Frühstück gut, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schwimmbad im vorderen Hotelbereich aussreichend (versenkter Aufbaupool). Wir hatten ein Kleidungsstück auf dem Balkon vergessen und nach Anruf wurde uns dieses freundlicherweise nach Bangkok geschickt =TOP Service!

• Olarn (4/5): Facilities can still be Improved to get a revisit from customers. - The place is okay. Room is clean. Location is fine. The facilities did not justify the price. The hotel match the advertised pictures where we expected good playing area for kids. There is no climbing zone for kid as put on the website. We need to ask staff to fix our door as it was somehow jam.

• William (10/5): Interesting visit to Rayong, on the bicycles, only a few minutes to the beach and then a nice ride along the water. - Clean well appointed room, nice kitchenette, clean smell air con, comfy bed, secure. I like the gym (salt) and gym (spacious) on rooftop.Really good breakfast. Mostly though, its the staff that work here, always pleasant and helpful. Nothing at all

• Daniel (10/5): Great value very clean! Friendly staff - Very clean hotel with friendly staff conveniently located near the Passione mall and on main street Sukumvit Rd. The only thing is that the bed could be softer but it is the same at every hotel I have stayed at in Thailand so far. Breatfsst was good and the pool was nice although a bit close to main road. Overall a great place to stay at a geeat value. I would stay here again for sure.

• cherlan08 (6/5): Not expensive but worth your peace of mind ? - This hotel is clean enough. Housekeeper is a very nice lady. Location is quite convenient. That's all the positive. First of all, they are very stingy on their towels. When I called the front desk to ask for a change of my used towels to fresh towels, their reply is simply no. They will only change your towels once a day during room cleanup. I only asked for a change not for additional towels, and they still refused. Secondly, their location is located next to a 407 bus station, but their windows are not sound proof. So you can hear the buses coming in and out and in reverse backing up to somewhere until their last schedule. The shower is also not leak proof. The shower door doesn't have any seal on any side so water will leak out. They have a kitchenette with dishes that you can use; however, dish detergent is not available. The only difference between the Superior and Deluxe room is lower and upper floor. The ramp in front is so so steep that you can't even walk on it. So pushing your luggage or wheelchair is unsafe or impossible.

• 247journey (8/5): Feel like home - Location is good. It's located on the main road, very easy to find and surrounded by many attractions. Room was quite large, clean and made me feel like home. Really great value for money and all the hotel service staff and facilities were good. Also breakfast buffet was good with many choices. Thank you for great stay.

• Panoramix71 (8/5): Very nice! - Nice and cozy hotel in Rayong, good location and reasonable price. Very quite, modern and clean rooms and lovely staff. The breakfast was delicious, lots of choices and fresh local fruits. The hotel is 5 minutes drive from the beach. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
• PaulF772 (8/5): Great Hotel, Location and Staff - This is the first time staying in this hotel, it offers good size clean apartment rooms that are modern with free wifi. we checked in on Sunday night and they were quite quiet, we asked at reception to recommend a good quality Thai restaurant, instead of just giving us the address the concierge drove us there and left us his number to call when we were ready to go back to the hotel, also the restaurant was awesome. on Monday night the hotel was fully booked but they use golf buggy's to take guests to nearby restaurants which in fairness you can easily walk to. the hotel has a basic and functional gym and a small spa that offered good value massage from the price list i saw in the room. the buffet breakfast is basic but functional, they will cook you an omelette or scrambled eggs at no extra charge. I have recently stayed in the Rayong City Hotel and the Kameo, but this hotel offers the best value and I will stay again on my next visit. the only negative is the aircon units are a bit noisy
• 13flyingpolarbears (6/5): Simple clean room - It is not the fancy five star business hotel you can expect in Bangkok, but it is a clean and quite new hotel in the industrial city Rayong for a low budget. Free WiFi. Central located. Recommended when in Rayong.
• 577AndrewH (10/5): Great place, central location - Mid-city, so a good place to be if you are going to be heading off in different directions each day. Major mall, shopping, restaurants all 5-15 minute walk. Modern and clean. Low nightly price made this a superb value.

Room: Clean and bright room..comfortable bed...good air-con...cable tv with international channels..good wifi.. Food: Average Definitely a value for money deal. The doors can be a little noisy at times when closing..it will be nice if there's iron...toothpaste available in the room and more hangars. Will definitely stay again the next time round.
