- Goel (10/5): Excellent Location - Pleasant Hosts - The property exceeded my expectations. Sudhir and Swathi are excellent managers and pleasant hosts. I could par my car right outside my room door so unloading and loading was easy. I would definitely recommend others for this property and return again whenever I am in this area.

Tje pillows were skinny and bumpy The couch was the same the room stank of curry the shower head was all blocked and broken the worst shower I’ve ever been in . Someone has attempted to re paint the room it looks like a 2 year old has done it . The breakfast was crap the jam was out of date and tasted disgusting we were offered orange juice or apple what we got was a kids Prima . There was nothing good to say about the place . Everything needs to be thrown out of that room and start again . I will never be staying there again

- LISA (9/5): 不管長居還是短居都是一個不錯的選擇 - 1.由老闆一家人一起經營，本身也住在那裏，不用擔心找不到人幫忙 2.四人房空間滿大，裡面有桌椅跟微波爐、熱水壺、吹風機、小冰箱，也可以洗衣服烘衣服，也有足夠的收納空間 3.衛浴廁所空間不會很壅擠，乾溼分離 是花灑 水量很大也很熱 4.雙人床墊有電熱毯，也有冷氣，紗窗一打開就很涼。只是要注意剛入住時 要打開通風跟冷氣要開起來運轉一下 會有一些霉味需要吹散 5.旅館位置位於bairnsdale市中心，有超市跟速食店走路約10~20分鐘可到達。汽車也可停於房間門口 6.旅館有可以曬衣服的地方，也有垃圾子母車可以丟 1.房間燈光有點昏暗，床頭的檯燈還不會亮 2.隔音稍微沒有很好，而且車子停在門口。別的房客如果在晚上發動的聲音會聽得清楚 3.廁所有附備品，但都只有一人份左右。如果是連續住好幾晚或是好幾個人一起入住，可能需要額外再跟櫃台領取備品 4.桌子跟椅子的位置放置的沒有很好，會阻礙某些床位上下床。如果再稍微調整一下位置會更好 5.廁所的門 不太可以鎖

- Joy (10/5): 4 months I stayed at TOWN Central motel. It's comfortable and safe. - Clean beddings, towels and facecloth. Very toilet, shower, cupboards and sofa. The room has TV, fridge, microwave. Kettle, toaster and cutlerries. No broken stuff. Everything is in good condition. The motel is 5 minutes walk to Aldi and Woolworth store. Close to restaurants, bank, post office, etc., Hiking trail and Mitchell river is nearby. Excellent location Nothing.

I have to go to the reception to ask for milk. Housekeeping replenished tea and coffee on the third day. Again, no milk was provided.

Loud neighbours, on both sides of our Room. Zero spare toilet roll, and zero box of tissues (even as a back up to the toilet roll). Reception was not ‘open’ all weekend. Potted plants outside the rooms, are dead. We will not be staying at this property, again.

Fan in split system rattled continuously when turned on any setting other than minimum. Cold water tap in shower suffered from water hammer at any opening.

Convenient to stay with the family ready for the next day. Parking space was a little tight for a larger car. We also had our space taken up by others because it was easier for their large car (I guess).
