The only thing to consider about Units is the closeness to bar and noise at night hence, Friday and Saturday nights can be a bit noisy. If you are a heavy sleeper, this accommodation is perfect.

The units are spacious and self-contained and would be perfect for an extended stay. There is some noise, which they warn about, given the central location but it did not disturb my sleep. King size bed was very comfortable and the shower was lovely. Great value for money here. Very clean and very comfortable.

• Rebecca (10/5): Heart of Airlie - Weather was amazing, location was fantastic right in town, no hills and seconds from restaurants and bars. No pool or view but we never get around to pool time anyway and spent limited time in the room as were busy with social outings.

• Lora (10/5): Clean, spacious, perfect location - We really enjoyed staying here. It was in a perfect location to walk everywhere. Lots of great shopping, restaurants, and even a little grocery store. The room was very spacious and extremely clean. We ran into the owner a couple of times and he was very friendly. The bedroom had 2 night stands, a comfortable chair, TV, extra twin bed that we used to store luggage, a desk, a big closet, ironing board and iron. The bathroom did have a blow dryer, but no shampoos or soaps. The kitchen had a good amount of counterspace, a kitchen table, cooking utensils and 4 chairs, and a full sized fridge. You don't receive maid service every day, but that is ok because we don't ever like people coming into our rooms so that didn't bother us at all. Yes, there is a bar in front of the location that plays loud music each night, but we slept through it and it did not bother us at all. The only item I would recommend is for the towels to be upgraded, they are getting to be quite worn and even had a few holes. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it! Thanks for helping make our stay in Airlie Beach really great!
• Luka (10/5): Great stay! - Really loved our stay here. The owner was lovely and really helpful. The room had everything that you could possibly need and most importantly was clean and comfortable. Some people may say that it looks a little dated but it's fitting to the laid back atmosphere of the area. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Airlie and so hope that I will be back one day!

Tommy the owner is great and will find the way to find solutions to any issues as well as providing recommendations on what to do. This is a budget property in the middle of town and that is great. Self laundry facilities and a hood size room with a little kitchen. I stayed twice once on room 5 and other on room #3 and I prefer the rooms on the top. The only issue I had was that my phone had issues connecting to wifi on unit #3 other than that If I return to Airlie beach and prices still good I will book again.

• Col (6/5): Excellent location and price but noisy - Easy check in and fantastic location in heart of Airlie near restaurants, lagoon and walking distance to Port of Airlie. Convenient off street parking which was great considering 15 minute limit out front. Room was clean with all you need however with live music out front and the Woolworths loading dock out back it was noisy both into the night and in the early morning.

The only negative is the noise that came from the Main Street, behind the building and the traffic on the road going up the hill.

Owner was on holiday our first night. Booked another night directly with the owner after our sailing trip. Gave us the same room at hotels.com's price even though it was a Friday night. Dryer took too long to dry clothes. Had to use it 3x (for total of 3 hours) and they still weren't dry.

Love the big Comfy chairs. arrived during cyclone so a very comfortable place to stay indoors with a gateway TV and wifi. Peter was extremely friendly and helpful. Much appreciated. Location is superb. KC’s right there had excellent food and staff. Would have been quite happy to stay longer😀

Affordable and really perfect location with a very good quality Apartment .

Shortly checked up over phone if it is possible to leave our suitcases here for the following night as we went for a two day sailing trip. It was no problem and everything worked out well! Big room! We would come back to this unit for sure. Thank you for the service!

• Verified traveler (10/5): Perfect for our stay - Can be a bit noisy with trucks going into woolworths loading zone directly behind units, but perfect for everything else. On the main strip so you can walk to everything, great sized room with kitchenette & bathroom, air con. Peter (staff) wasn’t at the desk a lot but always able to call him to ask any questions & if you want to book any island tours etc just take a short stroll & talk to any of the million travel desks on the main strip. Would definitely stay here again!

And across from the beach and the swimming lagoon. Great facilities w/ cooking & laundry, and owner Peter was reallly cool and helpful. Passed thru for a 10-day stopover on a sailboat but would love to come back to ACHU for an extended stay/ Cheers !

The accommodation was fine but was in the middle of Woolworths loading bay & the back of a bar restaurant so a little noisy. We didn't see these details anywhere when we booked but we still slept well and enjoyed our stay because we make the best of everything.

The cards which told me what to do disclaimed the quiet as it appeared there would be noise from Woolies deliveries behind but I only heard them on Friday after 6AM. NOT AN iSSUE! Having a full sized fridge was a great bonus. Staff were great and made me feel very welcome

• imca (10/5): - had a lovely stay here. staff are very nice and helpful in regards to getting around the place (e.g. popular shops, things to do). room is self contained and has the basic necessities you need. It's in the main strip and close to pretty mich everything. the only downside is that it's next to woolies and a pub. so you there would be some noise. but i noticed that once you close all windows, doors and curtains, the noise didn't bother me at all. would stay in here again when i go back to airlie beach.

Older units but very comfortable, spacious and reasonably well maintained. Owner/operator, Peter, very approachable. Only ‘downer’ is limited parking spaces - 5 bays but 6 units. Entering or leaving by vehicle has to be done with caution.

The room had a new king size bed and a single bed for my son. Private bathroom and separate kitchen. So close to everything; we just walked to restaurants, the lagoon, shops and bars. I would definitely stay here again.
• Shan (8/5): Nice rooms and very spacious. Excellent location. - The staff were very friendly upon our arrival. The units are located close to Port of Airlie where most tours depart from which was awesome as our tours departed early in the morning. The unit rooms were nice and spacious, great for a short stay. There was some noise from the restaurant in front at night but it didn't bother us and we slept well.

Staff very friendly and willing to help. The noise from the street and shops can be distracting if your not used to it. We liked all the units facilities.

• Joseph and Jan (10/5): Airlie Court Holiday Units-excellent! - We (retired couple) spent 9 nights there and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Rooms came with a kitchenette, bathroom and ample chairs for relaxing. They were clean, comfortable and suited our needs for a relaxing, stressless stay. There is a laundry downstairs and the linen is changed after 3 nights or on request. The cyclone damage was minimal (ballustrading on rear deck) which given time will be fixed. This did not impact on us. There is a delivery zone for Woolworths trucks at the rear which may disturb some people, (maybe with young children), but we didn't find it a problem at all. The restaurant KC's attached to the property was excelllent-very good food,wait staff were helpful and friendly and great ambience. We'd definitely stay there again.
• BNEJACKAL (10/5): Absolute Gem - Located in heart of Airlie Beach. Peter (Manager) offers first class service and has a great knowledge of the area. Premises are a little older than the more modern premises in town but doesn't come with a huge price tag. Premises offer full kitchen facilities for those travelling in a budget. Would highly recommend
• Vicki (8/5): Convenient Location. - Very central position. Located in the main street, within walking distance to all the facilities that are on offer in Airlie Beach. Located behind KC's establishment. Travellers staying here receive 20% discount at the restaurant, which provides delightful menus for both lunch and dinner. Staff were extremely approachable and ready to assist with any enquiry. For those self catering then there is a Woolworths located directly behind. Whilst this is a plus; deliveries do provide a constant noise level. However; this is beyond anyones control and should be taken with a shrug! We stayed on the first floor and it does require approaching wooden steps each day. For those who would prefer to avoid this then make sure to request a ground floor unit. Overall, it was a great stay and we thoroughly enjoyed it!
• Andrea (6/5): - I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the apartment. It needed a good clean. Dishes were not clean ans the taps in the bathroom were filthy. The sheets on the bed although clean were grey instead of the crisp white they should have been. At the back of the apartment was a Supermarket which had large vehicles making deliveries therefore very noisy. The apartment was old and tired. A great pity because the place is in a really good location.

The staff member we spoke to was very friendly and happy to help us out, even giving an extra towel and soap.

Nothing was too much trouble and even leaving our bags there was available for free whilst we enjoyed our full day in Airlie after check out until our Airport pickup at 4pm. Its not luxury but what we had was everything we could have hoped for. Would stay again in a blink. KC's restaurant was great too with good food and live music and 20% off meals.
