• Liz (8/5): Reasonable for the price - Close to the showground. Pet friendly and easy check in. Bin in bathroom had not been emptied from previous person. Had to message to get towels as they had been forgotten. Fridge froze all my food on the fridge but did not freeze my freezer bricks in freezer.

When knew that we would be arriving late and had attempted to contact the property by phone from 7 pm onwards numerous times and they did not ever answer the phone. At 9:10 we received a text message with check-in details that stage we were. Quite stressed not knowing if we were going to be able to get into our room or not when we arrived.

• Steve (2/5): - Nothing Reception staff rude, checkin open till 9pm, when we arrived at 8:15 pm already closed. After hours phone not being answered. When she arrived back to reception, no apology, just a rude response of a message was sent, but no message received. Ceiling fan noisy, but drowned out by noise of the air conditioner. Beds very soft and uncomfortable. Some rooms had very small hard to park into parking spots.

• maryam (6/5): Considering the price, it’s okay for a short stay. - It had a beautiful and cozy outdoor space where I could relax after work. The bathroom and sink were not clean, the carpet wasn’t clean either

Room very dated, tv kept logging off so we could not watch anything, gardens very overgrown, pool not in use (not informed when we booked and the pool was the reason we stayed there) and the next morning the cleaning staff were sitting right outside our room smoking cigarettes while I was packing our things and our children into our car!

First stay was nice but the fridge wasn’t working (room12a) Second stay, although I paid a little more, the room was very comfy but I think the carpet had been steam cleaned as the floor was damp ( room3). Just the damp carpet.
