- Paula (8/5): A great stay with our furry friend - We were happy to find that the property had pet friendly rooms as we were travelling with our dog. The room was a good size , very clean and comfortable and equipped for some self catering. The property is located just off the Hwy but opposite a a beautiful river park and walk. Not the fault of motel, but the people in the room next to us had their radio on all night. At one point we knocked on the door to ask them to turn it down/ off.

We had all the door and windows open but not sure where the smell was coming from. There was no dishwashing liquid or cloth to do the dishes so had to only rinse them. The 'laundry' was outside against our wall, which i wouldn't think is complaint? Also havent received the bond money i was told at check in that it would be processed back to me.

- Andrew (7/5): Motel is not in Mildura - despite contrary information on Booking.com - The lock to the room we were assigned did not work and we were quickly relocated to another room. I booked the room on the basis that it was near the centre of Mildura. Whether it is a fault of Booking.com (it showed on their website as being a few hundred metres from the centre of town) or the motel I don't know but it was 10 kilometres away from the centre of Mildura - and in fact is on the NSW side of the river not in Victoria. As I had searched for accommodation in Mildura I had no reason to think this place was in another town completely. The motel is located on the main highway and the room we were allocated overlooked that road. Traffic noise was quite obvious.

Otherwise everything was great. Close to very pleasant walk alongside the river. Heavy trucks on the highway were barely audible in the room.

- Patrick (10/5): Would have no hesitation staying again. - The day was exceptionally hot so the room was cool and pleasant after a very long drive. We were drawn to the motel from previous reviews regarding the cleanliness, and we weren’t disappointed. Overall, the room was extremely comfortable and immaculate with meticulous attention paid to everything. Our miniature dachshund being welcomed also enhanced our stay and the location across the road from the river was an added bonus.

We were at the front near the road but when the windows were closed you could not hear the traffic. There were a lot of smokers around and when you were in the pool you could smell smoke all the time. The garden needed a little bit of TLC.

The bed was great. The sheets felt like they were brand new. Being on the highway it is noisy as. No ceiling fan in room so bride wanted the sliding door open for fresh air circulation. Made for a very noisy night with the truck traffic continuous throughout the night. If you can get by without a ceiling fan, you will be right.

Bugs in the room falling on the bed required us to go get fly spray at 2am. Pool out of service. Demanded checkout at 10am when we had opted for late 11am checkout. Pet friendly room but the smell of dog and dog poo was overwhelming in the room. No water pressure in the shower. Untidy garden piles of dry leafs and debree bad for bushfire season.
