• Philip (8/5): Love to stay again - in the summer. - This property is positioned towards the top of the local market. It is higher quality and has more space that normal motels. It was clean and very comfortable and has good parking. Beds were comfortable and so was the lounge space. The king-sized bed had an electric blanket. There is a heat pump in the lounge area. The marble bathroom looked excellent and clean. The bathroom had no heater and the heat pump that warmed the lounge area well did not reach the bathroom. The bathroom was very cold in the morning.

High School she went to and old family home in Shakespeare Road. The Rec opposite was handy. Its not any big issue but it would have been nice to have an electric blanket for the elderly. But understand why these probably wouldn't be economic. Perhaps an option?
• Debbie (10/5): Perfect Accomodation - Great little apartment with everything you need to cook your own meals. Loved the spa in our room as after lots of travelling it was nice way to relax. Only complaint is the kitchen needs an exhaust fan for cooking.

Heat was adjustable so we were warm. Everything was very clean. We would recommend the Coleraine I honestly cannot think of anything.

Ein sehr netter Ort und nicht so deprimierend wie Greymouth - Zimmer war sauber; Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 10 Minuten zu Fuß rechts die Hauptstraße hoch Alte Einrichtung; keine Ablage für 2. Koffer; um in der Küche etwas zu sehen (Kaffee kochen) mussten wir die eigene Taschenlampe benutzen. Kissen und Bett fühlten sich "klamm" an. Tipp von Managerin im gegenüber liegenden Hotel und Restaurant zu Essen war ein super Reinfall. Das Essen dort war sehr schlecht.

Very comfortable. Only downside was nowhere really close for an early breakfast before sightseeing. Good breakfast facilities nearby if you have a later start.

Staff are friendly, units are spacious, well appointed, and impressively clean. Linens etc are of a high standard and the kitchenette has extras that few other motels provide. It's great location is an added bonus.

A decent TV and outside area with a well equipped kitchen area, which would be wonderful if you were staying for a longer period of time. Our host was helpful and happy to oblige with any assistance or needs we had. One small issue. The soap dispensers in the bathroom were very hard to squeeze ( I suffer with arthritis )

I booked for 12 people over two nights. 3 of our group where involvede in a serious accident the day prior to our arrival I tried to negiote a new rate but this fell on deaf ears. The owners are only interested in making money not any PR. Understand their side of the argument but they did not appreciate ours so we will not be going back to the Coleraine
• Travel28341576100 (10/5): Great night away in Greymouth - Great room friendly service at front desk. Everything was easy. Room large and spacious. Good TV. Comfortable bed. Soft towels.

• Galen (10/5): Very comfortable and efficient apartment - The staff was great. They were responsive when we reported loud noise after hours. The room and bathroom are large and the kitchenette is well supplied. The bed is huge and very comfortable. There is not much of a view but you are located close to Woolworths and several fast food restaurants if you desire.
