Usamos o quarto apenas para banho e dormir, mas parecia bem funcional. Tinha um restaurante bem pertinho com comida excelente. A cama era muito mole, prefiro cama mais firme, mas questão de gosto mesmo

• Tracy (8/5): Great location with comfortable accommodations - Great location in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Comfortable accommodations. Very helpful staff with insider tips on hidden gem attractions. Definitely take a day to explore between Port Campbell and Petersburg. There’s great spots past the 12 Apostles. Way too many bunnies on the property. There was an infestation and they’re a nuisance to the ecosystem so something should be done to manage them.

• Sarah (7/5): Mixed feelings on this one - Floor of room and bed were clean, camp kitchen clean and easy to use, easy to walk to restaurants, lovely walks nearby. Reception staff friendly. Room smelled awful even after two nights - smelled of terrible body odour, presumably from previous occupant. This smell was mixed with a sickening smell of toilet cleaner which filled the toilet with every flush. Bathroom door wouldn’t close so no possibility of isolating the toilet smell. It was cold and we had the windows open the whole time but it still smelled awful. Mould in shower due to ineffective bathroom fan. Room would be better with a table you could eat at instead of two dirty arm chairs and a coffee table. Expensive for what it is.

• Joseph (8/5): A great location for an excellent holiday - The location is excellent. You can walk to the beach, a national park and city centre. The cabins are getting a bit run down. Being peak season we paid top price.

• Ebony (10/5): We had a much needed peaceful short stay with plenty to do - We stayed in the budget cabin. We absolutely loved the elevated location of it. Loved the view and the proximity to the beach, games room & walking bridge. The wild bunnies were a nice treat for the little ones. Also, I love that there was a picture hanging on the wall, it’s a small perk with a good impact on feeling cozy. I loved all of it apart from no can opener but I found one in the amenities room. I couldn’t figure it out but it helped get the can partially ajar!

Unfortunately, the condition of the cabin was completely unacceptable with visible mould throughout, and the shower had a strong, unpleasant smell. In addition to this, there was a water leak coming from the shower, which is very concerning. I have attached photos for your reference. This is not the standard we expected, and it significantly impacted our stay. Cleanliness and proper maintenance are basic expectations when paying for accommodation. I would appreciate you looking into this matter urgently and advising how you intend to resolve this, as we are very disappointed with the experience. I look forward to your prompt response. • Anna (10/5): Great location and good privacy - Great location and good privacy when staying at the cabins. Many holiday parks feel very crowded and lack privacy but in this one the cabins are located away from the main RV park and it feels quite private. Good walking trails nearby.

• Elizabeth (8/5): Loved the town. - Location was wonderful with everything in walking distance. Port Campbell is a beautifully maintained little town. The park managers were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a "budget " cabin which was very dated, in a very ordinary part of the park. It was clean and had all the facilities but was expensive and I'm sure we could have booked more upmarket accommodation for similar or less.

• Melanie (9/5): Nette Unterkunft und tolle Umgebung! - Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sehr sauber. Das Bett war wirklich bequem. Uns gefielen die Sitzmöglichkeiten vor dem Studio, man konnte gut mit den freundlichen Nachbarn in Kontakt treten. Auch die kurze Distanz zur Outdoorküche und zum Meer/Strand war super! Die Outdoorküche war leider nicht besonders gut ausgestattet. Wir waren nur mit einem Mietauto unterwegs und hatten deshalb kein Geschirr oder Kochutensilien dabei, wie „normale“ Camper. Für die 3 Tage war es ok, wer länger bleibt, sollte auf jeden Fall eigene Utensilien mitbringen.

• Ainslie (7/5): Basic but great location. Perfect beach stay. - Great location, basic but just what’s we needed as we spent most of our time at the beach. No fan in the bathroom, (once was there) so smelly and needed to leave the window open which straight over the public area.

• Renata (8/5): Studio blízko pláže. - Skvělá poloha blízko pláže, malé, ale účelně zařízené a čisté studio. Není, co by stálo za zmínku, snad jen místo mini-stolečku by se vešel i trochu větší stolek.
• Mohammed Arif (7/5): - Overall the cabin was nice. Easy access to the beach. Would have loved to have better locks on the doors. My infant boys were able to open the locks easily and go outside. I need to be able to lock it with a key from inside as well. And the cabin definitely needs a deep clean.

• Rosalind (7/5): Great location and communal facilities, good value for money - Beautiful grounds, excellent location in town a stone's throw from the beach and entrance to the Discovery Walk. Great communal facilities including a free of charge guest laundry, communal lounge and kitchen area. We had a cabin which was a little dated but clean and comfortable enough for a 2 night stay and being able to cook a couple of proper meals at home was a bonus. Some of the cooking equipment in our cabin was greasy, presumably was left that way by previous guests but it would have been nice if the cleaners had checked this. The standard of cleanliness was otherwise good. The WiFi was really bad.

Great bbq and camp kitchen opposite. Very friendly and helpful staff. The outside of the cabins need a bit of TLC. The bed ( double) was a bit small but thats what we booked. It was a bit expensive but we would stay again.
