H8470XZmeganm (10/5): Albany - Lovely Caravan Park right on the beach. Very busy place too. Camp kitchen clean and tidy. All facilities cleaned daily. Staff lovely and grounds well maintained. Expensive Caravan Park but pay for the position. Amenities block only 4 showers and 4 toilets, but i never had an issue with having to wait and given how full the park was that was amazing. Loved we could walk along beach and board walk.

Hayley (5/5): Great fun but rooms need upgrading. - I liked that this was located on the beach. Pool, spa and kids playground was a big hit. My room visibily looked clean, however had a funny smell to it. In the bathroom i noticed something stuck down the side of the bathroom cabnet and shower glass which appeared to be a big hairball stuck in some plastic wrapping of some sort. Beds were horrible, tv was out dated couldent stream anything.

456jakel (2/5): Massive Unjustified Price increase. AVOID - This park is not bad and we've been to it probably at least 5 times in the past. However, this review is based on rebooking. I've just received a quote for $11241 for a 9-day stay over Christmas. I understand it's peak season, but the same units were $800/night in 2025 which in my opinion was already overpriced. Nothing particularly wrong with the park or units, but I wouldn't even pay or justify the $800/night let alone the $1250/night price gouging (discounted apparently as a returning customer!!!!). I've sent them an email to express my disappointment. These prices are apparently set by management and not Big4 as a group as they are individually owned. They can therefore do what they want, but I think the word extortion is coming to mind and I will never set foot there again. If they think they are on par with luxury overseas holidays like the Maldives or New York (flights included) then I wholeheartedly hope they come to a sober realisation to go back to the drawing board. If you've never been to this park before, please don't let the new prices mislead you to think it's something extraordinary or that you are missing out on something. In my opinion, it's pure greed and nothing more than that. The park is not even secure and we've had thefts on multiple visits during peak times as anyone can come in from both the main entrance as well as the ocean side, which is what happens.

Only downfall was unfortunately (likely kids) coming through the park at night and stealing. At least 4 others around us had small items stolen. Mostly going through eskies etc. park staff notified. Not much they can do as thrives come in direct from the beach track. Possibly some kind of night security guard in peak times is warranted. Park staff very friendly and helpful, amenities were acceptable. Overall very enjoyable.

Zaiwar (10/5): Spectacular - Absolutely wonderful experience - beautiful beach house with spectacular views. There is a trail to the beach right next to the house that winds over the grass hills. Very clean and fantastic amenities. Staff were extremely professional and friendly. The owner was lovely! Would definitely return :)
Sarah (10/5): Relaxing family stay - The beds were very comfortable and the seaview was brilliant. We stayed in the beach house and it was very comfortable for 6 people. The kitchen was great and we loved the BBQ on the balcony. We loved everything

jackiemU6278RT (8/5): Nice Park, Great Beach - This park is very nice. We booked an ensuite powered site which was very difficult to reverse a caravan into. The road is narrow with a brick wall opposite the campsite. After many attempts an employee had to assist with his tractor. However, the pool and spa area were fantastic and the beach is right at your backdoor. Didn't use the main facilities, but the ensuite was clean. The only downside was the position (for reversing caravan only). We also blocked the entry/exit road while trying to park and when hooking up to leave. Delicious Fish & Chips at Ocean and Paddock. Overall it was a nice stay here.
Willemijn (7/5): Fijne locatie, prima huisje. - Het was fijn dat er voor de kinderen een binnen speelruimte was. Het huisje was superschoon en alles was aanwezig om lekker te kunnen koken. Prima bedden, vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers. In de nabije omgeving is veel moois te zien! Het huisje is al wat ouder en het interieur zou wel wat moderner kunnen.

Lin (10/5): Perfect Beach Escape - The location was absolutely perfect, beautiful park facilities and cabins, lovely, lovely staff. Shades above other similar locations in Albany. Absolutely nothing to fault, awesome holiday.

Melissa Kay (9/5): Wonderful stay, great location and holiday park. Highly recommend. - the villa was wonderful, had everything we needed for our family. The queen bed and pillows werent very comfy but we survived. the park facilities were excellent, especially for the kids. the jumping pillow and table tennis, pool, spa were all really good at keeping them entertained. They did school holiday activities and free sausage sizzle which was a bonus. Good location, very close to the beach. Staff were lovely. Had a excellent stay. a few issues with random kids coming into the park and using the facilities. we told 2 older kids to get off the jumping pillow as they wandered in off the street as there are no gates etc.

terrybrandis (8/5): Nice place - Nice place, didnt get to see the whales. Could have allowered extra parking space especially when all adjacent chalets vacant. Our booking included extra person but this was not on the system and needed to be corrected.
