- neal (7/5): Good for a night. - Good location The room I was in didn’t offer very good sound barriers. With windows and doors shut I heard all traffic early in the morning, the other clients coming and going. The washing machine banging below my room. And the beds are not ever comfortable.

Requested a ground floor unit at time of booking, weeks before (recent knee replacement). Had no communication and assumed ok. Arrived to be told they don't get messages from booking .com. Advise not to book if ground floor is needed.

- Peter (7/5): In the heart of Mullum. Good pub accommodation. - Good pub accommodation with access to good pub food below you. Can be noisy before closing time. But then it is a pub.

- Gregory (4/5): Right in town - Close to Restaurants No parking one night. Thought they could put room numbers on the concrete carpark. Next door to Ex-Services club which can get noisy at closing time when you're trying to sleep. One morning there was a worker with a blower, clearing leaves at 7am. Also thought the mattress was a bit springy

I believe I may have left my hearing aids there. They are in a small dark grey case . Could you contact them to find out if they were found. Many thanks

- Michelle (1/5): Couldn't stay, slept in a van - Called and was not able to get anyone on the phone to advise my colleague was running late. Tried many times. When my colleague arrived, no checkin was available and no staff were onsite. Had to sleep in the work van. Have called and emailed since and you're not able to talk to anyone, and no emails have ever been responded to. Anyone to answer emails or phone calls would be nice.

- Bernd (8/5): - Everything. Clean, simple, close to everything.Staff are a pleasure to deal with. Its not the hilton, but given a choice, i would opt for this any day. Definitely value for money Except the upstairs room up at the front was a bit noisy from traffic at time..
- CHRISTINE (1/5): Fraught - I needed ground floor, so was glad not to have to climb stairs. The motel is very convenient, being in the middle of town. The air conditioning worked. The bathroom facilities are original 1960's! The hand-basin cold tap broke, gushing, and was replaced by staff with an outdoor hose fitting tap with the nob underneath. The shower doors go back and show terrible wear and tear. The toilet was squeezed into a corner. The fan had two speeds, hurricane and off. I couldn't get the TV too work. The mattress was very old. I think that maybe the ground floor units were neglected while additions were made above. But no update since the '60s!!

Atvykome ketvirtadienį, iš ketvirtadienio į penktadienį vežė šiukšles, prekes į parduotuves, veiksmas prasidėjo po 5 ryto ir tesėsi gan ilgai ir kartojosi, dėl ko miegoti ryte buvo neįmanoma, viskas aplinkui ūžė. Po kambariais yra motelio skalbykla, pradedant skalbinių plovimą apie 7-7.30 val. prasideda bildesys kuris taip pat žadina kaip žadintuvas.

Very tight parking spot, second night all parking was taken by evening when we got back, and I had to park off sight. Should be that someone with a rented room should be allocated a parking spot which others cannot take.

Staff working directly below room I was staying in were smoking making it difficult to keep window open for fresh air

Black mould around floor & wall tiles Excess Noise from motel laundromat below rooms started at 7am every morning & went on all day - limiting sleep which is what a motel operates to Sells—-beds for sleep!!!!!
- Chantal (5/5): Don't expect a lot. - The size of the room was adequate for a short stay. The place needs some renovation as it looks tired and worn out. The bathroom, although a good size, needs an upgrade. The location was fine, although I was not expecting having to pick up the keys at the local pub. The place was clean and the little bit of provision eg. milk could be improved. There was a strong smell of cigarette near the front door. Music was played nearby, which was distracting and the TV stopped working.
