• Kathleen (10/5): Amazing relaxing holiday - It was beautiful and modern and spacious Only the smell that came from the algae from the beach but that can't be helped by anyone but the council.
• Christine (9/5): We loved staying here as we could walk to cafes and bars and we were not too far away from Cairns. The views were beauti - It was in a lovely location It needed a bit updating but it didn’t matter as we were too busy enjoying the views.
• Saqib (7/5): Great spot with an ocean view - - Property has stunning views of the ocean from the balcony. - Property is in a quiet neighbourhood and a drive away from the city. - Facilities such as swimming pool were a plus. - Bed has wheels with no locks so it moves if I move slightly. - Kitchen utensils looked dirty and overused. - A rice cooker would have been a plus. - Bathroom floors did not have mats so became slippery when there was any water on the floor.

Nice having a service and linen changed after 5nights.Staff that came and did this were lovely. Apartment needs some basic maintenance no working extraction fans in either bathroom & few lights not working.

• Oz Mark (7/5): Served its purpose but could have better - The location is great Trinity Beach has enough to offer a relaxing stay without being overcrowded and the local restaurants and bars offer reasonable value for holiday places. The pool was nice and the apartment was serviceable. Unfortunately this list is longer than I would have liked to write and in isolation a lot of the items listed may seem trivial however for the cost I think it could have been better. There was dust on top of light switches and the tops of curtains, no working exhaust fan in the ensuite, a few lights were burnt out, it was a workout to open the door to go on the main balcony, The first night we were there the main toilet would not stop running, as it was late night on the weekend and being reasonably handy, I fixed it myself. The apartment was very dated and could use a complete freshen up and thorough clean, there is no allocated parking so you can find yourself having to park out on the street, we also had to get up and move our cars before 7.30am on 2 days because exterior painting had been organised, considering this was peak holiday time for visitors from the southern states a bit of thought into the planning and timing should have been considered and maybe organised it for the weeks prior or after.

• Elena (7/5): It was pleasant and loved the waterfront location. - Loved location, beach and water views, large balcony facing the beach and having kitchen plus 3 bdrs gave us enough space for a family of 5 to enjoy the holiday. The apartment needs a refresh, the bathrooms are really dated: - the lights were flickering in one bathroom and couldn't get it to work so we used it without lights - the door to the front balcony was almost stuck, really hard to move - I saw a couple of kitchen bugs - the beds move like crazy - need stoppers so it won't move every time you turn.
• Angela (10/5): Perfect location to watch the sunrise rise - The location was incredible, we watched the sunrise from the large balcony and listened to the waves at night. The property was spotlessly clean, quiet, well equipped well appointed. The pool was clean and great to swim in. We also loved watching the planes coming in to land at Cairns airport, and they could not be heard inside the apartment. The steep driveway down to the car park was daunting. We did it once then parked on the street for the rest of our stay. Not a problem as there was always a park available close to the apartment. There could also be a few more frying pans and perhaps a bit of Gladwrap, baking paper and foil.
• Susan (7/5): Clean comfortable and spacious but the whole complex needs and upgrade - The property is a bit tired and needs an uplift our unit could do with a refurbished and the pool area needs an upgrade our apartment was spacious and we had what we needed and it was comfortable but no lift I could not stay there if it wasn’t on the ground floor Location and beach view and walking distance to shops and restaurants and apartment was clean

• Dr (8/5): Stunning location with the facilities of Trinity beach a short walk away! - Great location. Comfortable beds. The view from the balcony is magnificent. The dining room chairs are way too low for the table.
• Kerrie (8/5): Taylor's from the South - Very clean apartment, and a good size for 5 adults, with everything you need. Location & views are fantastic and easily accessible to the beach, pubs & cafes. The beds were very old & uncomfortable. All 5 members of the family had very sore backs after the 1st night. The air-conditioners need to be re-gassed. We were lucky as the weather was mild.
• Rachel (4/5): Location is fabulous but the beds are in such bad condition I can’t recommend the apartment. - Location is second to none. The beds in apartment 5 are below standard. The mattresses are so bad it’s impossible to sleep. The beds are on wheels??! They move constantly and the bed in the master is ridiculously small.

• Deborah (8/5): Very lovely location and comfortable apartment - Location - right next to the beach with a lovely balcony to sit out and gaze at the sunset/sunrise. Very quiet and peaceful. Apartment well equipped with everything you need. Very easy location for lots of activities, especially if you have a hire car. But we did get picked up at the end of the road for at least one tour so that is convenient too. The local restaurants are easy walking distance and a pharmacy and small convenience store are walking distance too. The beds were comfortable and ample linen is provided. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Very minor - a few fittings a bit dated but didn't worry us at all.

Fan on patio didn't work at all. No plug in sink of main bathroom. Air-conditioning in master bedroom extremely noisy. Apartment looking old and in need of maintenance in places.

Lots of space in the apartment, modern furniture, close to restaurants and only 30min drive to cairns cbd. Good pool. Ramp down to the parking is very steep, no air ventilation in bathrooms, cockroaches in the kitchen

We’ll definitely be back! - Location was incredible - great view overlooking the beach, and only 1 minute from the door to the sand. Also just a short walk to Lunicos and other amenities. Air-conditioner in master room didn’t seem to cool down enough, especially when compared to the lounge unit. Also, the exhaust fan in the ensuite didn’t work, meaning that the master room became steamy when showering.

• Robin (6/5): Passable - for the money spent ! - No Breakfast. Not Applicable. The Views and Balcony size. The Size of the apartment was ok for a 3 bedroom. Apartment was dated and needed refreshing including a new paint job. Main bathroom would have been difficult for the elderly to access - especially the shower. The premises was dusty. The Pool at the premises did NOT have any Safety Handrails to assist the elderly access and get into the pool.

• Michael (9/5): A great place to stay for a family - Spacious apartment. All needed amenities. Beach over the road but a nice pool if you want to avoid the sand. Good WiFi provided. Short walk to local shops and restaurants and just 7km to major shops at Smithfield. If you don't have a car there is a regular bus to Smithfield and Central Cairns. BEWARE - If you use Telstra or Telstra provided service on your mobile you will absolutely need to use WiFi calling from the unit. Trinity Beach in this are has VERY POOR Telstra coverage. This is NOT a unit problem but beware of the issues this might cause you.

I love apartment vacations with the family. lovely outdoor area. easy walk to some really excellent places to eat. Il chiosco was particularly nice. easy drive to activities in cairns (including airport), port Douglas and daintree. comfy couch was a favorite hangout. the master shower was amazing.

• Timothy (10/5): Brilliant stay in a superb spot. - Super spacious, spotless and very comfortable apartment just metres from Trinity beach. Brilliant sea views. Short walk to local shops, cafes etc. and the complex pool was great for the kids. Highly recommended. The concertina doors to the kids room were awkward, very creaky and didn’t work for a room crammed with two single beds and no room to move. This desperately needs rethinking.
