- Kim (8/5): An apartment with everything you might need to enjoy a relaxing holiday. - The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The apartment was very roomy, clean, and well-appointed, and the view of the sea from our window was lovely. The pool was very close, had we wanted to use it. It's also easy to walk around the streets from the front entrance to the beach for a relaxing stroll along the beach. There was plenty of room to store suitcases and hang clothing in the walk-in robe. The entrance to the gated basement carpark is very steep, and the swipe card needs to be held close to work, so you have to drive in close to the right-hand wall and make sure you can stretch your hand close enough. Meanwhile, the car is sitting on a steep incline, and one slip could cause a crash into the gate. It made me nervous every time we did it. The spaces are tight, and it takes a bit to get used to parking so that all doors can be opened to allow exiting the vehicle. Some repairs need to be done in the apartment we stayed in. One is the plaster on the wall where the main window blind catches on a raised area near the top. The staff were aware of it and told me that repairs were being done all that week, which we did hear at one point. The other repair seemed to have been done while we were out for the day. A bathroom cabinet drawer that wouldn't close properly.

The balcony sliding door was stiff and not freely moving. I received an email advising that there will be an interim service of towels etc the following day. I was not aware of this and checked if we needed to do anything regarding belongings as the email did not say.

- Simone (9/5): Great place to stay - The ocean views were fantastic. The staff very accommodating and managed to have our room ready early for us which was amazing after travelling with 2 children and being up since 4am. The pool and BBQ facilities were very useful. The apartment has all you need if wanting to do some cooking or laundry. The room was a bit dated and could do with refreshing. Sofa was not comfortable. As there was only 1 TV in the 2 bed apartment it made it difficult to wind down after our big days out. Suggest looking at getting at least 1 other tv in one of the bedrooms would be a great help. Also the ensuite had high gloss floor tiles in the shower and my 2yr old slipped multiple times. There are no curtains in master bedroom only blinds with gaps, we were woken by the sun at 5am every morning.

- Len (10/5): l - Have travelled to the gold coast for the last 29 years. Have stayed at 13 different apartments. This is the best. Cassie on reception great. The apartment was absolutely spotless. The cleaning staff do such a marvellous job. The grounds, lift and underground car park spotless a great job well done by the handyman of the complex. Great location to restaurants not far from complex. See you soon for a month's stay

- Betty (10/5): - Wonderful views from ocean side apartment The best apartment we’ve ever stayed in on the GC. Few restaurants around, but no need to eat out when you have great kitchen facilities and view. Can’t wait to return.

Across the road from the beach and walking paths. 10 min walk to shops for good, alcohol, groceries. 10 min drive to the amazing outlet store. Parking. Excellent staff. .

- Dave (10/5): Relaxed, beautiful view, great stay, highly recommended. - I'd previously stayed at a unit in Surfers Paradise for 9 nights prior to coming here for a "quieter" back end to our stay. While enjoying both stays, this unit had a brilliant water view, super peaceful compared to Surfers Paradise and very relaxing. No traffic issues, plenty of off street parking if you have 2 cars. The decor of the unit was above average, really comfortable bed and washing machine, dishwasher etc available. Highly recommend if you are looking for a more laid back and relaxing holiday only a short drive from Surfers but out of the hustle, bustle and chaos. A really nice walk straight out the front gate along the waterfront. I didn't use the pool, spa or facilities but they looked great and were never overly busy. There are two lifts and I never waited for a lift the whole stay. Super efficient to get from the car park or lobby to your unit. Highly recommended and will stay here again. This place was hard to fault but if I have to nitpick, the only thing slightly lacking is supplies. There was basic tea, coffee and plenty of toilet paper, standard sponsored body wash/shampoo etc. No hand soap liquid on sinks, paper towel, spray and wipe to clean benches etc. An abundance of kitchen supplies but no salt and pepper. Suggest even the packet ones next to the tea and coffee would be sufficient. Just a personal preference, I prefer unit doors you need to lock when you leave. Peace of mind you can't lock yourself out. Overall wouldn't impact me staying here again, just minor recommendations for improvement from a supplies perspective.

The apartment was clean and well equipped with an easy to access parking space. The pool area was lovely and the little gym was a bonus. The staff were stand out - they couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. We had to make some changes to our booking and they responded quickly to our queries. Nothing, we would recommend this property to anyone visiting the Gold Coast.
