• Nicole (8/5): Great Family Holiday - Great facilities, so many options for the kids. 1 bedroom cabin was spacious and comfortably fit 4 people. Waterslides can only be used when staff is available. They did open it for an hour for us to use but a little disappointing that we couldn't utilise it more.

• Ngoc (9/5): We enjoyed a relaxing, fun filled days at the park. Plenty of things to do and all within walking distances. I fully rec - Different amenities and facilities for activities. E.g. water slides, kids playground, swimming pools, plunge pools, gym, kids arcade, movie room, sauna, library, tennis court, basketball court and even a squash court. Layout of the cabin was suited to our needs. TV cannot cast or enter wifi was the main thing that did not work. Can be made more modernized and up to date. E.g. Gym, tennis court, basketball court.

• Rheiana (7/5): Favourite annual summer stay! - Great facilities for the kids. Great location. Front screen door was broken and didn’t shut properly which allowed many flys into the cabin. The bathroom fly screen was also broken. Both were reported to reception. We were also placed in a disability modified cabin which was a bit of a shame as we weren’t notified until we arrived.

• Damien (9/5): Overall enjoyed it. Kids loved it and we will be back. Wifi was perfect for kids at night. - We liked the facilities eg park, grounds and our kids loved the water slides. We went early December so was rather quiet which suited our family. The 2 bedroom deluxe villa was perfect for our 3 kids. Comfortable and great size living area. The spa was unavailable and the plunge pools were out of order. The unit was clean but my wife is a clean freak and notice a few improvements in cleaning certain areas could be better. Maybe some foil amd cling wrap for cooking reasons.

• Sarah (10/5): One of the best places we have ever stayed at 10/10 - Our stay was beyond expectations, the cabins were beautiful and spacious and very clean the beds were extremely comfy like sleeping on a cloud, beautiful location with everything local within walking distance or no more then 5/10 minute drive. So much for the kids to do my daughter had the best time in the pool and went down the slide 50+ times, and then enjoyed playing in the onsite playground and riding her scooter. We met so many people who were so friendly, the staff were great very attentive, very friendly and always smiling. We had such a great time away and can’t wait to book again Couldn’t fault anything even if I tried

• Paul (2/5): Very disappointing - Location is great. Due to bad weather there was a black out, no internet for days , you couldn’t use most of the things there as all said closed to bad weather. We were not offered a reimbursement or anything, paid for services you didn’t receive etc and no contact from staff and when I emailed upset they ignored me.

The air conditioner was not even worth putting on so very uncomfortable to sleep. Bunk beds were so noisy when the kids changed position at night woke everyone up

Very disapppointed the spas were out of order as it was winter and cold and the spa was something we were really looking forward to. Our cabin was good however it had a very unpleasant smell, like damp/ mildew/ mould. If the windows were open you couldn't smell it but being cold and winter we had to have the windows closed and the smell became strong, was through our clothes when I unpacked.

• Charli (6/5): Decent, but disappointing.. staff was lovely but I don’t think I’d be back - I liked that the cabin came with a big shower, a full equipped kitchen & spacious room Unfortunately the bed sheets were either stained or a bit dirty, which of course isn’t ideal. The shower needed a MAJOR uplift, such a big spacious shower with literal peel coming off & a TINY shower head.. the door had major scuff marks which I understand.. wear n tear but it’s not pleasant to look at especially for $568. The bathroom door had no lock, the blinds also need updating. Maybe to a single shade on all windows, the ones that are on there are so out dated one actually fell off on us n we had to put it back up. Unfortunately the advertised times for the basketball court n pool were different to what was put up on the actual site. We stayed in a ‘double’ cabin which was NOT advertised on the website n had a couple the first night having sexual intercouse n unfortunately we were able to hear EVERYTHING. The second night we had children next to us, which was super annoying simply for the fact they were running around like elephants n sounded like they were running up the walls. We actually didn’t stay the second night, we left early as we were unable to wind down with the constant banging coming from the other cabin. For $568 I would’ve appreciated knowing ahead of time that our cabin basically was conjoined with another cabin.
