Guest Reviews
- john (8/5): Very happy couple - The girl at reception went out of her way to help us , she even got security to help us with our bags to the room, it was club so we went down stairs and had a lovely meal .
- Gregan (4/5): Sadly not a great experience overall - Clean tidy room good location to Airport Unfortunately we had to leave a 3.00am and head home in the Darkness due to a terrible Airconditioner/Compressor/ Exhaust Fan in another room or corridor or outside Noise which awoke us both and couldn’t get back to sleep
So we dropped our key and Headed Home at 3am.
So it was not a great experience on this occasion.
- Ranjit (10/5): - Great staff good hospitality easy&quick service
- rebecca (7/5): -
- Dominica (3/5): Never going back - Close to Henley That the stairs to get to the rooms could only be accessed from one side of the building, right near where all the smokers went. The fact its stair entry was hard to find, not obvious, so when my daughter with a disability dropped me off she couldn’t help me take things up the stairs. Fan in room didn’t work properly and the light over sink was dismal. Whole room felt like a “rent by the hour” type room. Gross
- Greg (9/5): Great value, great location! - Friendly greeting on arrival, great location regarding in house dining and easy walk to foodstore and takeaway options. Nice and close to airport. Great option for our 2 days. Will definately be back, have booked already for August!
- Philip (8/5): -
- Louis (9/5): Great will come back - Location Na
- Morgan (10/5): - Great location near the airport before our early flight. We could drop our bags off early before check in which was very convenient and the bar and restaurant was a great feed and vibe.
- Gerard (9/5): It was good -

- Robert (6/5): - Location Asked for a hair dryer but didn’t get one
- Laura (7/5): - Staff was excellent! No elevator. Difficulty navigating around to get to front desk and room.
- naomi (7/5): Nice for an overnight stay - Bed is comfy and place isn’t far from airport and harbor town Shower lighting is very poor and having to carry suitcases up stairs might be difficult for some people
- Stuart (5/5): Brief - Bed was comfy Price. Considering the rooms haven’t changed in a matter of years
- Hendri (7/5): -
- Melinda (8/5): -
- Lisa (5/5): Budget Style accommodation
Budget style accommodation - Nothing about the accommodation Our room was right outside the air-conditioning units. (Noisy)
Room is outdated. Very budget style. Won't stay again
- Michelle (5/5): Just acceptable - Convenient to where party was Overpriced for average room
- Alexander (10/5): - Great location, staff were awesome. Food menu in Bistro covered all options. All good.
- Petersen (6/5): - The location and pub were exactly as offered. Staff need to look like they care.
- Claire (10/5): - Rate and location All good
- Comber (2/5): Location to airport is good - The fridge was nice and cold , location was great, plenty of parking, staff are friendly and helpful The hallway to rooms smelt musty, the room smelt musty, the bathroom wasnt very clean, exhaust fan is dirty, air con filters are dirty, no access via lift made it very difficult bringing luggage and bags up and down the narrow flight of stairs. Was charged for room and then hit with an extra payment for damages deposit. That should have been stated before the purchase was made, so if you are on a tight budget then get hit with that fee just be aware because the deposit money doesnt come back straight away!! Wasnt very happy about that at all
- Mark (7/5): -
- Sandra (6/5): Won't be back - Upstairs was not clear before I arrived Upstairs, noisy fridge, dripping basin tap, light came through curtains and door throughout the night
- Margaret (8/5): -
- Austrahose (9/5): Lockleys hotel - Close to the airport. Good meals. The stairs.
- Allison (7/5): Easy access to airport, good pub, below average Accom - The pub The rooms have not been renovated like the rest of the establishment. I believe the price per night doesn’t reflect the standard especially when you have to also pay a $150 per room holding fee that takes 1-10 days to get back. So it cost us $600 for a one night stay with 2 rooms. Make sure you understand the bathroom setup before booking as it would not accommodate a lot of people. View out the window is the roof of the pub and no balcony.
- Peter (7/5): Useful functionality but costly for the old state … - Location … Very old run down
- Simon (5/5): Did the job, just - Proximity to airport A bit grotty
- Andrew (9/5): -
- Robert (1/5): Dark and dingy over priced and overpriced security deposit - Shower pressure Rooms are old and dated. No lighting in shower. Feel like you’re in a dingy hotel. Can hear the other rooms when the run water. Take out $150 security which is outrageous.
- Lesvita (7/5): Average - Clean and close to the airport, bar, game supermarket and some restaurants There is no lift, the stairs not suitable for elderly and for bringin heavy stuff. No shampoo and conditioner
- Thomas (8/5): Great overnight stay after a late flight - Clean and well maintained, good insulation from road noise, aircon worked well. Convenient IGA next door. Bit of noise from corridor.
- Glenn (8/5): - Location
- Beau (3/5): - The bed was half comfortable Toilet /shower stunk of urine
No hot water was lukewarm showered with no cold water
Window has no screen (child could fall)
- Shane (9/5): Definitely stay again my family stayed there a few times told me stay you enjoy it - Didn’t have breakfast due to early flight home great location for the airport meals was very nice and the staff was great to me definitely stay again a All good
- Ben (8/5): Great location for a quick stay, clean rooms comfortable beds and value for money. -
- Benjamin (10/5): - The bed was comfortable Not much space to prep meals

- Lenore (9/5): -
- Craig (10/5): -

- Michael (10/5): Good & Dishonest - Clean & Tidy. Location was great.
Pub downstairs was great 👍 Cleaner stole my son’s $50 phone charger. I reported it to the receptionist & he said he would call me if it was found or not within an hour. He never called me, to my disgust & I had to locate the receptionist & he searched the room & told the phone charger was not in the room. I am 100% certain that the charger was left in the room. I have no doubt that the cleaner found & keeps my charger.
- Joanne (7/5): Will stay next visit to Adelaide - much cheaper than the usual airport motels & lovely facilities - Once the room renovations are complete this venue will be amazing
- AdelM (3/5): Good for a meal, but do not stay here - The restaurant and reception of the hotel are nice, clean and newly renovated. Staff in the restaurant were good and attentive to guests. Location to the city where we needed to be, is good - very convenient. The hotel rooms were not renovated and are old and dated. We were told to use a security fob to get in at the upper level of the hotel and given the impression the area to the rooms was secure. However, the door leading to the rooms did not even have a lock and could be opened without a fob. There is no sound proofing at all and the noise from the function below carried really loudly up to the room we were unfortunate enough to be in (Room 1). Apart from this, the door leading in & out of the room area slammed loudly every time someone used it and that carried loudly into the room too. The floorboards in many areas of the room creaked loudly when walking around. The shower stall had a really short curtain which was installed right up to the ceiling, blocking out all the light from the bathroom when the curtain is closed. Water splashed everywhere into the bathroom from under the short curtain when showering, which is a slip hazard. This room should not be allocated to guests at all. Turn it into a storage room!
- Robert (8/5): - Good location. Didn't have breakfast. Friendly staff. All good.
- nicholas (10/5): Awesome - Close to the airport, and a great Aussie hotel- great bar and great food
- Michael (10/5): - Great place to stayiver Nothing really
- Catherine (7/5): Exactly what I needed was travelling for work it was in a convenient location near the airport, would stay there again i - The location, price and quick drive to the air port Well the hotel itself is outdated, however it was quirky and comfortable. Everything required that you needed the bed was super great and the downfall is that there is only stairs, no lift available
- Paul (2/5): Its over. - staff were great. unfortunately the accommodation is in very poor shape. My room 11 had black tape where the carpet had worn out and no soap in the bathroom but I had biscuits for my tea. Doesn't make sense. Also the wall are paper thin. Just make sure you have some ear plugs.
- Tracey (8/5): Reliable, clean, and easy to access - Location, price, service and convenience The stairs
- harpreet kaur (5/5): -
- Jamie (9/5): -
- Gary Ballinger (4/5): Okay for one person - Lovely helpful staff. Very small for two people. Extremely dated. Unpleasant bathroom area.
- Kate (5/5): - Location to airport. Friendly staff. Comfy bed. Very rundown. Carpet stained. When the next room shower was running there was a terrible squeeling noise in our room. Light coming in from around door.
