- phillip gray (7/5): A pleasant stay but with a little thought could a great stay. - I think the breakfast was just ok and could be improved by a little more thought and included fresh fruit and Greek yoghurt etc. We think having a spa with shower is not very safe and should be removed allowing more space in the bathroom.

- GINO (10/5): -

- Allison (10/5): Quaint cottage near town - Charming, historic cottage with character and privacy. The hosts provided lovely breakfast items and goodies. Perfect little kitchen, and we enjoyed sitting out on the quiet garden patio. It's a short walk to town for groceries, restaurants, coffee, and close to local wineries. The laundry facilities were a nice convenience, too. We loved it here so much. Nothing. It was all wonderful.
- Kluske (9/5): We were sad to leave our little home which was perfectly located in the beautiful town of Tanunda. - We loved the breakfast that was supplied - all the food was fresh. The property itself was immaculate; a lovely bath (with jets!), comfortable bed, excellent WiFi and the breakfast provisions were much appreciated.

- Daniel (10/5): Two days ain’t long enough in this paradise - It was great to stay in a piece of Tanunda history. The unit was comfortable and complete with nothing needed. Walking the streets in November was a treat; beautiful shows of roses and bottlebrush, bird song that was amazing and the quaint stone houses which are the common design. The Main Street has everything; shops, supermarkets, wineries and eating options. Nothing. It’s great. A history of the building would be nice. We heard it from locals.
- Hugh (10/5): Perfect place for 2 to explore wine country! - Supplied food and drink perfect for our needs. Great location in a very pretty little town. Very big, comfortable bed. One of the best accommodations of its type we have ever stayed in. Absolutely nothing.

The cottages are wonderful as well as the hosts. Delicious fresh produce is provided and the cottage has everything you need! They’re clean and very comfortable. We’ll be back for sure. Nothing

It was an easy walk to the main st and shops. We did bump our head a few times on the tiny doorways, but a small price to pay

- Jennifer (10/5): Wonderful, relaxing stay in an excellently presented piece of history - We absolutely loved the 2 studio units we had as a family on our recent stay in the Barossa. The communication regarding the keys etc was spot on and the presentation of the units was absolutely terrific and in keeping with the history. A lovely welcome was the full and tasty breakfast supplies and the bottle of red was even more well received. A short walk to shops, cafes and restaurants. We'll be back!
- Ronnelle (9/5): A memorable stay, highly recommend - A memorable stay at Goats Square House. Beautiful historic accommodation, tastefully decorated and warm and cosy with a pot belly and reverse cycle air conditioning. Waking up on a cold Barossa morning was lovely to have heated floors in the bathroom and kitchen. Accommodation is centrally located and walking distance to town. Excellent communication from the hosts. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed 😀
- Anna (9/5): Barossa getaway. - Very cosy and lovely cottage. Loved the fire place. Good location, down the road from main road and close to local restaurants but far enough not to hear the traffic.
- Joanne (10/5): Exceptional - Breakfast provided was super yummy and generous
Parking is easy
Close to restaurants, wineries and shops
Quiet location
- Clement (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tony (9/5): Superb -
- Karlien (9/5): Beautiful little cottage. - It is a beautiful little cottage with everything you need. It’s only minor. but electric blankets on the bed would be great. It was a very cold and wet weekend.
- Nick (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joiner (10/5): Exceptional -
- Clarissa (10/5): Exceptional historic house stay in the Barossa. - The cottage was just perfect base for our last min Barossa getaway. So lucky to have been able to secure this property. Close to all vineyard's most were a quick 5 to 15 min drive away. The breakfast / welcome basket was perfect and all we needed. Exceptionally clean and comfortable for a heritage house, the perfect blend of modern updates while retaining original character. Being able to have a fire was so special, it had the whole cottage snuggly and warm. Highly recommend this accommodation.
- Sue-ellen (10/5): Beautiful, well located accommodation with everything thought of. - The Goat House was extremely clean, very comfortable and had beautiful linen. The basket of goodies - wine, eggs, bacon, beautiful bread, muesli, lollies and biscuits made our stay extra special. We were close to the shops but in a quiet location.
- Fiona (10/5): Excellent accom that’s centrally located - Visited for the Barossa Vintage Festival and could not be happier with this place. Right on Goat Square, short walk to main shops in Tanunda. It has been newly renovated with a good little kitchen, KS bed, comfortable lounge area and a new coat of paint. There’s a washing machine and BBQ available too. We stayed in the 1 bedroom but there’s also a studio and 2 bedroom. I curse the day the guy came to the Barossa flogging corner spas for bathrooms in rental accommodation. They’re not easy to get in or out of, the shower sprays everywhere and it’s just a waste of space. Nearly everywhere we’ve stayed has one of these ridiculous baths that are seen as a ‘luxury’ item. We made it work but I hope one day when they’re out of fashion there will just be a normal shower!
- Carole (10/5): Comfortable, cozy stay in Tanunda. - Sweet little cottage, walking distance to heart of Tanunda Not really a dislike but did notice a bit of early traffic noise on the weekdays, not a problem for us as we are early risers, but if you enjoy a sleepin maybe a consideration, note was quiet on the weekend. The bath/shower access could be an issue if you have any mobility concerns.
- Mary-anne (9/5): Fantastic - Lots of lovely little touches - fireplace prepped and ready to light, fridge stocked, Even a small of caramels by the couch.
- Stefano (7/5): Fabulous as always, great location but they need provide greater provision for breakfast, expected m - Historic home in a great location. Close to town and the site for the Ziegermart We have stayed there a number of times and breakfast is included as provisions to make your own.
In the past the fridge was full of locally sourced supplies.
Heaps of beautiful local smoked bacon, sausages, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, fresh orange juice, lots of milk, butter and great bread.
This time the house has changed owners and we were underwhelmed by how underdone the breakfast provisions were. They need to step up.
- Helen (8/5): Very good -
- Ron (10/5): Would recommend to our friends and colleagues - Amazing place full old world charm and modern facilities. The thought and care given by the owners with their welcome package was great.
- Neil (10/5): Exceptional - The property was stunnimg. Beautifully appointed and very comfortble.

- Kieran (10/5): Exceptional - Great location in Tanunda in historic accommodation.
- Louise (9/5): Quaint, spacious, well-appointed cottages in a handy but quiet location. There was a problem with the water supply but t - Close to the Main Street and lots of dining options within walking distance.

- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Caybee (9/5): A great spot. - Loved the history of the house. Great location, we could walk into town and have a drink or go to some of the great eateries. Despite it being a heatwave the room was comfy with the AC and the kitchen was fantastic for making our lovely breakfast that was supplied. The onsite laundry was also good to do some much needed washing. It was the perfect location for day tripping to wineries and places of interest providing a comfy couch, cool environment and nice bed to return to at the end of the day . Thank you. Nothing negative to say here....very enjoyable.
- Kelvin (10/5): Wonderful location and comfortable cottage, thoroughly recommend stay here. - Location, very comfortable, very generous breakfast supplies, lovely outdoor area, excellent facilities. Nothing.
- David (9/5): Superb -
- Jane (9/5): Beautiful and quaint - Beautiful, immaculate little cottage with everything you want and close to the main street. Hosts had immenities and wonderful local produce set out for us on arrival. Air-conditioning is only in the bedroom, and we were visiting on a weekend during a heatwave of 40 degrees,
so it struggled. However, being an old, well-built cottage, I can imagine this not usually being an issue.
- Karin (10/5): We loved our stay in the cute cottage - The cottages were so cute but super comfortable. The location in Tanunda is perfect - short drive to wine tastings and we could walk to restaurants in the evening
- Noot (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julia (9/5): Superb - A comfortable and relaxing stay; the break provided was excellent. The bed was too soft and uncomfortable.
- Carmel (7/5): Good -

- Gupta (8/5): Very good -
- Peter (10/5): Great value for money - Great provisions supplied
- David (9/5): Quiet, comfortable and peaceful. Perfect location for heading into the main street. Polite owner. - The cozy feel. N/A
