• John (8/5): The welcoming smile on our hostess who would have to be somebodys Grandmother did it for me. - Location Location to Supermarket Location to RSL Club for evening meal although these were not always to our taste with vegetables still frozen on one meal (steak & kidney pie + vegetables) This is a regional town in Victoria, Australia 380kms from Melbourne with all the issues of limited choices for all goods and services so the travelling public have to have a tolerance for the folk who are trying there best with limited resouces.

• Stephen (9/5): Just a one night stay in a bigger trip but would return. Great place. - Excellent shower, and bathroom. Very comfy bed. Good amount of power points on the main desk. Easy access both ends of property. Great location.
• Hizkia (8/5): Overall it was quite a good stay if you've got a room with behaving neighbours. - The room seems looks modern, new, clean and spacious. Bed is very comfortable, on the firm side, really fits our bed preference. It's at the town centre and close to many restaurants and within walking distance to Aldi Supermarket. Internet also has a good speed. Soundproofing between rooms is good although the room is next to each other. Other residents smoking on the bench and the bench happens to be in front of your room. Smell from the smoke seeps into the room. You can also hear people talking and chatting till late at night in front of your room.
• Linda (8/5): Very comfortable, conveniently located hotel - Brilliant location for cafes (including one across the road opening at 6.30am), takeaways, groceries, bottle shops etc. Really lovely, recently renovated bathroom area - a big step up from most country hotels. Very comfy bed. It doesn't have a great outlook, being in the heart of the town.

• lynette (8/5): Nice motel but take your own milk - Except for the soap the room was extremely clean. Didn't like that the last guests soap was left in the soap holder in the shower. Didn't like that the milk supplied was only enough for two cups of coffee which we had when we arrived. The next morning my husband walked up to a shop to buy milk as the reception doesn't open until 8am

• Jordan (10/5): Amazing motel. I would definitely stay here again. - The room was suprisingly well appointed, renovated, and tidy If there was any fault, it would be that there was no milk, but I had brought my own, so it wasn't a problem for me.

It was not the cheapest motel in Swan Hill - I certainly didn't think - Location good Hot water did not work....obviously owners aware of this as there were convoluted signs as to how to get hot water in shower/basin to work... both had to be turned on at the same time.....not impressed. There was a stain on sheet... not major, but could have been cleaner. Pillows ordinary.
• Paige (8/5): - Close to Main Street, most things within walking distance. Room was clean and tidy not overly spacious but bathroom was a decent size bed was reasonably comfortable. Plenty of parking. Housekeeping entered our room the following morning while we were out having breakfast which I felt uncomfortable with given we didn’t arrive until approximately 8pm the night before and were only staying two nights, no option was given in regards to this reception should be notifying on arrival of housekeeping procedures.
