- Ben (8/5): Narooma, heart of the south coast. - The cabin I stayed at was old but you come here for the location not the accommodation. Excellent shower however! There is pool and activities here and great camping location. Good walk to club, pub and small IGA over the road. I will visit again.
- Lynette (10/5): Cute and clean cabins with views over the lagoon - A nice little 2 night stopover overlooking the lagoon. Everything you need is in the cabin although the could di with some privacy screening between to make sitting on the deck a bit more relaxing. We didn't use the pool complex. There are a couple of nice restaurants nearby the rest if the town is a short car ride up the hill.

Suggest that be prepared to have mobile data on your phone to enjoy sending photos or talking to your loved ones by facetime etc.

- Gautam (10/5): Always a lovely stay! - We love the Big4 at Narooma! It is an ideal spot for a family with lovely views of the inlet, wonderful scenic walks, a Splash Park and cafes nearby! The cabins are well laid out, clean and comfortable. The property kept in regular touch with us prior to our arrival regarding COVID19. The ladies are the reception were lovely. We always have a great time here!
- William (10/5): Short break after COVID lockdown - Relaxing weeks holiday by the water. Cabin was very clean. Good hot shower, with good 3 in 1 fan heat and light ventilation. Large thick bath towels. Bed was very comfortable with a pillow top mattress topper. We stayed in Bungalow 3 with a partial water view of the inlet. This Cabin does face an external carpark where the council toilet block is situated. A lot of cars pull into this carpark, but it was still a quiet cabin. Sitting in the winter sun on the Verandah and watching the world go by was a pleasant bonus.

It was small but nothing we couldn't deal with. We loved the location and all the friendly staff. We would definitely come back with our extended family next year.

- Elle (10/5): Convenient, Friendly Caravan Park - Facilities were great, the kids loved the pedal bikes and pool and were disappointed the new splash park hadn't been built yet! The cabin was a bit worn but still clean, tidy and had plenty of bedding, towels, utensils, cutlery & crockery. Would have loved a clothes line for the bathers etc and curtains above the bunk beds to stop the kids waiting up at sunrise but otherwise no complaints. The staff were amazing, friendly and informative giving us plenty of advice and local knowledge. The grounds were clean, litter free and well maintained. We've already recommended this holiday park to friends and family.

The only negatives were no fans in the bedroom, the TV was too small (barely bigger than a laptop screen) & the lounge although compfy, was a little small. The constant noise of the comon toilet door closing at all hours was a little irritating. However, all things considered, our stay was enjoyable & relaxing. We will be back
- Wayne (10/5): Waterfront Bungalow - Friendly staff upon arrival who were only too happy to look after my request to alter booking arrangements. Nice quite caravan park with clean amenities and barbeques conveniently located throughout the park. Affordable accommodation that is central to shops, restaurants, clubs, beaches and tourist activities. Bungalow was comfortable with everything that you need including kitchenwares and clean towels and linen.

- Easter weekend (6/5): Easter weekend away - We booked last minute to go to Naroomba not alot left to choose from ,stayed Narooma East caravan patk.Easy to check in after long drive down ,only thing fault is confort of beds, l think owners need try out bed a see how uncomfortable mattress are and need curtain on winddow where bunk beds are with outside lights shinning in all night.My son slept with pillow over head try block out light.Place was clean and good equipped kitchen.Would syay again but only if upgrade better confy bed.

Our complaint was that the washing machine broke down part way through our wash, called the after hour phone number to be told that's too bad but there is nothing we can do for you. Will send someone e in tomorrow. Unfortunately for us we were leaving in the morning so we had to deal with the wet clothes that evening ourselves. Noted things like missing light bulb in bedroom lamp, not enough dish soap and no garage can as just very minor things. I gave this rating a 5 because this hotel unit had a great outlook, space and generally lovely feel about it and good value.

- Fionna (10/5): Beautiful homely neighbourhood - My friends and I enjoyed the neighbourhood and our cosy room! We extended 2 extra nights of stay in big4 and were there for a total of 3 nights. On the first night, we arrived very late at 10pm and arrangements were nicely made for us to check into our room safely. They were very kind to give us a complimentary upgrade to a room that was very accessible, easy to find, and stocked with extra blankets for the cold night. Thank you very much!
