- Gemma (9/5): Excellent stay, location and staff! - An awesome place to stay if you need to visit South Bank and the Gabba on foot, with the bonus of parking for $15 a night if you need your car to visit other spots in the city. The rooms were clean, with plenty of extra towels, toiletries and blankets, and the reception staff were so helpful. They helped us fix the Wi-Fi connection so quickly. The beds in our apartment were extremely comfortable as well. The air con in one of our rooms needed a service, and not being able to open windows in the bedrooms made the place a bit stuffy. Other than that we have no complaints.

Apartment is well soundproofed.
We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment.
Fully equipped with washer/dryer/dishwasher.
Two televisions. Full size fridge, plenty of cookware and homewares. Everything was clean and to a high standard.
Quality mattresses and pillows, it was a very comfortable sleep.
Garage is big enough to accommodate our large SUV. Big private balcony to dine on.
Very professional and friendly staff at reception.

- fang (8/5): 适合短住一两天,不适合久住,主要是噪音问题突出。 - 地理位置很好,靠近文化中心和南岸公园,444路起点站就在门口,火车站汽车站、餐厅购物都在步行距离,去哪里都方便。露台比较大,房间空间也足够,厨房餐具炊具足够,工作人员也很热情友好。 房间里没有直连网络,要蹭隔壁房间的来用,网速很慢,有时候甚至联接不上,很耽误事儿。
楼层低看不到什么城市景观,门口火车频繁经过,非常吵闹,加上深夜运货卡车、摩托车、一大早路对面健身房的强劲音乐……睡眠不好的人、心脏不好的人请慎选。
床垫太软,睡得腰酸,不适合需要一定支撑力才能入睡的人。
卫生间有一盏灯打开时总是会闪。厨房的不粘锅划痕累累,且锅沿处还留有上位客人留下的食物痕迹,碗里面也有,沙发上也有食物碎屑,显然打扫的时候只是吸尘换床单毛巾却没有注意到这些物品的细节。
厨房抽油烟机偶尔会传出别家的菜味(建筑烟道问题),缺少剪刀和砧板,不太方便使用。
