• Jordan (3/5): Needs maintenance - Location Smelt off. Kinda like piss. Shower head snapped off instantly due to too much pressure . It's the second time we've stayed but it will be the last.
• Voigt (9/5): I would definitely recommend your accommodation.🙂 - Location & parking access was great. Nice foyer! Reception open time was punctual. ⚘ Bathroom was exceptional & very clean. Little milk sachets! Replace with real milk or Fleuro mini box, please, would be a better experience on arrival in the room. The fridge is usually the first door you look into. Moccona or Nescafe sachets are the best coffee choices. 🙂

• XandraLou (5/5): Beware noise issues depending on the night - The deluxe queen room is comfortable and you can go down to the bar or restaurant to buy a glass of wine or a meal to have in your room if you prefer. Poor advice at check-in about which rooms would be most exposed to noise from private events on Friday night. The staff member didn't even know the room layout (20 rooms on one floor either side of one corridor) and disagreed with my assessment after checking the layout myself. To be fair the hotel had sent a message two days prior that there would be noise, but it was a busy working week and I didn't see the message till I was in the taxi from Adelaide Airport. But I should have taken housekeeping staff advice to request a room on the residential side, not the beer garden side, as I was kept awake till 1am.

• Joedy (2/5): Tired, noisy and smelly. - The proximity to the city was the only good thing about this booking. . Stained carpet, dirty couch, dirty shower and endless road noise. Strong cooking smells in foyer. Budget option not reflected in online photos. We disliked it so much we checked out after first night and booked much more expensive option at short notice. We tried to request refund and were refused , so I am leaving this review so others may be more aware before they choose this option.

• Pietro (8/5): Walkers Arms Worth a Go - Liked being away from the CBD, but within easy access. Located at Walkerville, a quaint and beautiful suburb. The room was a good size, reasonably priced, clean and comfortable. All of the staff was friendly, polite and helpful. Plenty of free on site parking. Beautiful sunrise view from the bathroom in my room. Enjoyed our dining experiences at the restaurant. The hotel entry often smelled of cigarette smoke. The first floor had a musty smell. Prefer warm in room lighting. The rooms are not at all sound proof. Before booking, inquire whether a function is on during your stay

• Robin (8/5): Affordable stay with room to move. Great location. Very little street noise. - Although there was a lot of noise from the beer garden, it was stopped at a reasonable hour. Room was quite spacious really, with a desk and table and chairs, and sofa. About the only thing we did not like is that there was no reserved parking for guests. If we went out, we had to find another park, or park on the street when we returned, because the car park was being used for hotel patrons. While I understand that the parking is limited, it was disappointing to have to move our car nearer to our room late at night, once patrons left.

I found the room a little noisy. Also a woman overdosed in her room while we were having a drink at the bar it was really awkward seeing the fire department, police and ambulance arrive and no one telling us what was happening. I was dissapointed that there were no USB ports in the room. Would like it better if breakfast was available as it's very dangerous to cross the road and there's no transport into the city.

Also discovered a lovely Rose which I can't wait to get more of. We had a spa suite, very large room and bathroom. Couldn't complain about anything.

• Jakob (10/5): Comfy, cosy, fun - The location was central to needs, the cocktails and food were great, the room was spacious and well stocked, parking was fantastic! The only only only thing and it's very small!! Was that the $200 bond return was a little bit clumsy, most places I've stayed do a hold for the bond then release it instead of you having to get the money back next morning. But honestly not a big deal!
