- julie (10/5): - Great family own hotel right in on the walkway into the town centre. Across the road bowling club which has great meals and on the walk to town and beach. We were met by the owner who was friendly and helpful. Room had a queen bed kitchenette, dining table 2 club chairs and a balcony with chairs and table. The hotel has bbq facilities and a pool we didn’t use them as we were only there one night so ate at the club across the road.

- John (8/5): - Easily one of the most comfortable beds I encountered. The rooms are a great size and kept clean. Two issues and in reality, fairly minor; The property is dated and the patio table was rusted. I found the property very comfortable and it's straight across the road from the Yamba Bowling Club which is a big family oriented club.

The room and bathroom were clean and fine for our needs. The motel is within a few minutes walk of the centre of Yamba and it is very close to the path that run alongside the marina and down to Whiting Beach.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Poor service - Arrived at the hotel at 4:55pm to have no one available at reception for check in even thought it was supposed to be staffed until 5:30pm. Tried calling the number on the door but as we were using UK numbers the call wouldn't go through, the only reason we were able to get our key was another Australian couple arrived and managed to get through on the number. They were told that we had all been sent a text message with the code for the out of hours box, even though neither us or the Australian couple had received it. They gave the code to the Australian couple who managed to get our keys for us. The room itself was quite tired and we were woken up throughout the night by the fridge turning itself on and off, we went out for dinner to find someone parked in the allocated space for our room which we couldn't do anything about. Wouldn't stay here again.

- 584cassandral (8/5): Boutique Style Charm - Continuing our road trip north we stayed at this lovely boutique hotel within walking distance to the Main Street of Yamba, the Rotary Boardwalk and very close to the Bowling Club. The room was immaculately clean with nice linen and comfortable beds. The Bathroom is spacious. The bathroom had a good range of amenities and plenty of towels. The hotel is an older style but has had some refreshments and refurbishment so it is very comfortable. It is tucked away off the Main Street close to the river. A nice addition was a microwave and some cutlery and crockery. We made ourselves a light breakfast and I was able to heat up something for lunch. One of my favourite things about Hotels is when they are generous with tea bags and this one did not disappoint. I stay in Hotels often and we are always pleasantly surprised by this. It is this small touch and others which made this family run Hotel such a pleasant place to stay. Our room was overlooking the pool although it wasn’t warm enough to swim. There is plenty of off street parking. We enjoyed our stay and slept well it was nice to visit Yamba again . I would not hesitate to stay in this Hotel again . Thanks .

I rate where I stay by the bed and the shower, this property exceeds in both areas. It is opposite a bowling club where we went for a couple drinks and found it to be friendly with great food options yet we chose a pizza delivery It’s been 18 years between visiting Yamba but next time won’t be so far apart and will definitely stay here again

- Darren (4/5): - A huge party in the BBQ/Pool area which was situated directly below my room. Drunk people everywhere and the noise didn’t stop until about 3am. No respect for the other people staying there. Signs in the room stating no noise after 10pm ( I would have been ok with that ) but the noise wasn’t enforced by anyone. For $170 a night I expected a bit better. Packed the car and was gone by 5am. Will never stay there again.
