I wanted to stay in a quiet location but also near town and this is perfect for that. The place is very well equipped with everything you need for a enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.

• Kailee (10/5): Comfy, cosy and clean apartment in a beautiful location! - The apartment was pristine l, spacious and well looked after. It had all the facilities needed for cooking, and the beds were super comfortable. It had a lovely outlook to the trees and a balcony with bbq available. Rob, the host was really lovely and welcoming, he greeted us on arrival and explained a few main things about the apartment and local area. The location was a short drive away from town and easy to get to.

• Anne (10/5): Exceptional. Host was amazing. - The host Robert was exceptional in every aspect of our stay. He met us late at night when we arrived and took us to our unit and explained everything. Communication with this host is exemplary. Beds were extra comfortable and all the supplies for cooking were available. We stayed at a few places prior to coming to this one and this place was by far number one. Would stay here every time when coming to Victoria. Nothing. Everything was perfect

• Karen (9/5): Affordable, comfortable apartments. - These apartments are well located near lookouts overlooking the entrance to the lakes and in a very quiet location. The apartments are well designed with ample room. The views over the ocean are great providing sunrise views from the deck or the dining table. Car parking is a bit tight due to the terrain of the property.
• Bernie (9/5): We are looking forward to coming back next year! - Third time we have stayed here and it never disappoints! Quiet, private and clean place to stay with the family. We love how we can hear the ocean at night from the bedroom :-) Nothing bad to say that’s why we keep coming back.

The unit its self is super clean and has everything you need to get through. We where about to see the beach has some beautiful nights and morning out there. 100% recommend this place looking forward to heading back. Thank you so much Rob for a beautiful stay. Could do with might blind in the rooms as the sun cones through as soon as the sun pops up.

It was spacious and we had all the equipment we needed. Our host was very knowledgeable about the Lakes Entrance area and very enjoyable to chat with. We had a very restful stay and would have liked to have stayed longer had our schedule allowed. All was good. No complaints or revisions.

The unit was bright and spotless, with a lovely balcony where you can watch the sun rise over the sea. Robert was very thoughtful in supplying everything one could need, including little extras like a decent pair of scissors and good quality paper towels.

• Sarah (10/5): Wonderful spot - We enjoyed a wonderful stay in our sea view Lookout unit. Friendly welcome by Rob the host who gave us great tips for things to do in the local area. Unit was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Great location close to stunning lookout spots and walking tracks along the waterfront and a short drive to the main strip. Will be returning.

Easy to find and not crowded so you don't feel in the way of others it was great, much needed trip away Nothing it was fantastic

Great range of kitchen facilities, including pots, pans, crokery, and utensils. The owner was lovely and ensured we were comfortable and happy. The laundry facilities were great and very helpful, including the drier! Honestly hard to say, bunk beds were squeaky when climbing up them but honestly it was amazing space.

• Edtmc (9/5): Superb - Perfect location out of the dieect center. Beautiful garden makes eating breakfast on the terrace a delight. The apartment is very spacious and laid out for relaxation. We will definitely recommend it for anybody else coming over to this part of Australia. There was nothing to dislike. So the only tip I'd have is to add an extra set of plates and cutlery. That'll limit the usage of dishwasher.

Rob also gave us some good sightseeing tips. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed. The laundry was a real bonus, as was the large deck, which gave a great sense of extra space. The view of the sea was lovely. We would definitely stay here again. There was nothing that we didn’t like. It was perfect!

Water views are from the upper level units,lower level units enjoy lovely treed surrounds. There is so much to see in the area.The lake,ocean,some great walks lots of great eateries and coffee shops. There is nothing to fault with this property.
