• Peta (3/5): Disappointed - Nothing really the place was not clean there was hair on the bed. There was no bath mats. You couldn’t even have a shower without burning yourself as something was wrong with the water system Everything I am a clear and have been for 14 years

It came with everything we needed. Only thing I can fault is the dust in the bathroom, on the hooks etc, I just cleaned it all off to put towels etc.

• Nicole (10/5): - Very clean, water pressure was amazing in the shower and nice and hot. Owner was amazing putting balloons in my room for my grandaughter for her 16th 🥰 I wont stay anywhere else in Wagga. Only thing i could reccomend is a clean kettle. The inside was stained.

Visitors were noise late past 10 pm and early again before 7am. - location it needs a noise policy. people in the next room were noise well into the night. part of the visitors in the next room arrived late and showed not consideration that people might be sleeping. It sent on the booking website that there would be someone at reception but noone was there and I had to call the number to get information.

• David (3/5): This motel requires a renovation. It is old and tired and looks like it is not well maintained. - Hard to offer any positive feedback. Not well located to shops/town. The motel is in need of a huge upgrade. Not well maintained.
• Hayley (4/5): Disappointed with the pool situation and they didn’t wanna help with anything to do with it - Bed was comfy, Bathroom was clean We booked the motel because of the pool and go there it was hot and we were ready for a swimm and it was green had Algae in it I asked the owner about it he goes it happen last night with the rain it contaminated it there’s no way that much algae happen over night an he didn’t wanna sort anything out for the main reason we booked was the pool and no refund so I could go somewhere else that had a pool

Located near a main road made it convenient, but it was a quiet and no noise problems from other guests. The facilities were adequate and the room was spacious. A bowl could make it more convenient for washing dishes.

Swimming pool was the main attraction in the entry of Motel and superb maintained.

• Damian (1/5): Disgusting and I really don't know how it could have such a good rating - Absolutely nothing! When my daughter arrived around 9pm last night, the room smelt awful and the neighbour's were very noisy. However, this complaint is about something far worse. On one of the beds was a long black hair and on one of the other beds the sheets were obviously not clean. They smelt like men's aftershave and there was a pubic hair on them. I have taken pictures of these also. I rang and complained to tell manager asking him to see my daughter in Room 2. He arrived promptly and my daughter pointed out exactly what she was upset about. He stated that he had personally made the bed with the dirty sheets and my daughter pointed out once more that the sheets were not clean. He offered for them to move to another room, which they did. The other room had a chair in it with what looked like blood down the leg, which I also have photos of. This room also had a stale smell about it. Clearly, the ratings were not truly indicative if the state of the property. My daughter had driven all the way from Mildura to Wagga Wagga with her family that afternoon and was exhausted. I am sure that you can appreciate how upsetting this would be. In the end, they all slept with their clothes on, on top of the beds, as my daughter and her husband were worried whether the sheets in the second room would actually be clean. Both of my grandsons are immune-compromised and cannot afford to become ill.

• Warren (9/5): Good place to stay, easy access and no fuss - Good sized room, check in & out was very easy with no fuss. Good sized room and ensuite. They turned on the air-con in the room before I arrived which was a nice touch. So it was nice and cool when I arrvied. Honeslty, for the price it was exactly what I wanted. The only small thing would be that is was annoying there wasn't any face washers provided with my towels. (But really, that was it)

• Yvonne (7/5): Great little budget hotel for a last minute booking but don't expect anything else - Great little budget hotel for a last minute booking No breakfast available and the pool was refreshing however a lounge bench or some seats around the pool would have been appreciated. The venue looks very unkept from the upside and some landscaping would make this little budget hotel more appealing as when we rode up with were doubting our decision to stay but the rooms were clean. First appearances can mean a lot.
• Fouyaxis (9/5): Overall, for a stay-over it was fabulous. - Easiness of check-in. Size of rooms and beds. Walls are too thin and we could hear the next door room being very loud, especially children after 10pm. Also, there were a few appliances that had lights illuminating from them at night.
