• Jon (10/5): Clean comfortable acommodation at a reasonable price. - The cabin was clean and comfortable with a good sized deck where I could rig my fishing rods, only as short drive to the beach. There are a number of speed humps in the driveway, one of which bottomed out on my car. The street lighting is very poor which made it difficult to to find my way, especially since the lighting bollards were at eye height for a car, so they were quite blinding. Reflective numbers on cabins would also be helpful.

• Kaylee (6/5): Thank you to the receptionist for letting us have a later check out to help my mum! - My daughter loved the pool! My mum came down with a terrible migraine the morning we were to leave but the lovely lady at reception let us stay longer with no extra charge. Thank you for that! The cleanliness wasn’t great in the cabin. In the bathroom a broom (hooked on the wall broom facing up next to the sink)- was FULL of hair and dirt from pervious cleans. Lastly when I came to reception to ask about extending our checkout - a staff member was behind a wall was slagging someone off, using language I’m glad my daughter wasn’t around for. Someone eating breakfast on the balcony had to come and say I was waiting (and could hear everything!)
• Maria May (3/5): Staff not friendly - The villa we stayed was clean and close to amenities i also love the activities you can do with the family The staff were not that friendly although i do understand that it's peak season but they coul've said it nicely that we cannot request to have late check out and the kids aren't able to play at the playground. • Phoebe (9/5): Will continue to be a place for our annual weekend getaway on hubby's annual leave. - Always accomodating with our yearly bookings and saw that the tv was updated and can do streaming now. The light/fan switches are a bit confusing, flicking all the lights to figure out which one's which. Brought some freezy pop tube thingys but didn't freeze them, maybe coz it was on the food of the freezer?!

There was no shower gel, shampoo or conditioner provided, which meant that there was no way to wash hair after the pool.

• Srbek (9/5): - Overall a lovely little getaway. The check-in was fast and easy with some fun suggestionson what to do, massive plus when you had 3 little ones stuck in a car for hours. Some things just need some TLC but nothing big. Completely understandable coming to the end of the school holidays, to the point it would seem like nitpicking.

Bedrooms had no fan or air conditioning so they were pretty warm and the rooms held the warm temp overnight even with it only being 26-28 degrees days.
• McCamish (9/5): Excellent, family-friendly holiday park at a great location on the Central Coast - Layout of the villas was excellent. Kids loved the pools. Location was very central for our needs. Tricky to get into the pool area when family members have gone ahead with the key.

• Amanda (8/5): Location and facilities are great for those without mobility issues. Add a grandma with a walking stick to the trip & - The 2 bed cabin for a family of 4 has all you need. The pools are excellent. And the location was great for exploring and the beach. Very poor for anyone with mobility issues. There were 6 steps to our cabin and no hand rail or bannister. Also the pool urgently needs upgraded signage to warn swimmers of the very different depths.
• Muhammad (7/5): Over all great experience except fans and AC issues - Booking & Staff/Reception: 10/10 Cleanliness: 9/10 Pool / Spa: 8/10 Facilities: 7/10 Overall, the facilities were good. However, there are a few areas where improvements could enhance the experience, specially for families with children. The pool area would benefit from clearer signage indicating water depth and additional safety precautions, rather than relying entirely on families for supervision. The kids’ room did not have a fan and fans in the TV lounge and one of the rooms were very slow and not effective., which made it uncomfortable for sleeping. As a result, the children ended up sleeping on the TV lounge sofas. The TV screen in the lounge is relatively small for viewing from the sofas, which may cause eye strain. Air conditioning was only available in the TV lounge and appears to be quite old, with effective cooling limited to a very short distance. If these minor issues are addressed, the property would be a good option for kids and families to spend holidays. However, in its current state, it is more suitable for short stays of 2–3 days. The kids’ room did not have a fan and fans in the TV lounge and one of the rooms were very slow and not effective., which made it uncomfortable for sleeping. As a result, the children ended up sleeping on the TV lounge sofas.

The sign for Avoca palms on the round drive needs to be lit up. it was frustrating in the dark to find so late with a baby when entrance is on another street that you cannot see in the dark.

• Karen (5/5): Caravan park at Sydney hotel prices - The staff were nice. Pool was lovely. When issues arose and notified staff offered additional night as compensation. Cabin was not fully cleaned before use, moldy bread in cupboard and foodstuff under couches. Missing items advertised as being included. Cost to use BBQ and games room on premises. Local beach and Cafe minimum 2km away. When raising issues, staff tried to turn blame to my not reporting earlier using emergency number (missing dvd player or dish soap is not an emergency).

• Catherine (9/5): Great Place for Family to Stay! - We had a great time celebrating my birthday here with my family. The place is lovely, and we really enjoyed the swimming pool. There’s also a play area where the kids had fun playing table tennis and billiards. It’s close to Avoca Beach, where we enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking. I would definitely recommend this place. None

We stayed with our two children and found the accommodation to be generally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. The location was also a big plus for us — it was close to everything we needed, which made our family trip very convenient and relaxing. Thank you for a lovely stay. We would be happy to visit again in the future. We did notice a few insects, including some cockroaches, during our stay, so additional pest control or attention to this area would make the experience even better. Overall, however, we had a pleasant stay.
