• xxx (8/5): peaceful, quiet, nice, convenient. - The location was convenient and the environment was peaceful, which made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and approachable, contributing positively to the overall experience. Additionally, there was a cat on the premises, which added a pleasant and welcoming touch to the atmosphere. During my stay, I noticed a few minor housekeeping and maintenance points that may be helpful to address. There was a small strand of hair present in the freezer, and a light spider web in the wardrobe. While these were minor, attending to them would further improve overall cleanliness standards. I also observed that some noise from the neighbouring room was audible, such as cupboard doors closing during cleaning. It appears that sound travels through the partition walls to some extent. This did not significantly impact my stay, but it may be worth noting for general awareness. Additionally, access to the parking area could be slightly improved. The hedge along the pedestrian pathway is somewhat overgrown, which makes walking through the path less comfortable, as it requires brushing against the leaves. Trimming it back further would make the walkway more convenient and accessible. Overall, these were relatively minor observations, and the overall experience was positive.

Host super friendly & always greeted with a smile. enjoyed my weekend stay even though i was only there afternoons onwards just the tv annoyed me

All you need for a short stay / long weekend. - Clean tidy room was everything I needed. really enjoyed having secure parking Air cond was effective TV worked on YouTube etc and onfree to air channels Taxi picked you up from reception, which was great in the wet weather This big property is hard to find and is basically a driveway (battle axe block). Once you know that it is OK to find. Plenty of lighting but bulbs neeed to be higher out put or go LED as all lights were dim and there were no dimmers on the switches.

• Brent O (9/5): Great sized apartment for a short-medium stay. - Great sized room, very comfortable bed. Well appointed kitchen, it even had alfoil and glad wrap! Everything was very clean and neat. It could easily accommodate a couple for few days if they wanted to explore the region.. Shower pressure was not good.

• Mark (9/5): Excellent place to stay for a few days to use as a base. - The location was very central and also very safe, a security gate closes at 8pm at night and a code is needed to access after that time. The apartment had a lovely little balcony where we could sit in the sun. The complex was quiet and had a laundry. The cupboards etc were a little tired but clean and still very functional.

• Paige (3/5): Not a whole great value for money. - Not a whole lot The bathroom walls were dirty. Plumbing wasn’t great, sink water was brown. There was no hot water at ALL in the shower. Lost something underneath the bed and pulled out somebody’s old sock and vapes so clearly lacks cleanliness.

• Simon (7/5): A perfectly good and well situated place to stay. - The unit was comfortable, clean and reasonably well appointed. It's quite close to the centre of town. Parking was adjacent to the unit which helps unloading/loading. The bed was comfortable and the space is functional. My criticisms are ALL generally minor in nature, but might be of interest to the owner/manager: • It would have been nice to have a Nespresso/other small coffee machine (with a few free pods) included.• A dishwasher brush would have been helpful for washing up. • The coffee table in front of the lounge (that enables you to watch the t.v. while having a meal or coffee), should ideally be slightly larger to make it more usable. • The bathroom is very outdated in appearance (with paint missing from the door), and lacking suitable shelf space beside the basin to place toiletries.

• Roshana (1/5): Disappointing - Firstly, the pictures and descriptions provided on the booking platform were misleading and did not accurately reflect the condition of the apartment I was assigned. The images I viewed when making my reservation seemed to depict a clean, well-maintained space; however, upon arrival, Our colleagues found the apartment to be far from the standard that was promise. In particular, the carpets in the apartment has a very damp odour, which filled the apartment, creating an uncomfortable environment during the brief stay, and a health hazard for respiratory disease. This is not acceptable, especially considering the expectations set by the promotional images.
