- karin (6/5): - Very clean. TV didn't work. No wifi. No blow dryer. Equipment provided in kitchen poor. Cabins are so close to each other I'm sure you could hear people snoring in the next cabin.

- Guest (8/5): -
- Bodnar (8/5): - The cabins are getting a little old and worn.
The kitchen could be stocked better. Not many utensils, no sharp knives.

- Linda (8/5): Cosy cabin with lovely view. It just needed a proper vacuum. - Beautiful lake view! Everything was great but unfortunately there was lots of hair and dust on the floor which was sticking to our child who is crawling. We also found a hair on our clean towel. I saw rubbish under the bed when I went to pick up my child’s toy, and the toy was covered in dust. Other than that it was a lovely place to stay.
- Paul (7/5): -
- Nauman (10/5): - Awesome, very good and comfortable recommended.
- Sebastian (8/5): -
- Sonia (4/5): The tap water had a smell and could not drink as it led to vomit like feelings. - The bed did not seem very clean. The Toilet was not clean and had some feces stuck on the toilet bowl when we arrived. My husband showed this photo to the reception as well. The Blanket were smelly as if not washed after previous use. The shower was too small to take a shower.
- Geoff (5/5): -
- Leah (3/5): Not worth the $$ - - The cabin wasn't clean, the floor hadn't been swept, we had to do it ourselves.
- No internet service, with 2 children with special needs it was essential for there regulation.
- Couldnt lock the screen door to allow ventilation,
The cabin had a musty smell when locked up.
- Paratus (9/5): A lovely site and great it you have dogs. - A lovely park with great facilities. 20 minutes from the heart of Canberra. While we were in a cabin we were travelling with family that had a caravan and dogs. The caravan sites that are setup for dogs are brilliant and should be copied in more caravan parks. A few more grocery items in the site office would be nice. There is a petrol station/café and pub a couple of kilometres up the road.
- Michael (7/5): - Spacious and suitable for 1 night mid week
- Kumar (7/5): -
- Sharon (10/5): -
- Ken (8/5): Good place to stay. - Friendly staff. Comfortable and well appointed cabin. Comfortable bed. No ceiling fan in second bedroom. It was 37degrees outside for the first two days of our stay.
- Philip (7/5): -
- Simpson (10/5): -
- Mandy (7/5): - Was quiet and family friendly The cabin could of been cleaner walls were cracked in places and bathroom sink was mouldy
- James (9/5): Great base from which to explore the sights of Canberra with the kids. -
- Melissa (8/5): -
- Hemanth (10/5): - Facilities, location, space None
- Jo St. Anne (10/5): Perfect place to stay. - Polace is wonderful and comfortable to stay.
- Sharnii (10/5): It was a good stay and I would stay again - It was pretty close to everything, there was so much for the kids to do and it was warm and cosy The wifi didn’t work and the tv’s in the bedroom didn’t work
- Christopher (6/5): -
- Stephen (8/5): would stay again - very clean tidy lounge was good size modern smart tv. nothing was adequate for our needs and good quality for the price
- Zeljko (8/5): -
- Bryce (8/5): Nice place to stay, awesome staff, great for the kids - Good quiet location. The cabins were a bit dated but clean.
- Ann-Dee (8/5): -
- Lara (8/5): -

- Hemanth (7/5): - The place, the common facilities Size of the room. No clean drinking water available
- Bharat (10/5): -
- Stephen (8/5): - It was very nice and quiet. Tvs not working in bedrooms.
- Clara (8/5): Great facilities, great price, easy to enjoy if you don’t like sleeping - The staff were super friendly, the pool was lovely and everything was close by. The playground was good for our kids ranging 3-9 years. Adorable knitted turtles/mice to purchase at reception. Unfortunately the main bed let the stay down. Pillows were flat, the bed was very hard. It was on wheels so any slight movement sent it flying across the room. We didn’t sleep much.
- Tamara (10/5): - It is such a beautiful location. We have a lake villa, which was absolutely gorgeous. So many facilities and the staff were lovely.
- Ashleigh (7/5): - Its a nice small caravan park.
Seemed to be an alright location.
You get what you pay for in terms of facilities, but they were alright for the price. The beds were tiny! My poor 6ft husband slept with his feet off the end of the bed.
Tiny shower wasn't great either
- Charlise (8/5): - Beds were super comfy. Could fit a lot of people into one cabin. Price was extremely affordable. Courts/fields/pool/putt putt were fun. We could not order Ubers into the ACT due to it being located in NSW (had to drive or get cabs). Water pressure was unpredictable, leading most of us to being splashed when turning taps on. WiFi was also not amazing but still worked.
- Khanh (10/5): -
- Hanna (7/5): -
- Tammy (9/5): -
- Edward (8/5): -
- Paul (4/5): It was average - Location Only one barbecue which was never cleaned and the outside of the rooms looks rundown
- Stuart (7/5): Good budget friendly places to stay the night - It’s a cabin like any other place. But was fine and would stay again Maybe there isn’t anything close besides a pub. Even that’s a 2k drive/walk.
- Vaughan (10/5): Really enjoyed having 2 bathrooms and playing mini golf with the kids. -
- Adriana (8/5): Basic but fair price, clean and quiet. Nice to be out of city in country area. Would need own or rental car. - Quiet (not school holidays) Basic furniture, longe getting worn as well as flooring in kitchen area
- Maher (10/5): -
- Woolard (9/5): Had everything we needed while we stayed. - Very clean, had everything we needed Wifi wasn't very strong and too a long time to connect, stronger connection would have been much better.
- Cung (9/5): Recommended. I would stay again. - It is very clean and comfortable and our family really enjoyed. The WIFI is not really working at where we stay. A bit far from the centre.
- Wasana (8/5): - Environment AC is not enough to cool the entire compartment
- Quader (3/5): It was horrible cold night. Air conditioning system too poor to produce enough temperature for a minimum requirement fo - Location Quite area
- Elizabeth (7/5): - Great location Beds short for tall people
- Spirou (7/5): -
- Drew (5/5): -
- Shaheen (6/5): -
- HAOXIANG (8/5): -
- rashdan n rohani (9/5): Value for money - The beds are clean and comfy, but one was missing a leg. The staff immediately came and fixed it. No other issue after that. None
- Amelia (10/5): - Clean. Comfortable. Easy to park. Easy access to main road.
Spare blankets were great. No spare pillows and pillows were very flat.
- Ray M (7/5): - clean and fairly quiet Unit is not level, made sleeping a bit uncomfortable, heater didnt work properly
- Damon (10/5): - Nice place.
- Robert (10/5): -
- JOHN (10/5): -
- AKALYAA LEAH (10/5): -
- James (9/5): A great place to relax while in close proximity to the national capital. - Great view from the veranda Not much
- Nicole (6/5): - Quiet peaceful place beautiful spot on the water also reception was kind enough to allow us to take 3 complimentary water bottles for my kids not just the 1 so make them all happy Broken tile in the bathroom outside shower dangerous as someone could cut themselves
the main bathroom door was so stiff to open my sons could not open and also myself so when showering or toileting we had to leave door opened a bit
The main drain pipe in the bathroom you can see the ground underneath the cabin
the shower head kept flopping down and leaks at the wall needs replacing
also the sink tap in kitchen is super stiff to use
Definitely not suitable for elderly or people with low strength
Would have been nice to be given wifi details like most parks do or even a reciept at check in
- Marcela (5/5): - It was a pretty view of the lake and a good price Staff never replied and weren't around
Was told the fireplace would be lit, bought marshmallows for all the kids and the staff never shower up to lit it
- Jackie (7/5): - The place is clean and has a few facilities for entertainment The fire place was never turned on, despite being appropriate weather for it.
- Praveen (10/5): - Value for money
- Dave (10/5): - Everything. Nothing to dislike stayed here few times in the past. Only thing is the noisy schoolkids at night.
- Neelam (7/5): - Bedrooms were spacious, layout of park, AC worked well. Hot water was available. Friendly and approachable staff. TV works well. Tap fittings need to be changed - very hard to open/close. Some updates required in cabin. Bathroom was very cramped. Water is from well - didn't agree with our tummy - maybe this can be advised upfront so people can bring own water
- Naveen (8/5): Very good -
- Ashleigh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kelly (8/5): Very good - Great little spot. Staff were lovely and accommodating. We would normally camp but due to a small stopover started in the cabin. Lovely facility, things for the kids to do The cabins were a little dated and run down. They had a heater in there but no plug socket to plug it in.
- Patrick (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eric (6/5): Pleasant - Cosy, clean and convenient. Lack of amenities. No hair dryer, no shampoo, no tissues and 1 roll of toilet paper for a family of 5 for 2 nights.
- Jherelle (10/5): Definitely will come back to stay. - Friendly staff Nil.
- Vani (7/5): 2 nights stay in Canberra - for snow trip. - All basic kitchen utensils were available - tea, coffee, sugar stocked up, free parking beside cabin, lots of towels, lots of blankets, kids entertained with mini golf, the lake, tennis, volley ball, basket ball, the bonfire, and park. Everyone had a bed to sleep on. Shower pressure and hot water - lovely. The aircon was set to 22-24 degrees, increased the temperature to 25 degrees, the aircon offed. The cabin didn't have proper heating besides blankets, needs heating especially in Canberra - 1 degrees weather. Rooms were cold. The biggest burner on stove was broken. The WiFi kept lagging off, couldn't watch a full programme without it glitchingg n glitching.
- Bader (9/5): Superb -

- Deepa (5/5): Passable - The staff were great, and the location and the facilities were nice. The cleanliness of the bedding, the floors, and bathroom. There was hair all over the blankets, and the floor was sticky from something.
- Bianca (8/5): Very good -
- Adrianti (7/5): Good -
- Monica (10/5): - As described
- Kellie (9/5): Superb -
- Annette (9/5): Superb - It was clean and the facilities met our needs. Our grand children loved it also The child weather
- Christine (10/5): Exceptional - V comfortable. Clean and warm Nothing
- Amanda (8/5): Very good - The cabin had comfortable beds and each bedroom had its own ensuite.
It was very convenient for our purpose. Not the parks fault, but no cafes, shops or restaurants nearby. About 15 minute drive to access.
