Delayed check out. Decent WiFi. Heaters. Big bathroom. On site laundromat. Hot bath tub (paid). Easy parking. Spacious compound. Walk around the lake. Ony 1 one (big) bathroom for 3 bed rooms.

Perfect location to explore wanaka, central and walkable. Most beautiful couple Jacqui and Mark, they gave us a great and informative run down of the town. Nothing!

- Trent (10/5): - Very clean and well presented room with all the facilites we required for our stay Probably one of the best rooms we stayed in on our 3 week.NZ trip. Easy walk down to the esplanade without the traffic noise we noticed in other places we stayed.

Comfortable, with everything you need, walking distance to town - Lovely and warm, very clean, quiet, very friendly staff and the rooms have been partially renovated. Had all the facilities we needed and is close to town. The renovations felt a bit unfinished. It didn't affect our stay, but it does take away a bit from the updates that have been carried out. (e.g chipped paint in parts, a few drill holes here and there, single glazed windows).

- Mary (10/5): Loved our stay. - It was great. The room was great the only couple of things to make it better was the tiles in the shower were slippery and the towels could have been a little fluffy and bigger but that is not a complaint.

The room could have been cleaned better- something sticky was spilt in the fridge and on one of the bedside tables.

Room was clean and parking was adequate. Price was good for time of year booking. Atmosphere and service was good; staff was very helpful providing directions and options for eating and shopping. Amenities were good, an extra kitchen towel would be helpful. 2 adults & 2 teenagers

It's a bit on the pricey end for what you get but expected in the touristy town, particularly with the demand for the Wanaka Tree. Went to Paddle and Pint for lunch and it was lovely! Would stay here again.

- Constance (8/5): A comfortable and neat motel in Wanaka - Jacqui and Mark were friendly n helpful in providing information on Wanaka. Walking distance to city centre. But walking to the famous single willow tree requires about 20 minutes. Complimentary car parking right in front of our unit which made loading n unloading of out luggage so much easier. The bathroom was without a shelf or small table for our toiletry bags and that's very inconvenient.
