Guest Reviews
- Lacey (9/5): - New rooms and up grading Not enough parking without blocking someone else in
- Glover (5/5): Passable - It was OK my room on the upper level was a bit tired. As l was late booking I was happy to get any room. The lady at reception was helpful. Usual gripe about hotel/motel TV's require apps to watch anything.
- James (7/5): Good -
- Val (1/5): Bad - Close to our event location Not very helpful staff & nothing in the kitchen like kitchen utensils for cooking
Also in the cardboard nothing to hang out clothes up, very disappointing
- Pershouse (9/5): Great stay Perfect to stay out of the way but easy commute to city centre - Easy access of Motorway, Staff where fantastic because we booked in a little early for our function, Parked car and caught Taxi into city
The room was excellent and the bed was the best comfy and warm
We where worried about being close to Motorway but the room was excellent in no real vehicle noise - Perfect sleep Parking a bit tight but we got our larger vehicle and was safe
Shower screen a little tight the way they got it hinged

- Peter (5/5): Operators must update booking.com - Close to Archerfield airport On the booking. Com website it said Restaurant on site . I wanted to book accommodation with an onsite restaurant, I didn’t have a car . They were renovating. No open restaurant. I would have booked some where else that did have a on-site restaurant
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marie (8/5): Very good -
- Philip (5/5): OK for a couple of nights. - Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to pub. Breakfast or dinner were unavailable, despite being advertised as restaurant being open. Had I known I would have booked elsewhere. No supermarket within walking distance to get supplies
- Anonymous (5/5): Passable -
- Heather (7/5): Good for short stay only - The room was all new. Nice big comfortable bed and shower. Big TV. But there was things missing and website needs to be updated. Website said 24/7 check in and it wasn’t. Also website said restaurant and there wasn’t one. With the new building built at back of property, you can’t park your car near room. Had to tell staff on check out there was no hand towel or hand soap. Things that could have been in the room - bed side lamps as we had to keep the bright lights on.
- Hair dryer and tissues.
- information packet.
- Jenni (10/5): A+ definitely recommend staying here - Lovely new room with great facilities. Clean. Close to everything Need more coffee and milk
- Doug (8/5): Very good -
- Bilby (7/5): Well presented - Love the staff, how clean the rooms are everything is very well presented
Renovations are still being completed. We have stayed here on more than one occasion. The pillows were like a bag of air, no support at all also no extra pillows in room, no bed side table lamps to get up through the night

- Jenelle (9/5): Superb - Very beautiful motel Our neighbours were very loud.
- Shontell (6/5): Pleasant -
- Tricia (1/5): A depressing room and a depressing location - Cockroaches. Very run down room.
My car parking space was taken, it was pouring rain and I had to try to find an alternative space a long way from my room.
- Maureen (9/5): Superb -
- Ekaterina (3/5): Overall, I would only stay there again if I’m desperate, definitely won’t stay there by choice. - The staff were very easy to deal with, it was easy to find the motel, it’s close to a big road, conveniently located, not too noisy at all. It was low priced at the time. The room had a horrible old place + strong chlorine smell, cockroaches sighted in the room over night.
- Madi (4/5): Okay If You Don't Get A Smoker's Room - The bed was very comfy. The place had also obviously been renovated recently so the bathroom was nice and the room had a big TV which would be good if you're brave enough to use your own subscriptions. I don't know if it was just our room but it smelled STRONLY of cigarettes. Like someone had been smoking in the room strong. I expected it to go away eventually but I kept waking up during the night because of it. It was also obvious the place is only "surface" cleaned because, for example, the remote had an obvious build up of dead skin and food stuck to it. It was also kind of a nightmare to get to and from - just a maze of roads - but I can't fault the motel for that.
- Troy (1/5): Bad -
- Thomas (9/5): Superb -
- Laurie (3/5): Disappointing. - Advertised as having a restaurant and room service - none of which was operating during the four nights I was there. Room was very dirty.

- John (7/5): Good -
- Daniel (8/5): - Bath drain was clogged and full of hair.
- Christine (8/5): Great but overpriced - Close to everything I think it was over priced
- Mark (10/5): It was clean and tidy - Never had breakfast but location too pubs and shops excellent Noise of people running up and down the stairs
- Cannon (8/5): Very good - Good location close to train station Was good
- Deanne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vivienne (10/5): Excellent place to stay, great location, friendly and helpful staff. Perfect, well presented, kitchen items, very clean - Clean, fresh, spacious, welcoming, great layout, undercover parking and aircon. Nil.
- Gary (8/5): Very good -
- Apple (5/5): We will not go back there again. The disadvantages and not good things outweigh the advantages certainly. - We booked 2 rooms since we attended a gathering in Oxley and it was close to it. Bathroom seems like to be renovated not long ago. The mattress was great. With toothbrush and toothpaste complimentary which is not common anymore in a lot of properties. Rooms were smelly like people were smoking there before us and they just sprayed air freshener. So, the smoke smell and that of the freshener mixed/combined and it was an awful smell. We requested for a cot and they provided us with a very dirty one with holes and rubbish in it when we opened it not to mention very old. They replaced the cot though when we told them and said it’s a new one but still dirty and with hole so, we didnt use it. There was also one lady there who was shouting and we could have just wished that the management handled her because she can be scary and can bother other guests.
- Rachelle (10/5): Overnight Stay - The size of the bed is huge and so comfortable the smart TV is even bigger the lighting options are great, when my partner wants to sleep early i can have my side on to accommodate reading, all the little extras like plates bowls and cutlery are great and the pool is super refreshing absolutely love this place and staff are super friendly and accommodating The water temperature in the shower is a little difficult to navigate i wanted to have a cold shower but could only get warm water
- Andy (8/5): Overall it was comfortable - The cleanliness of the room Someone parked in our allocated car space in front of our room. We had to go and park somewhere else
- Mataafa (10/5): Exceptional - Everything Nothing
- Lyrian (8/5): Very good -
- Mary (8/5): Best Bed Ever.. - The bed in Room 9 was just soooo comfy.. Everything was good..

- Bob (5/5): Achieved what se had to. - Location suited our trip purpose, staff were very friendly and helpful Noise was unbearable from nearby main road making it very difficult to sleep, owners are not responsible for this.
- Bowie (7/5): Good -
- Lee (1/5): convenience at the time - parking available at site room not very secured, not very clean, and the smell
- Michelle (8/5): - Lovely service, very average buildings
- Coroleen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Linda (9/5): Superb - Very comfortable beds No restaurants could get room service if ordered by a certain time
- Richard (7/5): Good - Tidy well maintain ,room was what I expected clean good layout etc. Ok here I go. The establishment did not have a guest book outlining emergency procedures evacuation points etc. The guest book could also contain information of shopping mall eateries in the area as I found out later. ( like 5 minutes away ) Had I known that I wouldn’t have ordered so called restaurant food at this facility as it was terrible. They advertised Restaurants ( drew card for me ) Yes I liked the eat in my room all good.
- Matt (9/5): Clean room, comfortable bed great water pressure in shower. - Very clean and tidy room and grounds. Nothing
- Blaire (5/5): Passable - Good location comfortable bed The fridge was busted the TV didn't work properly and also the air-conditioning was terrible
- Laws (10/5): Exceptional - don’t judge a book buy it’s cover, it’s comfy, clean and cheap.
- Murray (8/5): Very good -
