Location is great, walking distance to the whole town, perfect for families with littlies. - Access door to shops carpark being a straight walkthrough was amazing! Watched the blessing of the fleet fireworks from the hotel balcony also - Great view! Some things were a little outdated but everything worked and did what we needed it to.

The bathrooms were odd where sink was in Galway whilst shared accomodation no one wants to brush their teeth in public. Showers were locked and couldn’t access after a certain time & whilst I may understand this could be from a noise point of view but tbh u can’t hear anyone in the shower!

Melba (6/5): Great location - Great location Friendly and helpful staff Comfortable beds and pillows Easy and convenient parking There were no face towels which was inconvenient. Hairdryer blew up when it was being used and blew the fuse in the room. The staff on shift did not know how to remedy the problem so a simple fix became a hassle and took a loti fee to fix. No remote for the TV in the bedroom so it could not be used and the remote in the main room did not function properly either. The TV had to be turned off and on at the power point. Lights in the bedroom did not work so stumbling to find the lamp in the dark wasn’t fun. Lastly if you are unlucky to have noisy residents at the time, a quiet nights sleep is not possible at this motel because the front doors to the rooms are not soft closing and they slam and bang shut at all hours, right up to 2am on my visit.

Milton (3/5): - We paid extra for a balcony room. The couch was very badly stained. It should have gone to the tip a long time ago. There is no excuse especially as it looks like a pull out bed.

Tim (10/5): comfortable stay - Once i got into a cleaned room all was good. getting into the right room first up, would have been a better experience.
Denise (7/5): Enjoyable, quiet and close to amenities - Location, although I might pay extra for a balcony room next time. Loved the patio and being able to sit outside I found the outdoor area messy and some old cigarette butts in a container in a corner.

Ken (7/5): Adequate for the price paid for a one night stay. - Budget room with bunk beds was as expected. Unable to access shower room later in evening (about 10.00pm). Also room door difficult to push open due to extremely tight setting of door closer.

Alexandra (7/5): Has what you need but not the best value for money - It does have what you need and expect in a motel - more spacious than I expected - this area gets booked out over Christmas break Not the most value for money - this was one of the more pricey places of my south coast trip and this was the lowest quality - eg rusty spikey bit in shower where there used to be a soap holder - I’ve never been so stressed about getting tetanus in my life

Courtney (6/5): It was okay - Great location, staff were very happy to help. Beds weren’t great, did have a few bugs between the curtain and window, issues with towels and lights switch but staff were able to get it sorted for us.

George (7/5): Accomodatie op prima plek bij restaurants en de zee. - Accommodatie ligt op een goede plek. Ruimte om te parkeren bij de deur. Communicatie met het personeel verliep makkelijk. Ruime kamer voorzien van een bankje, tafel met 2 stoelen en koffie/thee. Het matras van het bed was echt te zacht met als gevolg pijnlijke rug, slechte nacht. Verder was het gehorig. De bovenburen hoorde je naar de wc gaan. Onze kamer zat naast de ruimte van de wasmachine en. Wasdroger. Deze apparaten hoorde je door in onze kamer.

Lars (7/5): Nice stay for a long weekend away from The Big Smoke. - Nice location, near the town city and its restaurants, The room was just above the laundry, running every day, which meant it was not possible to take an afternoon nap. Bathroom could do with some maintenance: fan was extremely noisy, faucet on the basin was loose and water was just sprinkling all around. Also, all electrical outlets in the room seemed to lack the outer cover.
