishes - seriously I don't want to have to go and buy washing up detergents etc, when I'm away. - no basics like salt sugar or pepper in containers. We have stayed in many places B&B Motels and Hotels even they have a more of what was in this place. It doesn't cost an arm and a leg to supply a more generous amount of basics. Some places even leave a small welcome basket I wasn't expecting that but it's always a nice feeling when one is made to feel a bit special. Further to my observation a small thought-full hint would be to have a jug of water in the fridge that's nice and cool - you have a jug in the cupboard bit it doesn't take a minute fill it and place it in the fridge, Ice cube tray in freezer was empty? So why bother putting it there. Bed was only a double too small for us so my husband ended up sleeping in the lounge, Shower floor very slippery when wet and no handle bar to hold onto we ended up putting a towel on the floor to prevent us from slipping. But water is nice and hot and pressure was nice.

- Aileen (9/5): - The location is great. There r grocery shops, cafes, petrol kiosk. About 14 minutes drive to Penguin Parade and 17 drive to the Nobbies. The bathroom is big and there r two WC which makes it convienent for our group of 4. There is no aircon unit in one of the bedrooms. The cooking pots and pans are abit old. And there are no bowls at all. Only plates.

B1 lovely - The key location is not at the appartments The second Queen was smaller; felt uncomfortable with my guest as thought they’d be the same. I didn’t like the couch uncomfortable & too narrow to sit & relax, it’s narrow for a corner couch. No footrest. No H&C in B3 & B2. No electric blankets.

The kitchen and bathroom facilities were also good. The staff were excellent Not the property I was originally booked into. The heating was average at best. The apartment was centrally located in Cowes, and a short walk to shops, cafes, restaurants and the foreshore. The apartment itself was spacious and very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed every aspect of the apartment and its location.

Low water pressure, and the aircon/heater in the living room worked intermittently. Some of the features aging and need upgrading.

- Natalia (5/5): Passable - Close to supermarket I was very unhappy that we were given an apartment where the bedrooms directly faced the street, and the traffic noise was about 10 feet from the bedroom window. We found it difficult to get a good night's rest.

No lifts, so don't get 2nd storey units

- Gillian (8/5): Great for a weekend getaway - Clean and spacious two bedroom apartment for my family of 3. Location is absolutely bang on, everything is in walking distance including the beach and you have your choice of supermarkets a 2 min walk down the road to stock up on supplies. Reception was super friendly and helpful, they reassured me there were a couple spare open parking spots on the property for our additional car despite only having the one allocated undercover spot, so we didn’t have to park it on the street each day. Some windows are prevented from being closed entirely but they have fly screens and it’s dead quiet at night so it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t bother us.

Perfect place and location from all the shops, all within walking distance, and all the places we visited were only few minutes away! Would definitely be returning in the future :) The only thing was that the fridge door seal was a bit faulty at the top so it would always open on its own.

For out of office hours, we need go to another place to pick the key and follow the instructions, which we wasted almost an hour. The main reason we booked this apartment was it has a kitchen and stove top, but it was unfortunately not working. It was bit frustrated for us as the restaurants are closed and online deliveries at 10pm. I called the emergency number and at the end they bring a picnic stove for us to cook.

The apartment is well set up and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a short stay. The cental location is great but means the view is of the local shops and car workshop. A bit noisy early one morning as large bins were emptied but otherwise quite peaceful.

We thought that being in the front apartment and on the main road might present some noise issues, but this was definitely not the case. Located in the heart of Cowes, the apartment was a very comfortable walking distance to the beach, cafes and restaurants and supermarkets. A secured car park was a bonus. Our apartment could have easily accommodated for a family of four and therefore was very spacious and more than accomodating for 2 people.The apartment was well allocated. Picking up our keys from Phillip Island Apartments, as communicated to us before we arrived, was easy and not an issue at all. Reception staff was genuinely kind and helpful, and ensured we had all our queries answered before we got to the apartment. The apartment requires some maintenance. The bathroom door did not close entirely shut and needed to be pushed closed. Also, would have loved to have seen a frying pan in the kitchen, as it made cooking breakfast in the morning a little challenging, but not impossible.
