- Noel (8/5): - Staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Without their friendly and understanding approach a couple of minor problems could have become very stressful. The shower was very disappointing and a few small maintenance issues were evident.

Everything was fantastic and cabin was very easy to settle into. Cleanliness of cabin (marks on floor, hair under plug in kitchen sink) and WiFi connection (couldn't connect computer to wifi for work and tv for movies) was the only down fall for me.

Very tight no fresh towels even though we stayed 5 nights. Direct area in front of our cabin flooded with a few cm of water making for wet feet every time we came and left the cabin.

- Erin (7/5): Facilities are great, hot water system in the cabins needs an upgrade. - It was very nice, well kept and a big area. Facilities were great. Camp kitchen with a vending machine. And a great little cafe. The hot water in the cabin did not last very long and you had to wait about 45mins for it to reheat. And our smoke alarm went of randomly in the night.

- Sue (8/5): Stylish Cabin - Nicely designed and newish cabin. Nice and cosy once we got inside and settled. The directions to the cabin weren't clear. The after-hours person wasn't all that happy to hear from us when we arrived in the pouring rain when we couldn't find our way. Usual Byron Bay expensive prices.
- Elise (9/5): it wasnt long enough ❤️ - friendly staff. very clean. great layout. the only thing was that the couch was pretty low. they have amazing facilities for people with disabilities but when you have bung knees and the couch is too low its really hard to get up. i did suggest to the front office they have a few thick cushions in the cupboard for us tall people with mobility issues. otherwise it was fantastic and we will be back (with extra cushions 🤪)

- Judith (6/5): Little boxes - This is a good location for back packers or families. The park facilities were quite good - cafe, camp kitchens, a very modest playground and pool. The cabin we were in had the smallest bedroom and bathroom. No door in the bedroom and there was no way that it could accommodate 3 people - the sofa lounge was completely inadequate even for 2 people to sit on. The cabin had paper thin walls and ceiling so noise was an issue.

- Charlene (9/5): - I liked the camping ground overall… very well looked after & had all that we needed. First night our smoke alarm in bedroom went off at 2am & gave us a big scare for nothing! That same night and another night had people being really loud & rowdy well past midnight & had my sleep disrupted again. So out of 3 nights, I only had 1 good night sleep. The villa we stayed will do well with a bit of tlc too.
