Lorraine (7/5): Good for golfers for a couple of days play and stay. - Location right next door to Bribie Island Golf Course was the attraction. One bedroom was larget than expected. Didn't like the one towel rack only to hang 2 towels, no shelf anywhere in the shower to put soap, very ordinary queen bed and cheap sheets.

Need more clothes airers for towels as hard to dry between pool beach visits when overcast. And the dryer was very hard to work out even with YouTube assistance. Maybe a procedure list for drying laminated to the machine.

Debra (9/5): Perfect place for the family get together with lots to do and plenty of room for all. - Very quiet location next to Golf Club which had great meals, pool and play area was great for kids and adults and apartment felt like home. Toilet in ensuite did not work properly and ensuite was very small but it was good to have the 2nd bathroom.

Fiore Charlton (1/5): - Nothing Although the manager appeared friendly, our stay was extremely uncomfortable due to constant micromanagement and being watched on cameras. We booked this resort for a relaxing Christmas getaway with family, but instead felt monitored and unwelcome the entire time. We were repeatedly told off for minor issues such as hanging beach towels over the balcony railing and children leaning on the tennis net. On top of this, the security guard was rude to my brother when he simply held the door open for him as he was leaving. At this resort we had noticed multiple cameras in the kids facilities & pool which i don't think is right as the area is for families & kids to have fun, not to be watched on cameras. On 27/12/2025 at around 10:20am, an adult male forcefully dunked a basketball and hung from the hoop for several seconds, posing a clear safety risk and potential damage to property. Unlike my family, he was not spoken to or corrected by management, highlighting an unfair and inconsistent approach. This was not the relaxing, family-friendly experience advertised. It feels like a complete waste of money, money that could have been better spent on my own little family. The way we were treated was sad, unfair, and disappointing. We will not be returning and would not recommend this place to families looking to enjoy a stress-free holiday.

Pool area was great. If you have kids they will have a great time. Great location for relaxing. Location far from activities.

Location was perfect. Balcony was great. Kitchen well supplied with what you need to cook a feed. Bed was too hard for us.

No complaints at all!

Leesa (6/5): - The Manager and House Keeping lady were so friendly and gave exceptional service. I had an issue and they sorted it straight away and did everything they could to ensure I was happy. The bathroom is completely unrenovated, poky and in the cupboards a bit dirty. Chipped floor tiles. It looks around 35 years old. Because it was the Music Festival weekend, the owner of Unit 32 overcharged and I felt quite ripped off. I would trade nice decorations in the lounge room any day for a good, clean, modern bathroom, more comfortable bed and not having heavy, old doors that a difficult to open. I have a Chronic Pain Condition so a hard bed and poky bathroom worsened my pain and I didn't sleep well either.

Lindsay (9/5): Superb - The rooms are very big, we were just staying a couple of nights but it’s great if you need an extended stay as there is a full kitchen and lots of space for whole families. The underground car park floods a bit, and the smell of the golf greens. But that’s to be expected.

Jemma (7/5): Comfortable but not sure the price is worth it - Great well thought out rooms, very comfortable and welcoming. Kids loved the pool, basketball court and playground. Undercover parking was good during the storm that hit and very close to the beach and little cafes. Pool is states it’s heated but it definitely didn’t feel like it, it was very very cold. Weird smelling water everywhere through the car park. I have a big car but was given a small space that could only be reversed into with a shed behind, it made opening my boot impossible. The rooms doors didn’t lock to some of the balcony (none were by key) and one wouldn’t even slide open, not great when it was the 4th floor and I was travelling alone with kids. The spa was also not clean someone else’s hair was in it and looked gross (we decided to just use the other shower). Lastly not sure what was wrong with the main tv but it wouldn’t work at all until randomly the first night it started to at 9pm. Lastly checked in when reception was closed and there were no instructions to find our park or room which was odd I’ve never experienced that before.

She accepted liability and I asked for some sort of compensation but I haven’t heard back. The room was absolutely disgusting. A dirty towel left in the wall in robe. Dirt all over the tiles and carpet. Carpet was dirty. Draws were falling apart. Cupboards falling off the hinges. Pool was green. Room was dirty. Pool was dirty.
Stephen (10/5): Even though we was disapointed with a cancelled concert at sandstone point, this place made up for it, was a great chill - Great facilities had everything and more, was clean and well looked after, would highly recommend this place and will be staying again next time we visit Bribie There was nothing to complain about really, we couldn’t park our car in the underground car park as the height is 2.1m so had to park on the street…not really an issue it’s the price you pay for having a big 4x4 😂

I was advised it was fully booked and only saw a few people the whole stay. Thought it was closer to the beach and there was works outside our window at 7am on last day.

Pool / BBQ are were great and catered for the kids as well. While each bedroom had a ceiling fan, only the main living area had an air conditioner. This wasn't going to reach down the hallway in a 3 bedroom apartment and for those not used to the heat made for uncomfortable sleeping.
