Water pressure kept going weak throughout my shower, and water went cold at times. Old historical 1970s radio in wall.. too pricey for what it is. Should not be charging more than $80 per night, just a suggestion.

- Sonya (8/5): We enjoyed our stay at Elsinor Lodge and the beds were very comfortable. We would 100% stay again. - The room was clean and tidy and well set out. The pool area was a good to cool Off. And the parking was good. A bit dated and although the rooms were clean and tidy, there were a lot of cobwebs and the vents were all full of dust. There was a bit of rubbish and mess in the carpark.

- Cade (3/5): - Bad wifi meant we couldn't use for watching anything e.g. netflix and it would drop in and out. Staff were responsive but unable to resolve issue properly. Contacting reception meant knocking on a locked door and waiting for a response. Facilities were rundown and grubby inside apartment e.g. stains on shower curtain, dirt and grime instead kitchen cupboards, food stains inside fridge. Fold out sofa bed was broken, very very basic amenities. People smoking in no smoking areas. Overall I would have to say a depressing place to stay unfortunately.

- Christina (5/5): Disappointed stayvacation - Location is central yet quiet Having stayed here before as a local who tries to support local hospitality establishments, this visit was disappointing. The room had so many things wrong with it, it seemed very run down. At night there was cockroaches everywhere. The check in time advertised was incorrect and they did not have cable tv or wifi. The tv had marks where the pixels were damaged and there was only 1 of each glass/mug even though we had two people staying and the room served 3. Power points hanging off the wall and loose light fixtures. Will not stay here again. Website Photos are obviously not current
- Ian (1/5): Stayed Christmas night charged $294 a joke. - Nothing was the worst presented room have experienced in 20+years of travelling using booking.com. Used dishcloth still on sink. Soap stuck in shower foot groves on floor of bath where shower was. Did not use. Mould around bath/tiles and inside fridge. Carpet badly stained throughout unit. Main mirror cracked top to bottom.

- Jones (10/5): "A great motel in a GREAT town" - Everything! The Elsinore is a clean, comfortable, quiet , retro cool motel. The shower is warm, the air conditioning and fridge are cold, the beds are comfy , the rooms are a good size, it's very very good! And, the town!! DAPTO is THE GREATEST TOWN ON EARTH!!! How good is it !! 👍👍👍👏👏👏👏👏🔥🔥 Zero! Everything about the Elsinore screams "class". It oozes old school charm. Not unlike myself.

- Haffner (8/5): All Good. - The Bed was super comfortable 😌 so many pillows which I love ❤️ the pool and spa facility was very clean and spacious and fun 😁 Aah the spa bath in my room was not operational but the owners are new, and I had the pool spa to enjoy. So 😂 it was okay.

He was thinking about calling the cops / then it stopped and there’s no reception to contact. We also had a loud argument on the second night with banging on the walls - so while the room was very clean and comfortable- the noise spoilt it

- Claire (4/5): - A comfortable bed, good shower and a spacious room There was a musty sort of smell to the room which was off-putting. Very dated, no plug in the sink so if you drop a lid, you've lost it into the hole. The AC was a bit noisy, just a constant buzz

Linen was clean, shower was great, but had some serious maintenance issues. Needs some freshening up with paint, curtains, and some inexpensive decor would brighten it up. Very overpriced stay.

The restaurant closed before Covid so some three years or more ago one would call that false advertising.2 too expensive at $176 per night for nothing really out of this world except the fact it was disgusting.

The room was very dated, it smelt bad (because of the Frenchman and the Cambodian who had stayed there recently according to the manager) the carpet was dirty, the bathroom tiles cracked and I was 2.5 meters from the smoking zone. I am a great believer in that you get what you paid for, even though this was a cheaper option it was extremely bad value. I wouldn't have paid more than $50 for this room.

- Annette (7/5): Good - The location for our needs was fantastic. Although a very big two room unit, it could do with serious renovation to the bathroom and kitchen stove and decor. Suited our needs but we are an older couple and didn't need such a big room or the cost for one night.
