• Tony (8/5): OK for one night, on business. - Useful for one night on business. Location good. Very diffucult to find. The photo of the hotel did not resemble the reality at all. Verry misleading.
• Rainer (7/5): Preis -Leistung ist absolut okay - Freundlichkeit vom Personal, die gute Lage. Es gehört einiges renoviert. Die liegen am Pool waren kaputt, man saß in einem Loch. Die Badewanne sollte ausgetauscht werden.

• Sandra (5/5): Für kurzen Aufenthalt ok, Personal hilfsbereit, kein Luxus - Die Lage des Hotels ist recht angenehm. Der Pool sehr angenehm zum entspannen, das mögliche Frühstück im Nachbarhotel ist auch ok, der kleine Garten zum Frühstücken gefiel mir. Klimaanlage funktionierte super und war in der Nacht auch recht leise, auf kleinster Stufe. Der Patpong Market in der Nachbarstraße ist nicht so toll. Der Pool hat etwas wenige Liegemöglichkeiten. Die Zimmer sind ok, aber schon recht abgewohnt, daher ist der Preis mit 40€/Nacht ok, aber nicht günstig.

Je pense que il faut que quelqu’un rachète et refasse absolument tout ! A fuir ! Une odeur de cigarette dans la chambre de temps en temps. Le hall de chambre on dirait une prison on a pas dormi de la nuit car on entend tout les bruits extérieurs alarme moto voiture les fenêtres sont en simple vitrage. Le lit est sur ressort donc c’était pas du tout confortable, j’avais les ressorts qui rentrer dans les côtés Il y a rien qui va. La salle de bain n’est pas propre et la grosse trace de calcaire il n’y a pas de pommeau amovible … Les produit qu’on nous montre sur la photo, sont inexistant. Les produits sont mis dans les pous pous rempli de calcaire, c’est dégueulasse, pièce où il y a la piscine à une odeur hyper désagréable 🤮 franchement les photos du sites ne sont pas la réalité je vous conseille de fuir cette adresse Et mes recommandations pour l’hôtel c’est de vraiment prendre les choses en mains parce que c’est vraiment du vol ! Je ne suis pas du tout content !

• Fernanda (3/5): Decepcionada - Pudimos hacer check in tarde y tiene 7eleven cerca. Habitación con AC No es igual a las fotos. Está bastante desmejorado. Ascensor es pequeño. No fuimos a la piscina ya que solo estuvimos una noche, pero al querer salir por aquella puerta que da a la piscina había un mal olor. No tienen imágenes de cómo son los baños, y la verdad dejan mucho que desear. Están mal cuidados, en la ducha hay bastantes hongos y el shower con sarro. Peor, toalla para el suelo, tenía hongos también y una de las toallas tenía un cabello.

Хотя подходы к отелю конечно своебразные. Не хватало фена в номере, полотенец для рук. Сейф не работал. Но поскольку мы с утра уходили, приходили вечером, так руки не дошли сообщить на ресепшен.

• Carl (8/5): Characterful, dilapidated glory, great location, great value! - The Rose Hotel is an aging monument to an earlier era of Thai tourism, when it would have been a relatively upscale option for backpackers, or a cost-effective choice for businesspeople not on an expense account. It has some enjoyable, characterful touches redolent of those bygone times. The pool and the adjacent restaurant in a traditional Thai house are both beautiful and feel like slightly dilapidated touches of luxury. The pool water stays cold all day now because it is in the shadow of the huge hotel tower next door, so even in late afternoon it is a brisk, refreshing pool to jump into, and the jacuzzi jets are a nice touch. Reason enough to choose this very cost-effective hotel. Plus the bed was very comfortable, and the location is excellent. The rooms really need an update. They are spacious and basically comfortable, but don't have enough electrical outlets for today's device-heavy travelers, and in our room a couple of the outlets that did exist, didn't work. I ended up having to unplug the TV in order to charge my phone. The floor was a battered and chipped linoleum/tile combo. To their credit, everything was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the AC worked well and was not loud. So despite the drawbacks, this hotel is excellent value for money, and I would happily stay there again.

• Andrea (4/5): Moyen, pour le prix quand même. Ça mériterait un petit rafraîchissement des chambres. - L’emplacement été bien localisé pour nos 2 derniers jours à Bangkok avant le départ. La piscine permet de se rafraîchir. Nous avons eu un souci avec notre transit, nous sommes arrivé très tard. Réception ouverte jusqu’à 22h c’est pratique. Propreté limite… poils dans la baignoire de la salle de bain et un cafard à notre arrivée. Les chambres sont assez vielle, le tapis au sol est taché. Rien à dire sur la propreté des draps. Pas de double vitrage, rue très bruyante la nuit. Pas de petit dej inclus dans le prix, nous avons demandé s’il y en avait un. On nous a dit que non alors que sur booking il est marqué y avoir un petit dej. C’est peut être une incompréhension de notre part.

Old building, some smoke smell inside the rooms. There were sauna in the pool, but it didn't work. Sauna was full of sun beds.

• Richard (8/5): - This is an older traditional hotel, very clean and quiet with the best outdoor garden swimming pool that I have stayed at many times. Very good for the price. Excellent cheap breafast is available from up market Rose Residence next door.
