• Bruce (6/5): Because of the terrible booking in process I would not stay again (See above - , ],T he unit was spacious, Comfortable, Clean, good WIFI centrally located I did not like the method Accommodation Noosa the letting agents this property. They asked unnecessary questions letting agents and required identification quoting Government regulatory guidelines. This was more in line with a long term Residential rental agreement than a simple holiday let. On this current trip to Queensland, I have not been subjected to the same intensive questioning or to produce any official ID in the other eight properties I have stayed in. I can't stand un-necessary paperwork or demands for ID whilst hiding behind spurious government rules. Even when I sent a copy of my driving licence by email they demanded I resend it by my mobile phone which I refused to do. They then said I had to visit their office in Hastings Street a place where it is impossible to get a car park within two km in business hours, however another employee sent the key code on the morning of my arrival. Another point is that to secure the booking it had to be paid for at time of booking and so they had the use of my money from the April till July. This is the sixth time I have stayed in Noosa and have never had a similar problem in booking in to any other property. Because of this I will not be staying in this or any property managed by Accommodation Noosa if pre warned they are the agent. It is a shame because this was a pleasant property to stay in. But I can’t countenance un-necessary hogwash.

• Rhonda (7/5): We had a good stay, slept well, we stayed in unit one and would highly recommend for families - The position was good for us...the apartment was in good order and very clean The door code failed at one stage and took approx an hour to rectify. There was no frypan. The one supplied was in very poor condition, just get a decent stainless steel pan with a lid.

• Debbie (7/5): Good - The location. OK for short stay but do not recommend for anything other than a few days. Substandard facilities for an exorbitant price over xmas. A lack of maintenance and responsibility to fix issues stating it requires owners approval for basic requirements e.g. broken outdoor furniture. For a long stay weekly service is poor. Black mould on decking. Would never use this agency again.

I think the properties should be advertised separately. We stayed in one that was very dated and not worth the money. For a four night stay we were not provided with any additional bin bags and no additional toilet paper. Also no internet, the house book said use an internet cafe lol!

On the first night, I slipped twice in the bathtub shower due to it being slimy and slippery and ended up with massive bruising on my legs the night before a family wedding which was the purpose of this trip. If it was my 65 year old mother or 85 year old grand mother I think they would have come away with more than just bruises. Our relaxing mornings were interrupted 3 days in a row: once with the building being pressure washed, once with the building being painted and the ladder being right against the bedroom window with workers talking loudly, and once with the power being cut off for the whole day due to street maintenance.

Only 100m from the Boathouse and other restaurants lining the river, and 2 min drive from Woolworths. The apartment was lovely and we had easy access to a wonderful pool and bbq. The bathroom light didn't work but fixed a few days later.

• Paul (6/5): A pleasant stay and very central - The location was very central to what we were looking for. The main bedroom and ensuite was very good. In the booking process, the apartment had a number of pictures to review. They related to several apartments in the complex, not necessarily the one specifically related to the booking. Consequently, it wasn't till we entered the apartment that we realised some of the photos on booking.com did not apply to the apartment we booked. The apartment was older than we expected and the furniture, whilst comfortable and adequate, was not what we expected. The outdoor table was rusted, and the glass top was not fixed, which was dangerous and could have been a problem. When we tried to move the table, the glass tabletop almost fell off. In addition, we booked the apartment specifically for 2 couples as a 2 bedroom and 2-bathroom apartment, which it was. Both bedrooms were upstairs. The main bedroom and ensuite was great. The second bedroom was good and very comfortable, but the second shower/bathroom was downstairs, which was not ideal, and we would not have booked the apartment had we known this in advance. We have stayed in Noosaville on a number of occasions and there are more modern apartments available.

They arranged to have a dryer delivered - we waited in but came later and when we came back had left front door open. 3.They arranged for a man to install it and he put it upside down came back next day righted it but still could not work it- all this was during our stay thought this was quite unfair having people coming and going .

Would like more than one clothes drying rack, that is of a more sturdy design, the one provided was small and quite flimsy., We prefer to dry and air our clothes naturally rather than using the drier. Better for our clothes, the environment, and avoids heating up the apartment when it is really hot. Running the clothes dryer made the bathroom really humid with moisture everywhere (slippery floors etc.).

• Noeline (7/5): Enjoyed our stay …..thank you. - Well equipped kitchen. Excellent location. Welcome supplies miserly for three nights and no spare toilet roll. The front garden and lawn was messy and the concrete wasn’t swept under the mat etc. Living area needs at least one extra lounge chair.

Its near the river with numerous restaurants all within a short walking distance. The staff were great, well mannered and pleasant. I would highly recommend this place for your stay. I was very impressed and I'm extremely well travelled. You don't find many places this good and clean.

Spacious bedrooms with walk in robes, kitchen stocked very well with utensils, lounge comfortable. Each apartment comes with a parking space. Friendly managers, nothing too much trouble.
