Because it is a boutique size, the impersonality of a high rise was not felt. The unit was beautifully equipped. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet well run holiday unit.

- Adam (10/5): Beautiful apartment - Fantastic location just 5 minutes walk from beach and restaurants. Apartment is beautifully decorated and has all mod-cons. Two car spaces were perfect for our family.

Checkout time was 10.00 am for some reason I believe it was 11.00, anyway was moving my suitcases at 10.15 was advising her will be done in 5-10 mins. She sends me a message stating that, cleaners are moving in to the property for cleaning we need to vacate the property in 5 mins. Felt she was unreasonable and no customer service.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - We stayed in the off-site apartment. It was a brilliant location with a good view and easy walk down to the beach. The apartment was well styled and generally comfortable. However, the cleaning could have been better as there was mould in the corners of the bathroom and quite a few ants in the bathroom (and some in the main bedroom which also got on the bed) from when we arrived. Unfortunately, our experience with the booking manager was disappointing. We followed the check-in instructions (provided via email the day before our stay) for the Saturday check-in (a day when their office isn't open) only to be greeted by an unpleasant demeanor which left us feeling rushed and panicked - not the best way to start a holiday! The booking manager also called the week following our stay to contest our feedback given as part of the check-in experience (primarily about the poor communication), again being aggressive and not willing to consider feedback. This was followed by a lengthy email to the same effect.

The balconies were large and had a fantastic view of the water. It was very quiet and the heated pool was welcome diverson when the beach was too windy.

The location was close to the beach, surf club and a small shopping centre with a general store(expensive) and restaurants. A short drive and you are in Noosa with all its shops and beach. In all we had a very good time and would recommend the Sundancer appartments to anyone.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - As I had researched as best I could prior to booking, I was thrilled to find it was even closer to the beach than I'd thought. The management couple were very friendly yet laid back, and helpful. The unit I had was huge. Very large bedroom, with ensuite style bathroom. French sliding doors. Very light as the windows there and in the lounge all faced the morning sun and the beach, the breeze was constant and refreshing, I didn't need to use air-conditioning though there were two powerful units. TVs and Foxtel in bedroom and lounge. 3 sofas coffee table dining table etc. Fully equipped kitchen white counter tops, coffee machine for pods. Oven, hob. Micro, large fridge, dishwasher, laundry nook with washer and dryer and tub. Really first rate. Plus car space with security. 2 mins walk to Sunshine beach village with 6 restaurants or food places. And a small grocery store. Highly recommend.

For the price it could had been made a bit more cosie with a floor rug, and also as BBQ would have been fantastic on the top deck. We had 3 great nights listening to the ocean at night with the doors open, however the last 3 we had to close them as some smokers moved in next door and sat on there balcony most of the time smoking which came right into our place. However we did enjoy our stay.

- Benjamin (6/5): Basic Maintenance not covered off - Our main issues were blown light bulbs, aircons that hadn't been serviced in some time and had excess mould growing in them and a fridge that was missing shelving components that rendered any bottles being stored in the door useless.
- Angela (6/5): Clean and tidy apartment in great location. - We were upgraded from Garden to Ocean view. Lovely Manager who looked after us with checking in. We couldn't fault her and she was happy to assist us when asked. Apartment itself was a little tired looking although we understand it has recently been purchased by a new buyer who is starting to renovate the unit which is great news (new flooring is a great start!). Ensuite set up is a little unusual with the triple sliding doors for the wardrobe leading into the ensuite so it's not a standard door (or even standard cavity sliding door) so it felt a little second rate. The ventilation in this ensuite does need improving as well. Lovely big balcony which we used quite a bit. Thoughtful to include some staple items in the kitchen such as aluminium foil, salt & pepper and vegetable oil (Gladwrap would be a great addition) helped as we then didn't have to purchase these which would be a waste and an unnecessary cost for the week's stay. A sharp knife would also have been great as it was blunt. Probably could do with a couple more glasses and mugs - these are not a great expense but would definitely be a benefit! Bedding and linen were all clean and suitable for use. Other than that we would stay here again as it is a handy walk to the local surf club, beach and cafes. Thanks

I was told there was a disconnect between the booking availability and price as shown on Expedia versus that of the property (which I was informed of prior to booking but booked anyway). The comms to resolve was pleasant and reasonable enough and I was OK with the outcome although not exactly what I had initially booked. My view is that if the business or Expedia make a mistake and a booking is made then it should be honoured. However the place itself is great and the staff are great and I would go back.
