- Laurah (1/5): Don’t book here -
- Amber (6/5): Well located but needs some repairs - The apartment was clean, well located and spacious. It was easy to access the keys on our arrival. Our car was too high to enter the parking facilities so we didn't use them. The drinks and snacks provided with the honesty box were excellent. The apartment was in terrible repair. The floors were all lifting and moving with gaps in between the boards. The curtains of the bedroom off the lounge room were torn and hanging down and the air-conditioning didn't work in the "fishbowl" bedroom. It became stuffy and hot during the night.
- Wilf (3/5): Over priced, dirty property. - Great location The apartment was dirty. The bathroom was mouldy and the Fittings were broken. The old couch in the living room had exposed brackets that a couple of us gouged our legs on.
There were no cooking facilities apart from a microwave and a single portable hot plate. No cooktop or oven.
We had workmen suddenly appear on the ‘private’ balcony at 7 am on two days. The living spaces and bedrooms all had glass sliding doors onto the balcony so we had no privacy for the days they were working to repair the decking out there.
The laundry was outside and inaccessible due to the works site on the balcony. There was signage on the glass doors leading to the balcony saying ‘No Access. Work Site’. We were not warned of this in advance and when we raised it with the owners, they told us to just ignore it!! The balcony was clearly a work site with great holes where the decking had been removed and there were piles of glass panels out there as well.
We’d paid a premium price for a highly rated property but it was clearly being renovated.
- Jason (8/5): Great space and location but on the pricey side - Great size and location, perfect for exploring Fremantle Bit expensive
- Valda (9/5): - Awesome apartment close to everything. Had everything one needs including a huge deck and secure carparking.
- Jason (9/5): Spacious, convenient in the heart of Fremantle with easy parking and great access to Rottnest Is - Great location in the heart of Fremantle, within easy walking distance of the Fremantle Markets and the ferry, which was perfect for visiting Rottnest Island. The unit was a big three-bedroom space, so it felt comfortable and roomy. The parking solution was also really good, which made everything simple and convenient.
- Scott (8/5): Good location near shops, eateries and main centre of city. - Location was perfect to walk to the coast and markets, coffee shops very close. The clothes drier didn't work, had a drying rack but that was broken. Had towels but no hand towel or face washers.
- Da Hua (8/5): -
- Hoyley (8/5): Central Fremantle location. - The central location meant all of Fremantle’s attractions were within walking distance. It was quite spacious & generally clean. It’s needs some love. We had a leaking toilet, a noisy tap & the oven was dirty.
For the price we paid $420 per night, there was no complimentary water or milk, it was available but for a fee.
- Tennille (10/5): We had a fantastic stay, great location making it so easy to explore Fremantle. - Clean and comfortable in a great location
- matthew (8/5): -
- Heidi (8/5): - The property was spacious and a great location
- Lilley (5/5): Good location, great potential didn't meet expectations unfortunately. - Great location, beds were comfortable good size apartment. No mention of the balcony being under renovation, spa was empty/ not working, Gym - most of the equipment was out of order.
I expected the property to be in much better condition and better facilities based on the description, it felt like we had interrupted a renovation.
- Zsuzsanna (6/5): - It was a huge place with really good location. We were really looking forward to the massive balcony, but we couldn’t use it at all and there were people working on it from early morning.
- Jaimee (10/5): -
- Takeo (9/5): -
- Tallon (3/5): -
- Lisa (5/5): Great location, okay accomodation. - Location is amazing!
Trust system of coin box for provided drinks and treats at cheap prices was great. Parking involved driving the car via a narrow alleyway into an enclosed hydraulic lift down to the basement, and having to use the hydraulic lift again to retrieve the car for use each time. The provided instructions were unclear.
A fist hole in the bedroom door and a wall wasn't attractive and should have been repaired.
Bedroom windows were locked so there was no air access, and there were winter doonas on the beds with no top sheet.
No exhaust fans in the bathrooms.
Noisy fridge whose motor ran all night.
- James (8/5): Spacious apartment! - Such a spacious apartment. Ideal location. Would have liked a bit more notice regarding the contractors painting the exterior, although we never saw the contractors we couldn't use the balcony.
- Elizabeth (9/5): - Very sapcious apartment. the wifi was not brilliant.
- Deb (9/5): Would recommend - Great location No wardrobe in glass room.
- Richard (8/5): -
- Cathy (9/5): - Great location. Easy walk to restaurants, IGA, bus stop etc. Apartment had plenty of room
- Kathy Hynes (7/5): Good option for a group within easy walking distance of all tourist sites and facilities - Location was great, rooms were spacious and comfortable. Extra toilet a bonus. Kitchen well stocked. property managers were pretty prompt with their responses. There was maintenance to the property that we only found out about a week prior to our arrival meaning we did not have access to the balcony. Fortunately the maintenance men had not cordoned off the balcony so we were able to access after hours, on the weekend and on the few rainy days. Interior could also do with a new paint.
- Wheatley (10/5): - Location and size of the rooms Couches were very hard and shower had some mold
- Ken (1/5): Despite these issues, we would consider staying here again under new management and customer service - We loved the location Fremantle - Full review attached below All photographs & full report attached below
Our primary concern is the balcony is currently undergoing construction and that we are not permitted to access it. However, we have noticed that the door leading to the balcony is unlocked, unsecured and requires maintenance due to the screw at the top of the door handle is coming out causing the door handle to wobble. This poses a safety risk, as we do not have a key to lock the door. Therefore, we feel vulnerable to potential intruders entering the premises with our belongings while we are away.
During the first night of our stay, the after-hours customer service representatives advised us that tradesmen would be using the front door/dinning area of the apartment to access the balcony at 06:30. When I expressed my discomfort with the frequent presence of tradesmen passing through the apartment, they informed us that we had no choice but to close the hallway door.
I have since informed the after-hours customer service representative that I am not comfortable with this arrangement. The tradesmen will still need to use the building’s fire escape to access the balcony, just as any other tradesmen.
I do not wish to be held responsible for any damage caused by the tradesmen within the apartment.
It is important to note that we were not informed about the balcony renovations until after the full funds had been deducted from our account.
- Full Payment was taken out on Saturday, 07/03/2026.
This will be in the companies transaction history.
- Balcony renovation notification email was received on Sunday, 08/03/2026, after the full payment had been made.
Additionally, I believe that the construction site does not comply with the Australian/Western Australian Work Cover policies and standards.
- Jan (7/5): Good enough - Location Second bathroom shower leaked.
Couldn't get tv to play live tv, wanted to see local abc news but not available
- Kerri (7/5): -
- Donald (7/5): Good and bad - The location is excellent. Very central to all Fremantle cafes, restaurants etc.
The three bedroom, 2 and a half bathroom apartment was perfect Entry to the parking was not clearly explained on the paper instructions. There was no mention of the yellow post which needed to be tapped for the gates to open.
We attempted to heat food in the oven. It does not work. There are no instructions in the apartment . We looked up the model online but nothing we did helped. The range hood also does not work. Makes noise but no extraction. We needed it because the only way to heat food was the gas hotplate burners. We were reticent to use the microwave, the top of which was hot to touch without being activated. That is, it was switched on at the wall only, but hot to touch.
- Denise (10/5): Great stay, great location, thanks. - Beautiful large 3 bed apartment with huge balcony - location within walking distance to supermarket, pub and several dining options and activities - highly recommend Having to use the car hoist to the basement car park had us a bit stumped but once we worked it out, it worked well (clearer instructions would be good).
Wld be great if the lift went down to the basement so that we didn't have to drag our bags up the stairs to ground level but now that we know, we'd unpack the bags first before using the car hoist.
- Jennifer (9/5): Would be a great place to stay when renovations are finished. - Loved the layout and would love to come back when the decking is complete. The view at night is amazing. Was so close to where we had to go and very close to shops and pubs if needed. The beds were super comfy, top marks for them.We appreciated the security and having parking. I was lucky having my son who could navigate the elevator to move our car down to park. Pity the lift didn’t go down to the basement as well. We didn’t realize the parking was basement and found the stairs very awkward especially myself being a bit unsteady having to carry luggage up to the ground floor lift.. it would have helped to have some railing to hang onto to step down into the kitchen and a handle in the shower.
- Lisa (5/5): Not great. Would not stay there again without a guaranteed our apartment was clean, well maintained. - Good size for our group of 6, great location for our swim event Port to Pub. The beds were comfortable. No traffic noise. Good parking. Dirty, was filthy behind bathroom and toilet doors. Had to clean some dishes etc before use. There was not enough plates and dishes had to ask for more hand towels and foot mats. There was holes in the walls from ? Punching and workers maintainance scaffolding all around our patio. Dog started barking early each morning.
- Colleen (9/5): -
- Lena (8/5): -
- Angela (10/5): Was good. - Close to things in Fremantle The rooms
- Ruth (10/5): - Location, clean, pool, very easy access Nothing, all great
- Verity (7/5): - Location was great, walking distance to pretty much everything.
Balcony was lovely to have dinner out on. Pools was in need of some maintenance. A few broken tiles and general wear and tear.
- Alec (3/5): -
- Elizabeth (10/5): We had a great time exploring Fremantle and Perth and this was a lovely base for our stay. - Spacious and clean. Very comfortable beds. Well located in Fremantle within walking distance of harbour, beach, restaurants and shopping. Large balcony. It was great to have some toiletries and coffee, tea etc supplies as we had arrived from overseas. Information provided was helpful and accurate. Kitchen could have more crockery but we were intending to eat out mostly anyway. The pool was cold and access via car park did not inspire us to make much use of it.
- Zoe (10/5): -
- Kelly (10/5): Absolutely perfect - This was the best place I have stayed in a long time. The property was clean. Rooms were spacious. Beds were comfortable.
The location was perfect As it was close to everything. Definitely worth every penny. Leaving
- Madison (8/5): -
- Gail (5/5): Good central area but expensive for what it was - It was in a good central position for the centre, harbour, restaurants- no car would be needed while staying here. Could be a stunning apartment as very large and airy however, the decor is very tired and there was a stale smell. Would benefit from a deep clean or replacing carpets and bathroom tiles. A lot of mosquitoes so take spray.
- Jeff (10/5): - Great size unit for 4 people. The location was great easy to walk to tourist spots, food and drinks. Under building parking whilst great to have, just tight spots to get into.
- Tina (7/5): -
- Kirsten (10/5): -
- Megan (7/5): -
- David (9/5): -
- Madeleine (3/5): - Location was great. Apartments were spacious The aircon in the bedrooms didn’t work. Instead of listening to us and understanding it wasn’t working, Maintnence played around with settings and didn’t actually fix anything so we continued to have no aircon in the rooms during our very hot Feb stay.
- Jeremy (6/5): Great location - Great location great size room Bathroom door broken and unable to close
Water damaged mouldy skirting in bedroom
Found nail clippings on bed side table
Overall room is very run down and needs alot of maintenance to be worth what is being charged
- Black (9/5): -
- Don (8/5): Overall, we were very happy with the accommodation that exceeded our expectations - Great location and very comfortable accommodation The car park is quite tricky as there are a lot of instructions and getting the car in and out is quite an ordeal with the car lift.
- Delwyn (9/5): Huge apartment, excellent location. - It was huge, great space for two single people and an extra couple who were there for two of our five nights. Bathrooms were great, third toilet was a bonus. Loved the seperate laundry with clothes airer and huge balcony to dry clothes, no dirty washing to bring home. Amazing location, great bar restaurant next door and a couple of minutes walk to Coles, Target and Freo station. Short walk to shops, bars, restaurants, cafes (two a couple of doors up)Bathers Beach, Freo Market and Freo Prison. Bottleshop opposite apartments. For the location, was quiet. Great pool area. Bought a couple of fans as it took a day for us to realise aircon control was in hallway to laundry outside third toilet. That’s on us though. Worked great once we found it. No top sheets on beds if you sleep hot. We just bought a couple from Target and left them there.
- Martin (7/5): -
- Elodie (8/5): -
- Josh (4/5): - Great location All gym facilities were broken and out of order,
Spa had tiles missing and out of order,
Balcony glass of unit was dirty hindering view of fremantle-was told too hard to clean,
Elevator broke with 3 days of our stay left which my mother could not use the stairs well so she stayed in the apartment instead of enjoying our holiday,
Under cover car park was small and my car would not fit as so my car had to be left unsecured on the street for my stay,
- Spencer (10/5): -
- Melanie (9/5): -
- Debbie (9/5): -
- Aida (10/5): Superb relaxing stay! - We stayed in the appartment for 4 nights . The bedrooms are very comfortable, every bedroom with air conditioning. Large bathrooms, patio. My children enjoyed the swimming pool, on a very hot day it was very refreshing. The location very convenient to shops, touristic attractions, restaurants. I would recommend this appartment for a fantastic stay in Fremantle.
- Sarah (8/5): Spacious and comfy beds and nice linen but overall apartment is a bit tired and facilities only ok - Spacious. Good location. Pool and gym tired. Spa empty and not working as with gym equipment.
- sharon (8/5): -
- Leanne (10/5): -
- Jeanne (6/5): Convenient with large deck - On high St. Walkable around Fremantle and to docklands Small bed. Air con not working in bedrooms (only found out as we were arriving). Not a full kitchen.
- Gabrielle (7/5): Comfortable place with everything we needed and very good location - The gym was not functional most things were broken and the pool was not heated
- Philippa (9/5): Would highly recommend for a central Fremantle stay with home comforts - The apartment was really spacious and had every amenity .The secure parking was an added bonus
Had a lovely stay here and the central situation was perfect for our needs in Fremantle
I would recommend and certainly use you again if I return to Australia There was broken glass on the balcony and only 4 knifes for an apartment that sleeps 8 people. This was our only complaint.
- David (10/5): -
- Julie (10/5): Fantastic stay and would come again - Great idea to have the honesty box with drink and food.
- Innes (10/5): Excellent location - The property is very nice and clean, neighbours are lovely and instructions are very clear and helpful
- MOHAMAD FARHAN (9/5): Definitely would come back here at it’s very convenient. - The huge balcony overlooking the port! Everything was clean and tidy. The unit can fit 2 families at least. The owner was friendly. The location of the apartment is right smack in Freo where it’s walkable distance to Coles, Target, Freo Market and ferry bay to Rottness Island. There’s no bidet in the toilet 😆
- Melinda (9/5): -
- Nadia (9/5): - It was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Perfect location. We happened to meet someone at the front door who made the check in process very easy and helped us with the parking. It was a little bit difficult to find where the pool was.
- Kateena (8/5): - Loved the location! And easily accessible via street and car. Aircon/ fans in room weren’t working. Called reception and someone was coming to look but don’t think they came.
- Kellie (9/5): A great stay overall! - Spacious rooms and having our own bathroom was amazing Although close to shops, we would probably stay in a better area next time.
- Davina (10/5): - Very spacious appt lovley No sun beds or compty chairs for outside
- Michelle (10/5): -
- Maureen (10/5): -
- Catherine (8/5): Overall very good; would stay again and recommend - Great Location, good facilities, clear instructions for lock box and key return, thankful for WiFi access options, 1. Curtains not closing properly to block morning light (broken or missing hooks)
2. Coffee Machine was not cleaned and the dish rack was also not clean- a bit disgusting even.
3. Beds need a top sheet as doona was too hot for the season.
- Melissa (10/5): -
- Brian (8/5): Location, cleanliness - Location,
- Carol (9/5): Fremantle - Great position in Fremantle. Lovely pool. Comfy apartment. Could have done with a 3rd set of keys, as 5 people with mixed plans. Also, extra towels for the pool would be great. Door to ensuite bathroom doesn't stay closed. Minor details and would still recommend apartments
- Mark (8/5): Apartment a little tired but great location and was really good for a boys trip for Ashes - Air con in bedrooms would have been good
- Mark (8/5): Great location. Easy access to most things in Fremantle. Minor mantenance required. - Plenty of space. The location was great and easy walk to most things in Fremantle. The property was clean. Tea and coffee was provided. As was toilet paper. Easy access to property via good instructions. Secure parking was a bonus as there is limited parking in the area. Although there is secure parking, add an extra10 minutes to your departure to allow for the vehicle lift. Not really a big deal, just something to keep in mind.
Some minor maintenance is required. The ensuite door doesn't catch and the lower hinge pin falls out frequently. The glass door is tricky to lock. The kitched mixer tap needs some lubricant on the swivel outlet and the mixer mount nut needs tightening. We puchased some cooking ytensils and left at teh property. The cleaner disgarded and didn't replace the dish washing cloth, leaving the dishwasher as the only way to wash dishes, resulting in not sufficnet ccrockery or cuttlery for 5 people. Very minor issues.
- Justin (8/5): - Great location, less than 10 min walk to all the sights.
Very spacious. There was a severe lack of hangers for the wardrobes. Could also do with a full length mirror.
- Catherine (9/5): Great accommodation in a great location. - Great location, just parked up and walked to cafes, restaurants, attractions, grocery stores and train station. Apartment was well equipped and comfortable. There was little noise considering we were on the first floor facing the road. Free parking was a bonus and providing you read the instructions carefully and exercise patience the car hoist and tightness of the space is not a big issue. Thoroughly recommend and would happy to stay again. A full length mirror would be useful.
- Chantelle (9/5): - Great facilities, easy to check in, clean. The apartment was srocked with the guests needs in mind. Well done. Hallway smelt of sewage during the whole stay. No other complaints.
- Dee (10/5): - We were 6 people (3 adults and 3 kids) sharing a 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment completely exceeded our expectations. Super clean, well furnished, beds are super comfortable (on the firmer side which is exactly what I wanted).
We didn't use the kitchen much, but it is full size and you could easily prepare a family meal.
Location is great, walking distance to IGA, the ferry, and tons of restaurants.
We had a small issue with the main air on turning itself off. I sent a request after hours, in hope that someone could check it in the morning- I received a response within minutes and the building manager arrived a short time later to rectify it. Thank you!
We wish we had stayed longer! Nothing
- Maureen (10/5): - Location
- Gary (9/5): -
- Sally (7/5): Location - tick!! Accommodation - tick!! Parking - Challenging but made it work :) - Location was amazing, walking distance to food, entertainment and train station. Easy to access accommodation with key box and all payment / paperwork completed prior to arrive so no delays getting in. We requested 2 car bays as we were travelling from different locations. $25 per night for additional car bay however there was no way we could fit the Camry (mid size) and Ute in the car bays provided. It was very challenging getting into and out of the parking as well with damage to one of the vehicles due to the tight spaces.
- Lisa (8/5): Spacious comfortable and great location - Location and space Liked it
- Jonathan (7/5): Nice apartment in the centre of town. - Close to the centre and a nice wine bar. Struggled to get the heating working as the weather was so poor.
- Peter (4/5): -
- Hoyle (8/5): - Location was fabulous. Lots of space in bedrooms and living areas. 2 big bathrooms and another toilet was great for everyone. Good to have staff to answer any phone queries very promptly. Mostly good. Needs more kitchen equipment. Eg more plates, bowls, serving plates and salad bowls. Had to replace batteries in TV remote ourselves. Lighting in bathroom dim for applying makeup
- Nicola (8/5): -
- Bill (8/5): -
- Paige (2/5): Don't do it. Rude staff and extra charges without consultation. - The rooms were spacious, lot of dead bugs on the roof that had not been cleaned up. The manager and staff were incredibly rude. They accused us of having a party and threatened us with a $5,000 fine. Then when we invited only TWO people over before heading to dinner they were refused entry and told to go somewhere else. It says on the signs guests are able to be there until 10pm. This was around 5.30pm.
The manager followed persons around and was incredibly aggressive and rude to almost everyone.
One of our guests had an unfortunate illness on the first night - they charged us $170 cleaning fee even tho she had cleaned up 90% of it herself and washed the sheets.
They also state they offer 1 complimentary cleaning service for the week. This was the ONLY time they attended during the week so it was definitely not complimentary. The staff charged me without stating it was going to be extra and refused to send an invoice until checkout to try and justify the $170.
I would not recommend staying here to anyone and their rude staff members. I know this won't be the only negative review as others staying at the same time had very similar experiences.
They made the place crap.
- Pauline (9/5): Very positive except for the parking - We had the problem that we were coming to Fremantle for a funeral which was timed for 10.00 that day. We knew that check in wasn't until 2.00 that afternoon. But what we didn't realize was that there was nowhere to park our car until check in. This was a real problem and would deter us from booking again. Also parking on the street to get to the lock box was a problem. It would make more sense if parking was available before check in. That way you could park then walk through to get the key to the room.
