• Anzel (6/5): Overall ok - Breakfast was good. Room was clean and staff were very friendly. Single bed in room felt like you were sleeping on pipes. People were very noisy outside the room until 11pm and then you could hear everything the people in the room next door were talking about.
• Cheryl & Vince (10/5): Wonderful Escape - We had the pleasure of staying here for 2 nights recently. It was our first B & B experience and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's a charming building with many amenities suck as pool table, darts etc and the grounds are beautiful out back with an incredible outdoor patio to spa. Our host Mike was a willing advisor on where to go and what to do and all up a fantastic host. If we ever return to the west coast we will be sure to make a return visit to Busselton Guest House.

It had the feel of an older style country bed and breakfast and with its exceptional host, Beth, and the chance to meet interesting guests over a great breakfast, it was a great alternative to usual accommodation options.
• Elena (10/5): Perfect stay - We only stayed one night but wished we had planned a longer stay. Mike made a great effort to make us feel comfortable and everything was provided for. The best was the included breakfast! If we are ever in the area again we will make sure to return and can only recommend staying at this lovely guesthouse.

• Alex and Lauren (10/5): An outstanding Venue. - The position of the Busselton Guest house is easy walking distance to the beach , the City centre and is far enough away to be in a quiet area. We are looking at buying real estate in the Busselton area and the hosts went out of there way to spend time with us and explain in great detail information about the areas we were interested in, very unexpected and most welcome. We were made to feel as if we were at the home of a friend ,not a paying customer, and that was special.

Kids had a great time with the games room and loads of space outside with a great grassed area. The staff are super friendly and always ready with information if you need it.

• Meredith (10/5): Lovely - This is a lovely homely place that is located in a quiet street, mere minutes from the beach. The room was delightful and the hospitality of Mike and Beth was second to none. I was a solo traveller and was made to feel right at home. Mike was always up for a friendly chat and prepared the guests a delicious breakfast each morning. I will return with other family members, it was such a lovely couple of days.

Delicious cooked and continental breakfast was included in price which was great value. Have not come across this standard and value since Europe. Mike was welcoming, friendly and super helpful with his wealth of local travel tips and knowledge. Although we didn't make use of them, the house had great facilities like spa, outdoor lounge, pool room. Highly recommended!
