- Debra (10/5): - Location just out of the main area of town so quiet. Unit was exceptionally clean, very good shower pressure. Good beds and pillows. Tea and coffee was stocked up. Beautiful gardens and the whole property was immaculate. Very nice staff at reception. Nice pool and they have a bbq area. Well maintained throughout. 2nd visit and would definitely recommend. We will be back. 10/10 Nothing, perfect property

- Neil (6/5): Met our needs though basic. - It provided what’s needed for the stay including a self-serve laundry and restaurant. Felt a bit “industrial” rather than having a resort vibe which I think caters for the majority clientele which were people sent to the town for work, mostly tradies. Room facilities were basic though functional. Certainly not as luxurious as I hoped given the “resort” in the name.

- Theresa (7/5): Comfortable - The room was spacious, clean and comfortable The mattress was too soft. Needs upgrade The cost was $100 more compared to my 5th stays in Collie Ridges Motel. The chairs need soft rubbers on the legs, it quite nosy when moves it.

- Dean (4/5): Not a resort- a mining quarters - Staff were great - i had many interactions and they were all great The rooms were loud, there is a lack of room service, the buffet breakfast was horrible, (chef pulling bacon apart by hand, no gloves, wiping hands on dirty pants) would not eat there again. It is not a resort, it is mining quarters and for that it is adequate, a resort, it is not.

TV didn't seem to be a smart TV, & there were no instructions how to connect to it with a phone or iPad. Didn't try the breakfast as it ended too early, 8:30am.

- Karin (10/5): The Collie Ridge Resort was the cleanest accommodation we encountered on our trip of WA's Southwest - Good location, very comfortable and extremely clean room with all the the mod cons one expects including coffe/tea making facilities Bathroom also very clean, proper blinds, airconditioning The bathroom door could use one or two hooks inside so one could hang their robe or night gown Another towel rack would also be good, especially in a three bed room, one rack is not enough for three wet towels

- Thomas (8/5): - Resort is located on the very busy road into/out of town. We were offered a room facing it, but on request we obtained a room at the back which was much quieter. Microwave's control panel was inoperative, hence unusable. Shower pipe for hot water hammered loudly when turned on. One of us found her bed too hard.
