It is in an excellent location close to food, shops and the beach. We let them know we were arriving late and they organised everything for us - it was seamless. The room was spotless and had everything we needed and more. Evening shower was not as hot as it was in the morning. Otherwise everything was great.

• Alyson (8/5): Great location near the beach, and found the best dubs ever at Miami Subs. - Clean, close to the 777 bus stop. It has a pool and the manager was lovely and helpful. It will be opposite the Light rail stop when that starts. No lift. We had to drag our bags up to the second floor.

• patrick (4/5): worse than disappointing - The motel was advertised on Trivago as having a Vietnamese restaurant and bar as part of ---------the reason i booked---------When i got there im told by staff that that restaurant had not been there for 9 years --said it was nothing to do with them!--------i checked next morning and said i would be happy to send them the Trivago listing---------They did not care less and again said nothing to do with them---------shocking attitude--
• Christoph (3/5): Nicht empfehlenswert - Die Unterkunft liegt direkt neben einer 4-spurigen Hauptstrasse (zur Zeit auch noch mit großer Baustelle), der Pool ist 5 m neben dieser Straße. Beides kann man auf den Bilder nicht sehen?!? Die Küche ist ein "Witz", keine Spülmöglichkeiten sondern nur eine Plastikschüssel, die man aber nirgends abstellen kann. Größe und Ausstattung entsprechen nicht im Geringsten dem Preis. Wir haben zu den selben oder günstigeren Konditionen sehr viel besser übernachtet.

• Alannah (8/5): A great value motel, spotlessly clean and comfortable with friendly staff in a great location. - Incredibly clean and neat. The rooms were newly decorated, the bed was comfortable and the room had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. It was also within walking distance to the beach, cafes and restaurants, shops and local transport. I just want to note that I appreciate how much work it takes to maintain this high standard of cleanliness - I have visited many hotels on the GC that charge a lot more & they don’t come close to the spotless standard of the Burleigh GC hotel. We will definitely be staying again - keep up the good work!
• Simon (8/5): Basic motel in a great area with clean rooms and parking - Although we got information about check in finishing at 5pm once I had called the hotel it was confirmed that we could have a late check-in. We were travelling a long distance and it was not easy to check messages throughout the day. We arrived with clear instructions about entering the hotel and getting to the room etc.. Worked wonderfully. Not the fault of the hotel but there were extensive roadworks making it hard to access the property. The details of late check in could be mentioned in the listing. We were very concerned when we received the message about check in finishing at 5pm as we knew we would not arrive until 7 or 8pm.

• Sejin jenny (3/5): expensive & not worth the price - Room was clean enough. Room was clean enough but the toilet sewage smell was strong when we entered the room. plus, not enough locks on the door to feel secure when you are sleeping on the ground floor of the motel. used since it was 1 night and was for work but won't recommend to anyone unfortunately. and paid $345.60 for 1 night for that room seems a bit too much for the quality we got.

• Annika (6/5): Ok for sleeping but rooms are sterile and not well equipped - It was clean and bright and not old and the front desk staff are very nice. The room lightning is very harsh - it’s like strong cool spotlights - abd makes it all very sterile… and the room doesn’t have any shelves or drawers so no place for things - and the closet is super small. There are no fold out things for the luggage either.

Fresh towels and soaps. Main light switch not working. Hair on bathroom and shower floor. Had to walk up flights of stairs. Close to major roadworks.
