• Mary (10/5): A warm and cosy “Gingerbread” house - This was just the best find ever. Ornately decorated (not the steal and glass look), with gas fire, comfy chairs, full kitchen, courtyard with BBQ and lots of towels on the beds. WiF and Netflix included. The owner left us a continental breakfast for the first morning, but best of all was the smell of fresh baked bread as we opened the door. Yes a full loaf was sitting in the breadmaker and butter in the fridge. Would not bother booking anywhere else.
• Carrus (8/5): - Lovely to walk into with the smell of fresh bread cooking and the place was warm. A very cosy retreat in a quiet part of Ballarat. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Don’t get me wrong, toast, muffins, eggs, apple juice, were supplied but I don’t drink apple juice. I like to have cereal and orange juice with toast. I could not get water to boil on the hot plates on the microwave oven to cook the eggs, hence I had a very light breakfast. I did feel the grouting in the shower needed a clean. It was still a lovely place to stay and I felt very secure.
• Mark (8/5): Relaxing stay - Jenny was a good host , provided many options for breakfast, home made bread, crumpets, cereal, place was clean and inviting although we weren't able to access Netflix. Massage chair was relaxing in the lounge room with the comfort of a fireplace.

• Geoffrey (10/5): - It was a charming cottage. For the same price as a 'regular' motel room I get space, outdoor areas, full kitchen and regularly furnished house. It has two bedrooms so it would sleep two couples of a family quite readily.

Being opposite Vic Park provided us with many hours of walking and Lake Wendoree is also very easy walking distance. Owner, Jennifer, was easily accessible if required..not that we needed to. Well recommended for relaxed quiet get away
• Deborah (10/5): Beautiful quite relaxing Place. - We where in a beautiful Cottage with Red Velvet furniture, a massage chair in the lounge room, very good massage too. Then we had a sauna and spa in our room as well as a vibrating bed in the master bedroom It was a most relaxing experience.

• George (10/5): Nice quiet place, very relaxing with everything - The moment we arrived and opened the door to the smell of fresh bread cooking, after unpacking car the next thing we did was have a massage in the massage chair to unwind absolutely awesome. Then met the host Jenny who couldn't do enough for us and felt as though nothing was to much trouble, that night I had a spa which was so relaxing, the gas log fire was definitely enough to keep you warm and cosy on the cold nights would recommend to anyone hard to beat.
