We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a deluxe room, it was so spacious and comfortable. The beds were large and extremely cozy. The spa was a fantastic added bonus. Lovely little balcony with a lake view. Air con that we could control the temp ourselves. Everything felt very luxurious. Extremely quiet even though on a busy road. Don’t judge it by the exterior, the room was fabulous! Loved everything!

Jenny (9/5): It ia the second time we have stayed here and we would stay again. - It is good value for money, a good size, very clean and friendly staff. It is on the main road but you don't hear the traffic. The TV could have been in a different place as it was right near the bathroom door

The staff did their best to get me a room where I could have my pet dog. Really appreciate the prompt action taken by the staff to rectify the issue and enjoy our holiday. Short drive to many beautiful coastal locations. Located some distance from Belmont CBD (shops, restaurants). Cannot drive directly into property from the northbound lanes of the road. Poor view (metal fence right in front) from room window.

Staff were very helpful with late arrival and the room had everything you could need to an overnight stay or longer. Nothing really I can think of.

Sarah (7/5): - Nice apartment with room for two to move, tiny balcony to get a breath of fresh air. Lovely view of the lake with beautiful sunsets!! Microwave had not been cleaned before our arrival. Parking large vehicles can also be an issue at this property. Room needs a paint and new curtains.

Valerie (4/5): I wish I'd paid more and stayed somewhere else - Reception staff friendly at arrival. Air con worked well and was reasonably quiet. We were in the back section, and didn't notice traffic noise from the main road. Cheaper than most other accommodation in this area in January. You get what you pay for and for the price, I was ok with facilities being old. The parking was very tight. If a long car (like a ute) didn't park close in over the walkway (which they mostly did do but not always), you couldn't drive behind them. It might help if they repainted the parking lines with more of an angle. The "kitchenette" was a tiny little thing tucked into the corridor behind the front door. The only cooking that could be done was in the microwave. A sink would've been good, although there's not enough space. The fridge stank really badly, and the coffee mug had coffee marks which I was able to clean off very easily. Obviously the cleaning staff hadn't bothered to check. Nor had they bothered to wipe all the surfaces, clean the fridge, sweep properly, etc. We were in a room with capacity for 3 people. There were only 2 of each of the crockery items, and only 1 glass. Not enough. The TV was mounted at head height on the wall just round the corner from where you come in from the front door, so you had to be careful not to bash your head. The TV should be moved. The bathroom was very old, with remnants of old fittings that had been removed, and the hot water took several minutes to come through. No soap or shampoo dispensers, but they did provide small sachets. Don't be misled by the photos. Some have been very stretched to make the space look bigger. And most of the photos look much nicer than what we experienced (we had a standard queen room). Cleaning staff came in even when we had the "Do not disturb" sign set. I only noticed because they replaced the towels.

Lee (8/5): Excellent value for what I needed for a quick overnight stay. - The bed was well prepared and the linen and very clean. The location was ideal for a one night stay. The views over the road at the lake were incredible. Having a fridge and a microwave was very handy, although I didn’t have time to use. The shower and some of the room was dated. A bedside table would have been best in order to be able to read without having one of the main lights on.
