• kiara (1/5): If you like paying almost $200 to stay in an unclean bug filled cabin with no usable play facilities this is your place - Nothing about staying here was worth the price I paid, plus after placing a complaint with bookings no one has replied or helped me for 2 weeks now The pool and park were closed down, the cabin was filthy, the bunk beds are easily 60+cm off the ground which is not how it seemed in the photos, the main bed was hard as a rock and on arrival home one of my children were covered in bug bites like there was bed bucks at the property No only were the bunk beds not useable for my two toddler children, we had to also make our own beds even though adding them on to our booking endured an extra charge to our stay and the bedding had piss stains

The little cabin was well appointed and the shower whilst small had great water pressure and the water was hot. Exactly what you need after a day of driving. The bed was small and creaked when you moved.

The rooms could certainly do with a bit of an update. Everything is fairly old. The bed was not very comfortable - probably needs a mattress topper.

Nice staff, very quiet, grounds next door to walk th - Easy to find, easy to park, quiet, pet friendly It’s really just a place to stop over. The pool was great, and it’s next door to a park, so for us as a young family with a dog, it was great for a couple of nights on our way through.

Also, the fact that we arrived late and staff had placed the key in the safe outside and they had sent a txt to my mobile before we reached the destination. Because we were leaving early we were able to drop the key in the box. Very convienant. Nothing really.

• Adam (2/5): - Cheap price, dog friendly a bonus. But on arrival was greeted at the office with an open sign on the door and door unlocked “we’re closed sorry keys are in the box”. After a 5 hour drive I was a bit shocked with that comment considering it was only 5.15pm and hours were 5.30pm close according to google. Not even a hello how are you. Bedding was questionable, why did the doona not have a cover? Overall very outdated place and rude on arrival, not a good look, wouldn’t go back.

The office shut before I got there (I arrived at 4:48pm) and I couldn’t talk to anyone as they don’t open until 9am. The confirmation was confusing because they got the wrong room type (we had to make 3 calls during the day before someone finally calls us back) We have 6 motels and 1 caravan park and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to stay here. Over priced and dirty.
• Marina (7/5): I won’t be staying there again. - The location was good for being next to a park and nature area where we could walk the dogs and close to a shopping plaza. Our pet friendly cabin had no place outside to tether the dogs and no outdoor table, chairs or bench to sit on. When I booked online the image of the cabin with the garden , 2 bunk beds and a double bed was not the cabin we got. That was a false advertisement and I paid for something a didn’t get.

• Lee (1/5): A total disappointment, don't consider this accommodation. - The pool was cold but clean. I do not recommend this accommodation. There were no staff on site, then we accessed our cabin and found that although our booking was for three beds, there were only two. The 'delux' cabin was tiny and very basic, with marks on the walls and tired furniture. One sheet had holes. I rang and explained the error with our booking. After much back and forth and their denial of any responsibility, the staff member on the phone found she did actually have another empty cabin. She found someone to bring a key for it, he then took a wee in our bathroom before handing me the key! He was angry at me when I said I didn't think that was appropriate. In the end, I carried a mattress from one cabin to ours with the help of one of my children, and had to sleep on this on the floor. It was a disaster from start to finish. Don't stop here.
