Had a few bits and pieces to help make it more comfortable such as tea, coffee, ketttle, toaster, microwave, pedestal fan. The staff were FANTASTIC. Were VERY friendly, helpful and very eager to please and help in anyway. Close to shops, pubs, takeaway, servos etc too. Would definately stay again and / or highly recommend. Only negative would have been the few mosquitos in the room we have to try and get rid of, but thats not their fault with the amount of rain, water and mozzies around. They have even provided aeroguard and bug spray and put processes in place to try and assist and eliviate them as much as they can. Thank you for such a nice stay it was a lovely weekend away

- Owain (8/5): Convenient for my needs - It is a small place but its location near the highway into Irymple suited my needs. There us a pub next door with all the expected pub meals, very convenient for a late arrival looking for dinner before bed. The hot breakfast was fine and the owner even tried to accommodate my request for scrambled eggs, even though it was not on his menu.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice, large rooms, clean - Great little place to stay if you want something away from the city centre. Large rooms, good amenities, clean. Only problem was outside noise early in the morning. The walls are very thin and could hear every word of everyone leaving all morning. Being on holiday it was hard to enjoy a sleep in when woken at 7:30am every day! Apart from that, our stay was enjoyable.

Otherwise, although it's an old style motel it had all we needed and has been well maintained. The room was very clean and tidy. There were extras like an iron, ironing board, pedestal fan, hair-dryer. The TV could have been a bit bigger. The outside area is very generous with a pool, BBQ area and good treed garden. We would stay there again. Nearby is a large pub, a large IGA, a 24 hr. petrol station & a great breakfast/lunch spot (The Wooden Door).
