• Johanna (9/5): - Nice and cozy never been to Ohakune so it was a first its pretty central for dining and everything else is a few minutes away. Water pressure is great whether thats becaue of the mount definitely recommend here easy check in and kept me posted about everything.

• Greg and Ewa (4/5): A disappointing facility and bottom budget at best. - Easy walk into the village The bathroom heater was difficult to operate as the cord was broken and you had to stand on the toilet to try and get it going. There is nobody on site to assist. There was no external lighting when returning to the unit at night and needed a torch to see the key hole. Trucks rumbled past the front door until early hours of the morning

• Vivienne (4/5): Spoilt what should have been a joyful stay in Ohukune. We felt we were ripped off. - it was warm. Bed was just 20cm from wall, difficult getting in and out. Body wash in shower watered down with a few flecks of soap. Very tiny room. once cases are put down hardly anywhere to stand. No 'ordinary ' tea. The two chairs are rickety and ready to fall apart. Bedside lamp unusable on one side as no outlet nearby to plug in to. Only mirror was in bathroom. Definitely NOT a Deluxe Studio !!!! More like a small budget room ! We were very,very disappointed. Advertised as a de luxe studio we paid a higher price expecting better. We were in town for our grandsons wedding . All other motels in town were priced around $160 pn . For over $100 pn more I feel we were right to expect better. We are seriously thinking of taking our grievance further so as to warn others.

• Abbalene (8/5): We enjoyed our stay very private clean and parking was good too - I liked the communication between myself and staff also that we was placed in the back as we are private people and the sound of the river was a bonus The only thing I didn’t like was the drain in the bathroom you could see black stuff inside it well using the bathroom but other then that very nice
• Lutz (10/5): Eine Übernachtung in Motel Snowhaven - Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Check-in war absolut unkompliziert. In der Umgebung des Motel gibt es mehrere Gaststätten und eine Tankstelle. Hier kann man durchaus länger bleiben. Ein Ablagegestell für Koffer, würde den Aufenthalt noch etwas angenehmer machen.

Instructions were clear, bed was comfy Quite noisy , being on the main street through town, with trucks going the whole night. One chair was very wobbely. With being for two people, there were 2 knives, of which one was a cheeseknife

My kids really enjoyed the room with 2 x tv's (of course) and the spacious room itself The plates/bowls/cups and pot that I used weren't that clean but nothing a little detergent that was supplied didn't fix.

Was a remote check in but good communication by text and keys were left in room for us, so no problems. Bit of traffic noise from trucks going past on the main road but seemed quiet through the night so not a biggie.
