- KATHRYN (7/5): - Firstly I would like to say the crossroads staff were fantastic. The bistro area and the food was delicious and I went back three times because it was so fresh and beautifully made. The room itself was very simple. This was not so much the issue more the fact that there were footprints around the bathroom. The bathroom has a big chipped tile that can be easily fixed. And the one chair in the room needs to be cleaned. I have no problem staying in a very simple space that is clean. Attention to detail is important. Someone knocked on the door near my room continuously throughout the night. I was not sure if it was the Cleaning cupboard or someone who had lost the key.

Bathroom was so cramped, didnt have a sink. Had to use kitchenette sink. Beds were uncomfortable and pillows were a very awkward size, did not sleep well.

Every single person who said they'd take care of it, except for a lady called Dallas, completely ignored me. Walking to my room through the pub I was rudely asked to remove my hat The bathroom door didn't even close

- Andy (3/5): Room too small, price too high, management no integrity - Room was extremely small with minimal space to walk around the bed. The bathroom had no basin and needed to use the small sink. Management has little integrity. Rang and advised that I had left an item in the room on departure. Was advised that housekeeping had completed and was finished for the day. My headset was not reported as found. Promise a call next day after discussing with housekeeping. No response, 2nd call not answered, no recorded message. Extremely disappointed. This was the most expensive stay on our trip and then management not following up on a legitimate request

- Devlin (3/5): Good location, wish i hadnt booked. - Location and parking Everything else, the windows were blocked from opening resulting in stagnet air being moved around the room thru the ac. We can hear everthing from outside including the elevator that wasnt functioning correctly till the last night when it was out of service. Theres no sink in the bathroom reulting in us having to leave the bathroom walk across to the small kitchen to wash our hands. On the booking we had a double bed and futon the futon wasnt in the room resulting in one of us sleeping the a blanked on the floor. Got really sick due to the smell would of been good if we could open the windows.

It would have been useful to have an information guide to point out places to eat, buy food for microwave or toiletries, public transport systems etcetera. The dinner we had was delicious and staff were very friendly. Clean rooms and hot showers, great air-conditioning, nice and warm and the bed was okay 👍

The towels were tiny, the internal noise (the lift dinging mostly/noise from the corridor) was a bit challenging and wow, it just feels like you don't get a lot for $160 a night these days but nothing too bad!

- Frances (4/5): - We have stayed there before as the location suits us and the dining is excellent,however, the refurbishment in the rooms if any, is not up to scratch, no basin in the bathroom and you have to wash your hands in the sink! and very small, tiles cracked and uneven, walls not painted properly. However the bed was comfortable and sheets clean and towels were clean and provided 2 each. We will stay again as it is so handy for us.
