Angell (5/5): Basic but clean and very central for the country town's main street. - Very central to the town hall, which was nice as it meant that we could park once and leave the car in its spot and walk to where we needed to be. The staff were very nice when I spoke with them. When we'd moved downstairs the bed was actually quite comfortable with a good quality topper, and it was quite well laid out. It was basic but I had no issues with cleanliness. The upstairs room had an airfryer and a medium sized fridge/freezer which was really appreciated for the longer stay, although this was not in the room downstairs. There were a few issues potentially outside their control, but definitely impacted on our stay. Insufficient parking led to issues with the other guests, and there was terrible fighting and street noise on the Saturday night. The design of the hotel as well as the lack of insulation in the rooms meant that every sound was amplified, from another guest walking past, to the fighting in the street on the Saturday night. The upstairs bed was very uncomfortable, and the fold out couch broke, but they were very nice about it and moved us to a new room downstairs. Wifi connection was spotty, although this may not have been an individual issue as there seemed to be patchy connections in the 4G signal as well.

Kelly (7/5): Good for a 1 night stay, close to the shops. - The rooms are on the older side but still in very good condition. The kitchen was great with even a deep fryer which my daughter loved. We had everything we needed for our stay. They also had another pedestal fan as well as ceiling fans, the AC worked great. The beds were very firm and not what I'm used to. The shower and bathroom were very small.
Raven (6/5): Over all I enjoyed my stay there. - The rooms were clean and the decor was simple but elegant and the little extras like soaps, shampoo and biscuits and milk were a lovely touch. The free Wifi was reasonable. Staff were friendly. The walls were very thin, I could hear conversations and movies being played in the next rooms. The local church bell ringing every hour through the night was a bit much (nothing to do with the hotel though)

Rosean - Gypsie (9/5): A gem in the middle of town. - The motel is situated in a pleasant spot in the middle of one of the main streets in Inverell. There is good access to everything by walking or only a short car trip away. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Clean and fully stocked. I stayed in room 7. The bed was a little too hard for my liking. But, I am disabled and in pain 24/7 so need a more accommodatingly softer bed. It had no give. The door to the shower area is awkward for me, a bit crowded.
Gail (7/5): Old-style motel that was a welcome stop in a storm with a puppy. - Super accommodating manager- had to book at 7pm due to a storm in the area interrupting our plans to head further north. They were able to get us a pet friendly room ready in an hour. The bed was comfortable, and the room quite clean. While the room was small, it was fine for a night. The property is older and basic, but the price reflects that. The bathroom was 1950’s-esq. Would say it was good value for money.

I asked if there was a lift as I was travelling with my 81 yr old mother and he said " I could give you a kick up the bum." Disgusting man. The room stank as well the bathroom floor was very slippery, he did not offer to help my mother and I get our luggage up the stairs as there is no lift.

Jodie (6/5): - The staff were absolutely amazing and the room was exceptionally clean. The cleaning staff were wonderful and accommodating. Room 24 that we stayed in and our friends stayed in the other family room not sure of the number..theirs leaked from the roof all over the carpet dining table and smelled of damp. Our room for the price we paid had a ceiling fan that only went one speed.. slow in the main bedroom and the bed moved around as it was on caster wheels..on a lino floor and would shoot out from under you if you moved to get out of the bed to use the restroom. The shower head leaks continuously and the tiles are far too slippery when you have to climb into them with no hand rail to assist.
